The woman that works in the print services area is very rude. I’ve dealt with her twice. The first time she insinuated a customer was stupid (to the customer) and the second time when I asked her politely (excuse me ma’am, can I ask you a question) for assistance while she had no customers I was greeted with a huff and an eye roll.

The staff here is generally knowledgeable and cordial and I’ve never had an issue finding the products I need, getting help finding something, or checking out. That said, The printing and copying center is wanting. I’ve had issues in the past when needing to make copies of a calendar grid on cardstock; all the copies came back slightly smudged and off-center rendering them unusable. Another time I requested back-to-front copies of ABC cards, but the wrong letters were on the reverse of their respective images. Fortunately, this issue was fixed at no further expense to me. Lastly, I find the pricing standards questionable. I was apparently incorrectly rung up for the lamination of a single print last week and was told the standard price is actually 50% more. However, I could have opted for a cheaper price if I left and came back for the print…which was already laminated and sitting in front of me. It’s stunning to me that the price for a single 8.5x11 print (not fifty or 100 copies) would cost that much more for immediate lamination when there’s no line or pressing jobs that would otherwise require me to come back for it. Since I don’t know of any alternative locations to get this work done, I’ll have to come back at some point for more services, but felt the need to express my disappointment regardless.

Not only do they not know anything but they also act unhelpful on purpose. Looked at me like I was asking for too much when I wanted to know where I can get my Amazon package

I use Staples often for Amazon returns and for shipping both UPS and USPS packages, and it’s always a smooth experience. There’s usually little to no wait, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I’m in and out quickly every time. It makes what could be a chore such an easy, quick trip. Highly recommend for returns and shipping needs.

Update: I also want to thank Tina in Print and Marketing for her help on 1/9/2026 (it would not allow a new review, just an edit). Tina took her valuable time to help me get the prints I needed today. Thank you. I want to thank Ruby in the print area of the Hershey Staples for her help. I was having trouble printing what I needed in the size I needed for Christmas presents for two of my grandchildren. Ruby got me what I needed, perfectly sized. A huge THANK YOU to Ruby and the Staples team—I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you. I shop this staples frequently and everyone has always been helpful, but Ruby saved me….

I sat in line waiting to make a purchase while the only cashier working spent her time assisting people with Amazon returns. I guess Amazon returns are keeping them in business and they no longer are concerned about their actual customers. I eventually walked out and left my items at the register.

Christina was fantastic at the photo center. Came to print some color cards, and she made sure it printed as I expected, and fixed the size everything. Staples deserves people like her.

Terrible store. The floor was very dirty and it smelt bad. What’s even worse was the guy wearing black frame glasses working in the printing area was extremely unhelpful and rude. Not sure what kind of employee training allows them to talk to customers in that kind of attitude. Will never be back again.

Previously I’ve stopped in just to print documents; the process was you’d email the attachment to Staples@printme.com. There would be a return email to print things out on the spot at store. This no longer sends a return to me to enter for printing, and I don’t know why. And there’s nothing in my junk mail. The answer I got from the associate was try to connect to our Wi-Fi, which doesn’t make sense because the mail has officially been sent to the proper Recipient. I tried to order a simple print online but the clerk said “sorry but we have until tomorrow to print this out for you”. It’s a simple print for a medical form for my son. No offer to escalate it or try to print it sooner. More of a scripted too bad so sad attitude. I used to go to Staples, but I cannot print anything unless it takes 24 hours. I have no more use for this place, bad service.

We went to Staples for a replacement coffee machine and found what we needed. The price on the shelf didn’t match the price on my email. The clerk gave me the discount price. Good deal.

I had a terrible experience when I tried to get drawings printed. I’ve had drawings printed twice in the last 4 months but this time I uploaded to Staplesprintme..just like the last time and received my code to give to the person behind the counter. She basically told me she’s too busy (12 orders behind). Told me to go to the website and download them myself. I’m 68 and not tech savvy and couldn’t figure out what how to do it. She grabbed my phone and it took her 10 minutes to get it set up. She also struggled and blamed it on my Apple phone. I told her it’s never as easy as it sounds, then gave me my phone back and told me to download the drawings from my email to a file the transfer to the website. I asked how to do that and her response was I need to figure it out. I told her I’ll go somewhere else and have it done and walked out.

Horrible customer service. Rude. Unfriendly. Nasty comments when I asked if I could simply get 12 color copies printed before I left. I was told to come back the next day. Our tradeshow starts at 9am. They open at 9am. Guy told me, “Get in line with everyone else” - all for 12 color copies. I went next door to CVS and got them printed. What a joke.

The return itself was quick and easy, but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I came in and stood at returns assuming that was where I needed to go, nobody greeted me or acknowledge my presence, making it hard for me to get an employees attention and ask for help. Another lady came in behind me and asked what was going on, she then politely tried to get the attention of the one worker and he walked away ignoring her. When she asked the lady behind the desk if we could have assistance the response was rather sharp telling us she was busy. The guy who helped with my return was polite though.

Terrible customer service. 3 guys (2 right in front at printing services) and not one person asked if I needed help trying to load large packing boxes on top of cart. No acknowledgement at all. I had to walk from one end to the other to get rung up at different registers. Clerk did not help to put large cartons back on my cart or offer to help get them in my car. I walk with a cane and try to do all by myself but help would have been appreciated. A very nice customer helped me to get out of store and loaded into car. Now he knows customer service. No stars for you Staples!

The printing department dismissed a simple question about buying a few sheets of laminate sleeves instead of an entire box of high end sleeves , which I didn't want to do so I left and went to target near by for better customer service. I couldn't even finish my question before being brushed off with the same answer twice.

Very helpful. I walk with a cane. I needed an ink cartridge and a ream of paper. I knew I could not carry to checkout. A store employee went and obtained items for me. They even offered to take bag to my car

Standing here to pick up an online order for 10 minutes now. The only time I’ve been so much acknowledged was when I asked the man behind the counter if this is the spot to pick up online orders, to which he replied yes, but couldn’t even be troubled to say he’d be with me in just a moment. Zero customer service.

This store has great customer service! I was very impressed as I walked in. I was immediately greeted, and an associate took me over personally to what I was looking for. The store is also merchandised well and was fully stocked. I will drive a little bit further to use this Staples in the future.

I took my laptop into the store Wednesday afternoon to have it cleaned out and the young man told me it would be ready the next day and it was! When I returned on Thursday, Cory waited on me and explained everything to me and things I should look for to prevent future viruses. He also gave me a charger to use until my new one came in. Thank you Cory!

The sales associate, Travis, was absolutely AMAZING ? I needed a wired mouse in an hour and a half for my brand new job (my new Employer failed to include one in with the rest of my WFH equipment), and Travis found for me I think the very last wired mouse… THANK YOU TRAVIS!!! You saved me ???? Travis was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, I mean Travis was and is everything customer service should be. Honestly. So Travis, you rock. You saved my new job. You, kind sir, are awesome ? UPDATE 10/20/24 - My hubby and I went in here today to purchase me a new desk chair and Josh was OUTSTANDING ?? He approached us to see if we needed help and he took it from there on out. We appreciated his honest opinions on the few chairs we were looking at. Rock on Josh! Thank you so much! I ordered a printer online from Staples in Hershey Pennsylvania. I was able to pick it up within 45 minutes, take it home, and set it up. During The unpacking and set up process I realized that the printer had been previously used and repackaged. I completed my set up nonetheless, and found that printouts were excellent, including an 8 1/2 x 11" color photograph I had taken earlier in the day. the quality was stunning for a cartridge printer. I thought the store manager might offer me a discount since the printer had been previously used and apparently repackaged by the Original customer. However the store manager thought it best that I return that printer and he obtained a different but same model brand new printer for me. Unexpectedly in the deal I was also given a $20 discount. I worked with two different individuals at the Staples store in Hershey on this issue, and both of them acted and spoke with loyalty to the company and their own integrity. It's getting very hard to find employees who stand behind their employer's reputation and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. These two gentlemen did exactly that. This was an excellent experience. Plus, I wound up with the brother printer I had researched and found to be an excellent purchase with the added bonus of an additional $20 discount for my time.

I brought my baby for a passport photo. It was really hard for me to hold her far enough away from me and she was cranky. The employees were so patient and helpful!!! It took so many attempts. They checked them and we're very carful about making sure they would get approved.

Every single time I’m there have an issue with getting service. They always make me feel like I’m bothering them. Today I was there for almost two hours when finally the manager decided to kinda help us. I witnessed the other worker go to help other people and kept ignoring us. The prices were so high after waiting two hours I had to take my prints and decided to make copies at the library for half the price. All around the service was awful, the workers seemed annoyed that we were there. We waited for almost two whole hours with our toddler and no one seemed to care or want to help us.

Excellent experience! I bought an office chair and they price matched their online price. You can buy them already assembled for a price, but I opted to put it together myself. It took just under an hour and turned out great! Very happy with purchase. I sat in it for at least 3 hours today and it's very comfortable. It's the flexFit Hyken chair. I'm 5'5' and it fits me great. Excellent back support.
