I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot from this dealership, and unfortunately my experience has not been what I expected.
Shortly after the purchase, I discovered a transmission issue (shudder under light throttle). After doing my research and reviewing Honda service records, I found that this issue had already been documented prior to the sale.
The vehicle was described as being in excellent condition and running well, so this was very concerning.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the dealership, and while they initially communicated, I have not received a final resolution.
I am still open to working this out, but I believe future customers should be aware of my experience.
I recommend doing a thorough inspection and requesting full service history before purchasing.
I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester from these guys today and it went great! They are by far the most accommodating car lot I've been to, and Im 41yrs old. I had a few issues that they straightened out on the spot, they gave me free winter mats to make sure the carpet doesn't get ruined, I got tons of perks working with them. Highly recommend!
Just bought a 2014 Jeep Compass , everyone was very nice and the process was very easy.. would recommend this place over a normal dealership... no hassle and didnt spend all day like you would with a big dealership ...
UNSAFE, don’t even test drive.
I was allowed to test drive a 2017 Chevy sedan, I didn’t make it 100 feet away or over 15 mph before the blown head gasket filled the entire car with smoke. So I was stuck in traffic and now smell of burnt antifreeze, in a car that pedal to the floor wouldn’t move past 5mph.
I wish I could give them 1000 stars sunrise is a hidden gem it’s not a dealership where they push you buy the vehicle they go out of they way to help you and make sure you are getting a nice car these 2 brothers are very friendly and they have lots of knowledge about cars and are not bothered by your questions if you are looking to get yourself a nice and reliable car please visit them you won’t be disappointed
Typically I'm very skeptical of used car dealerships and try to stay away from them. This one usually is a little pricy for my taste, but unexpectedly I actually ended up purchasing a vehicle from here earlier this week, and had nothing but positive interactions. They helped me understand everything about the car, and answered my millions of questions about the history, maintenance, warranty, and the process itself. Walked me through the expansive Carfax and helped me process what it all meant. If you are looking for an honest friendly dealership, I would highly recommend Sunrise Auto Sales.
