Stopped the other day to get a new car battery and was in and out within 10 minutes. Fellas working were super nice and had a nice little conversation about our cars while the other was installing. Was also cheaper than going to Walmart or AutoZone so shop local!
I stopped in to see if they had electrolyte for a battery I bought online. It didn’t come filled. They added it to my battery for free that I didn’t even buy there. Great customer service!! I will buy all of my batteries from them going forward. They have a great selection as well. Thank you guys!!!!
Had a battery replaced and they took there time in making things right. They cleaned my terminals and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. I bought from them before and they were great. This is the place to go.

Don’t ever get a battery from them they only have a 3 month warranty even though they say it’s 5 years. They will prorate the remaining warranty and then they will charge you. I had a 3 year old battery that went bad they wanted me to pay $60 to get a new battery. That place is a joke. I’m spending the word everywhere online.
They have unbelievable customer service. My daughter, a college student at Clarion Universiry, needed a car battery. She could not get in touch with me to make sure the payment method would work. An employee installed her new battery and let her leave with her promise she would pay. That is unheard of today! They really went the extra mile and I, as a dad, can't tell you how much I appreciate that. Thank you so much!

I was passing through with my RV. I had an electrical issue. They sold me battery clamps and even took the time to stretch them out so they would slide on easily for me. Then I broke one of the battery cable eyes. They gave me an eye and even lent me hydraulic crimpers to connect them to my cable. No credit card, No ID. Just some random dude off the street. I love dealing with good people.

So nice! I came in thinking my battery was low(I don't have an indicator) due to the lights inside running low. But it turns out, I just had some gunk blocking the connection! They clean it right up for me, no charge! They are so awesome!
Great experience going there, the people who work there are so nice and helpful. They lent me a battery to see if my alternator was going in my car or battery...it's nice to know places are still like that with people.
Great customer service!! They took care of me right away. Very personable and go out of their way to help. They don't try to sell you something that you don't need just to make more money.
Customer service like you've never seen. My battery wasn't charging although there was nothing wrong with it or my alternator. So, the gentleman problem solved the issue by loaning my Lexus another battery & put mine on his battery charger for a few days. No other place would've done this. This was good old fashioned service.
