What a fantastic team that company has. I was involved in the big pile up on interstate 80 on January 15th. That came with a game plan and it couldn’t have worked any better. I was involved the FedEx truck that you had to tow back to your yard. When our mechanic showed up on Friday with our wrecker he said that you guys were fantastic. Thank you all so much.
Being stuck in the snow at night on New Years Day isn’t the worst thing in the world when you have LifeSavers like these guys around. Got my semi and trailer outta there in less than 10mins. 100/10 service

Okay story time, who hasn’t watched National lampoon’s Christmas vacation, well as any good dad I wanted to take my daughter out of middle of nowhere to get a Xmas tree((smart thinking Dad) so I thought it was a great idea to bring my old Scout out , with the playlist of Xmas songs we was on are way. We made it close to finding are perfect tree and then bam the new universal that I just installed,, (didn’t have the same plan as I wanted it to) and wouldn’t you know it felt like taking a nap on the side of the road, by the Grace of Clark Griswold there was a beautiful tow truck that stopped and helped me and my daughter, A very nice man named Casey towed it home and put at in my garage , a big shout out to this company for helping out a dad that just wanted to bring a little Xmas cheer to his daughter , thank you again , great company 5 stars
The company was able to tow our travel trailer to their shop from where we left it. Once they had the key to the hitch, they fixed it within 3 hrs. Repair bill was reasonable. Their communication was great.

They are way overpriced asked quate to tow 15 miles including deadhead from there shop they asked $800 called someone else same miles they charged $300

They were so nice! AAA left me on the side of the road for 24 hours.. it was storming out and a nice gentleman stopped to see if I was OK and took me to the nearest hotel and Rustels auto towed my vehicle. The gave me a discount and even picked me up from the hotel and fixed my tires for so I could ge me on my way. They really helped me out of a bad situation that AAA left me in

My alternator went out on my way to take Amish to a wedding. I called these guys and although they were extremely busy, they stopped and took time out for our emergency. They ordered an alternator and it arrived within 20 minutes. We were back on the road in 30 minutes! Thank you!!!!!
Very nice people! Had brakes and state inspection done. Waited maybe an hour and a half. Pricing is between cheap and fair. Cheap if you schedule an appointment, fair if you don’t. If I didn’t live so far this would be my new mechanic shop.
Tuesday 8/8 we suffered an outlet turbo tube rupture on my 2011 F250 (realizing now that is common problem). Trough the help of Shane who found us on the Knox exit ramp, we found Rustlers and Bryan still at the shop (almost 7pm). Pure luck, there was a wrecked 2012 in the yard that had the EXACT part we needed. Less than an hour we were back on the road. Thank you for the great service and emergency repairs.
I am a travel nurse that was traveling alone with my camper on my way to an assignment when a tire on my trailer blew out on an unfamiliar dark highway at 1100 pm. Rustler was the only company that would come and help me. They quickly changed my tire and made sure that I was safe and back on my way. Outstanding, professional, and courtesy buisness. We were in need of a flatbed trailer and contacted Brian Steinman at Rustler Sales & Service. Despite giving very short notice and needing the flatbed to be delivered on a weekend, Brian was very generous and scheduled the flatbed to be delivered at the time and place needed. The driver was very prompt and called beforehand to verify the time and location. The location had very difficult access but the driver made it work with great skill and a good attitude. He also talked very highly of Brian. We cannot recommend Rustler Sales and Service enough!! Thanks Brian for your generosity and the team you have!
Rustler Sales & Service gave us expedited service for a overdue PA State Inspection and didn't take advantage of the situation as some shops would have done. They got us in and out quickly and prices were very fair. Definitely recommend them to any one in or traveling through the area.

The people here could not be kinder and more helpful! I recently had a flat tire and they were so sweet to talk to on the phone and to send help. The man who came to help didn't make me feel silly or weird and we all just kind of laughed about it. We ended up needing tires and they were very affordable. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to take care of us. We highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The guys from Rustlers rescued us when our pickup and fifth wheel camper broke down on I-80. Even though it was almost 6:00 PM, they were on scene in 45 minutes with a large flatbed and heavy duty wrecker. The drivers were very nice and professional, making sure we were safely situated at the repair shop. They made a bad situation better.
