First, I wanna start off by saying what an amazing store the manager went above and beyond as well as their employees. I was confused about a few things that I needed for my car and they took the time to help me. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.
Theresa is awesome! I work for a local shop and can't say they haven't updated me or pointed me in the right direction. Parts delivered promptly and walk service is excellent.
I was three states away and 7 hours from home and my mini-van starts to overheat, stressful to say the least. Clayton answered the phone and helped me indentify the parts I needed, along with his calming and knowledgeable demeanor, lowered my blood pressure that day and got me back on the road! This store unjustly cost me money, time and gas because they’re too cheap to hire their own delivery driver and didn’t research ride share enough before they signed up for it. They were quite rude in relaying that information as well.
Associates are super helpful and nice. Went in to exchange a battery because I had to purchase a new one and the sales associate reminded me that the battery that I had is less than 2 years old and still covered by warranty (I had purchased the battery at the same store about a year prior). I had no idea it would be covered under warranty (Remembering warranties seems to get purged from my mind) and he could have just let it go and I would have spent another $200 just like that. I was so grateful. That's customer service that goes beyond what is expected. So glad to have this place in our hometown!
Ordered parts on line, needed other part, had to get it locally, return to store in Kennet in and out in 10 minutes with credit back on my card, I thought this was great customer service, in a world were meadictrize is become the way of acceptance now
was passing thru town, needed oil and washer fliud, this has to be the cleanest and well stocked store iv ever been in!!! Was greeted by treasa , manager. Staff was great, Karen was pleasant and helpful, Will be back, Thank You!!!
Advance in Glen Mills and Kennett Square offer more "Hard To Get Parts" and the staff is a lot better than AutoZone.

Came in for replacement side marker bulbs. Shopped online first to confirm availability. Then went to store to purchase. No trouble finding bulbs. Since I was replacing all four, brought 2 packages to counter. One employee was on phone helping another customer, another employee was stocking shelves behind counter. Another customer came in, was greeted right away and asked if he needed any help. Customer picked up 1 roll of shop towels said, Said no, this all I needed. Employee walked over to other register and invited this man over to his register. Didn't ask me If I was being helped yet. So I waited longer. When the other customer finished, employee then looked at me again and only then finally asked if I was being helped. No apology for mistakenly serving the other customer before me.
Despite providing VIN, received wrong brake pads--charged extra to exchange them for correct pads. These pads were correct but discovered that the clips to mount them were not included. Check your packaging to make sure everything is there.
Shopped online for a gas cap for my car and put the exact make and model for my car and I was given a gas cap that didn't fit. That wasn't much of a problem until I went to bring back the gas cap.. I was being assisted by a woman who immediately said that I won't get the 25% discount which I figured but I thought that maybe since it was not my fault I was given a gas cap that didn't fit maybe they could make an exception but she immediately rolled her eyes and smirked as if I was the one who made the mistake. Meanwhile one of her male co-workers is making racist comments about another customer he was just on the phone with. Very uncomfortable to witness. I will never shop here again and would not recommend this place to anyone! So unprofessional!
From the manager on down the line all the staff are helpful and knowledgeable and they go out of their way to try to locate parts for you no matter where they come in from
A little pricier than competition... staff was helpful but tried to upsell me a while headlight when all I came in for was a light bulb for my headlight
The wait to purchase a single item was extremely long. There were more than 3 employees walking around / stocking shelves for the wait to to be over 10 mins

I stopped in needing help to install wiper blades purchased at a different Advanced Auto. No questions asked the lady behind the counter said let's get these on for you and out she went. The install wasn't as easy as it could have been because of my car but she took time to make it work and refused any monetary offer I made. Because of her selfless act of kindness I shall return when in need of any item this store sells. Both she and her co-worker on Sunday 2/24 are amazing.

Normal store inside but associate didnt want to go outside to run the scan tool on my check engine light. Shouldn't offer free service if you dont want to do it
The people here are not the smartest or the brightest. Depending on who is working you can either find some help, or you will just get told that they are unable to help you. So frustrating that the staff is so unreliable
Moises was suuuper helpful with my newbie questions. Loaned me a special tool to remove an O2 sensor and got me the correct brake pads I needed to do my own brakes. Thanks!
I've always had problems when shopping here. Last time, they had a sale on Mobil 1 oil jug and filter combo. Of course, they didn't carry the proper filter for EITHER of our cars .
The Kennett Square Advanced Auto in PA there people are truely extremely nice very helpful and their prices are very reasonable. They have a vast inventory and accept online orders without a hassel.
