Scheduled an 8 am appointment two weeks in advance for brakes and rotors. Matt told me on the phone they would have the parts ready and be quick, as I planned to wait with two little kids. Got there at 8:04, they weren’t ready for me until 8:20. After taking my tires off and not touching the car until 9:22, I asked the guy at the desk who confirmed they didn’t have the parts ready and we’re waiting for them to be delivered. Finally did get them and the Visit took more than 2 hours This place is not cheap (I knew they wouldn’t be) but they also were not quick or convenient. No apology or discount when I left, it is what it is

I recently had my tires replaced at Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center in Kennett Square, PA, and the service was excellent. The team was friendly and efficient, they handled the tire installation quickly and did a great job with balancing and alignment. My car drives much better now, and everything felt done right the first time. I’ve tried other places over the years, but this is the only spot I really trust for my vehicles. I won’t go anywhere else! If you’re in the area and need work done, it’s a solid choice.

I stopped in toward end of a weekend day asking to plug a tire. I offered to schedule another day when they’d have more time, but the team was about to accommodate. Great experience and I will always think of them first for my car service needs.

Earlier this week, I had trouble with Mavis in Chadds Ford so I stopped by Quick Lane to see if they could help me with my classic Cadillac. What a night and day difference. These guys went above and beyond what I was expecting a did the job for less than what Mavis quoted. I explained what I knew about the work that needed to be done and instead of getting pissy, they listened, slowed down and figured it out. I highly recommend these guys. I have gotten consistently good service, with honest diagnostics, and no hard upsells. Once went in to replace a tire I thought might have questionable integrity, and after checking it reported that it didn't need to be replaced and how long I could expect on it. A+ service for the maintenance items.

Squeezed in a state inspection on a very busy Saturday before a holiday. Would definitely recommend these guys and come here again!

I got a flat tire and called them to see if they could help, not only they were very nice but the rep offered to send a tech to help me put a spare before I would drive to their facility. That was so nice of them and I appreciate the service. Thank you. I highly recommend their services.

I have to say that my experience with Matt, Chris and the crew at Quick Lane has always been a pleasure. Rapid turn around on oil and filter changes... excellent trouble shooting on a complex electrical trouble and difficult tire leak with good outcome. Totally a pleasure to have Quick Lane nearby and not having to go to the dealership every time. I have taken all 5 of my cars to Quick Lane including a Dodge Durango, Mazda 3 coupe, Mercedes GLS SUV, Mercedes AMG convertible and even my classic 2000 Pontiac Firebird convertible. Spoke with Manuel Alvarez the Service Advisor and dropped off my Dodge Journey for a scheduled 4 wheel alignment, brake fluid exchange, and an oil change. Manuel was a really good man, he went over my work, asked if I needed the car back right away ( which I didn't) and called me a few hours later to let me know the technicians completed the work and the car was ready, Quick! You can schedule online any work needed and they will call you to confirm your appointment. A very large multi-bay facility that can handle a variety of your car's needs, especially tires. Best “chain” auto repair shop I have been to. Quick and friendly service (Matty is the man), prices are reasonable and comparable to smaller shops. Been a regular here for 5yrs and plan to keep coming back.

Bought some tires off Walmart and took them to be installed and they said my van weighed to much. Called up Chris at quick lanes and he installed them in minutes! I will not buy from Walmart again I will use quick lane for all services. Would have saved money if I just went with quick lane from the start. Great service!

A warning light for low tire pressure really was a screw in the tire. Fast and efficient service to patch it and for me to be in and out quickly. Greatly appreciated.

Better than expected. Quick, professional and well priced. Couldn't ask for more. Thought this was just a typical oil change joint but now have a full service place to service both of our vehicles. Woudl highly recommend.

I stopped in last Monday while my Altima was overheating on a very hot day. The gentleman behind the counter took care of me ASAP. They ran some tests after filling my engine with coolant. I live an hour from this location and he assured me I would make it home but suggested I purchase some coolant to be safe. After checking my car for 30 minutes and fitting me into their busy schedule I asked what I owed him. He said, “I hope the rest of your day goes better.” I will not soon forget his kindness. I didn’t catch his named but his appearance screamed Irish with the red hair and green eyes. Quick Lane of Kennett Square is the GOAT!!! Recently had my catalytic converter fail and I checked all the dealerships near and around my area and every single one was either back ordered or not available in the foreseeable future. Quick lane was able to get me in within a couple of days and the day of, I wasn’t there but maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of the proposed time initially given. The staff was respectful, knowledgeable, and quick to tend to all customers coming in, waiting, and leaving. They have my business from now on!

These guys are the best. Had my car towed there last Friday and they replaced the battery and alternator. When they realized there was an underlying electrical issue, they diagnosed the root cause and installed a needed part that would prevent the problem from happening again. My man Manny was really communicative over the couple of days it was in the shop, which was very helpful. All the guys there are really nice, and I always feel inclined to take their advice, because they always take such great care of my car. Thanks to the guys at Quick Lane of Kennett Square, my 2014 should stay on the road a bit longer! Would recommend to anyone. Friendly folks, quality service, and fair prices.

I had an excellent experience at Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center! From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I came in with some concerns about my car, and they went above and beyond to diagnose the issues, making sure I fully understood what needed attention.

My experience at Quick Lane is always positive. Not only are the customer service representatives friendly and knowledgeable, but the auto mechanics are excellent. I have never been unhappy with any of the work done on my BMW, but in addition to that, I find the environment so welcoming that I never mind waiting for my car. The waiting room and restrooms are clean, the waiting room offers comfortable seating, coffee, water, snacks, and Wi-Fi. I have never waited long to check in, I’ve never waited longer than estimated to pick my car up, and I have never been disappointed in the quality of the work. I can’t say enough about the service, the location and the facility. The shuttle is very convenient! I highly recommend.

Manny and the other staff here at this location are very polite and helpful! They are always able to service my car in a timely manner and we are always happy with the results. At the last visit they went over and beyond to help us out. I would highly recommend this location.

Twice now I have taken my Tesla there for state inspection. The first time was when I got it. Tesla dealers aren't licensed to do it so you have to get it done after purchase. The second time was today. I had a bubble in my back tire because pot holes suck. They couldn't give me to sticker but they didn't charge me either. I am going to get the tire replaced but I will definitely bring it back to quick lane for the inspection. Very happy with the experience. I have another car that I might be taking there as well.

Stopped by to have the batteries replaced in my Explorer key fob remote before leaving on vacation. Great customer service at the front counter. He replaced the batteries and gave me an excellent deal. Highly recommend this shop. Fast and friendly. Thank you!

From making my appointment to heading out the door, this was the single best auto service experience I have had. I noticed our inspection had just expired and we were headed out of town. I called around to find a place that could fit me in and I am so pleased it ended up being Quick Lane, as I will now go to them first for my automotive needs. Service Advisor, Bob, squeezed me in and remembered me when I arrived the following day. When I thanked him, he replied, "We are here to help." Service Advisor, Manuel, checked me in and out and, like Bob, could not have been more professional and pleasant. They both offered cards with direct email addresses. Kirby was my mechanic; he got me in and out quickly, treated the car with care, and sent me off with a request to come back again and told me to please ask for him. We will certainly be doing so! I am thrilled they offer so many different services. I highly recommend Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center of Kennett Square to anyone looking for quality service with phenomenal customer service. I have brought my car to Quick Lane here in Kennett probably about 5 or 6 times now for different services and the service they provide has been consistent and what seems to be with the upmost integrity. The service manager Matt goes above and beyond in customer service and all the car technicians I've interacted with have been fantastic. Give them a chance and I believe they will not disappoint!
