I picked this dealer because I recently moved to the area to our forever home and wanted to have a good local place to work with. These guys are very nice and very knowledgeable of the brand. They were very willing to share info. on riding areas, modifications and local clubs. The wait was long for this jewel and communication could have been a little better but once the bike arrived, they were as good as anyone could expect on explaining the bike, the set up and service of the machine. I would highly recommend this dealer if you want that one on one take care of you experience.

Purchased a 2024 390 Adv late last year. They had one stock already, just came in, I was probably the only person to ride it. They got me some upgrades pretty easily. New skid plate, frame sliders and such. Already had crash bars. About a week ago, I accidentally pulled off my front turn signal by taking off the cover. The elastic caught it, and pulled part of it free, while still attached by wires. I called them up, they told me to being the bike in. I came in the next week, they gave me a replacement with a free part the pulled from another bike they had previously fixed, and installed it, ALL FOR FREE. Amazing service department. Knowledgeable sales people. Great shop all around.

The team at SP just performed suspension and mechanical performance upgrades to my '18 KTM 690 Enduro R. From the moment I walked into the building, every member of the team was welcoming, engaging, passionate about motorbikes, and just overall great people. Their process for completing the upgrades was super-professional. I received a phone call here and a phone call there from their techs to ensure we were all on the same page with the build. Incredible! I will go on record and say this is the best motorcycle dealership experience I've ever had since I bought my first bike in 1987. Oh, and the 690 absolutely rips!!! I can say I feel 110% confident that the dollars invested were totally worth it and it's because of the process, culture and the professional team at SP!

Incredible Service and Support. I recently purchased upgraded suspension components for my 890 Duke R. Brandon in the suspension group went above and beyond what you would expect in providing an exceptional customer service experience. I had a small manufacturer warranty issue and he made it right without hesitation. Things are going to happen, and it is how a company responds that sets them apart. Again, amazing service and support, I only wish there was a Solid Performance in Tennessee.

The best bike shop around for KTM, GasGas and WP Suspension. Love this place and the best service for rec riding or racing. Wish all businesses had the same level of skill and experience. Shop is super clean, lots of gear, new bikes, parts and friendly atmosphere.

Just purchased my first dirt bike after not riding for...well...many many years. Kevin Schuler was awesome to deal with; no pressure and answered all the questions I had. The buying process was painless and quick. They go above and beyond your average dealership, by breaking the bike down again and making it ride/race ready, as it doesn't come from the factory that way. The day of pick-up was great. Kevin explained the process and the bike to me and everyone from parts/suspension and anyone else who passed by were nothing short of awesome and great to deal with. Just bought a 24 KTM 890 adv R from solid performance and I can honestly say that I am blown away at the amazing customer service, experience, communication and knowledge from every interaction with this dealer. Kevin and Hank made the process of buying my bike absolutely painless and I would not hesitate to come back and buy my next bike here. They went above and beyond with a quick prep for me due to being 4 hours away!

I made my way into Solid Performance by chance after looking at a bike at a nearby dealership. Very quickly, I was greeted by Hank in Service who was playing salesman and it didn’t take long to realize I was dealing with KTM experts who were laid back, willing to answer any questions and provide a no pressure experience. I’m about to buy my 3rd KTM from them and wouldn’t trust my bikes with anyone else. Both the sales/service/parts and WP suspension shop are equipped with great resources who give you a personalized experience that remind me of why I love to ride and have made KTM the brand in my garage. They make the effort to know their customers and their needs. I drive 55 miles to deal with them and I’d drive another 55 miles if I had to. If that doesn’t tell you… I don’t know what would!

I had a great experience buying my first bike, and getting my first service done here. Kevin was thorough and kept me in the loop throughout the sales process of my 390 Duke, and was kind enough to deliver the bike to me personally, while explaining controls and general maintenance to me with just the necessary details. Though my first service had a scheduling mishap, Kyle was quick to accommodate me however necessary afterwards, was friendly, and did a great job explaining the service process and answering any questions I had. The shop was very well kept and generally just had a great vibe. Can't recommend this place enough for both purchasing of vehicles whether it's your first or fifth ride, and for any KTM service/tuning needs. Great honest business that makes you feel welcome and radiates the attitude of the riding culture. Easy 5 stars, excellent job fellas.

Kevin and Nick really went the distance helping me secure my Husky 250 heritage. One thing not advertised anywhere is they race prep every bike before it leaves the showroom. They go above and beyond KTMs recommended assembly process to ensure you get a solid bike. Great experience, knowledge, and expertise in the their inventory. Gave me a complete run down of the bike and made the whole over the phone experience fast and easy. Shop is super clean inside and out. Could not recommend them anymore. Long live the 2 strokes!! WHAT THE... WOW! ^The only words I have to describe how the suspension now works on my 2014 300 XCW. This, this is how a bike should feel - no more tired turns and rock deflections, gone are the days (hopefully) of unnecessary arm pump. This old bike and I have been through a lot (over 500 hours), but I just cant stop riding it. Now it has been restored to the woods WEAPON of its former glory. This thing was starting to act up (and I went WAY to far on my suspension service), and I was afraid I would have to put the poor old girl out to greener pastures. until I called the awesome guys at Solid Performance. I had an initial conversation and filled out the comprehensive online form for my riding experience and style and off to the races we went. I sent them the suspension in the mail, and said a few hail marys for the tired parts as they left the UPS store. When my appointment day came around Evan called me and we chatted about the parts - not good news. I had admittedly thrashed this thing way to long and hard for its own good and with different spring rates than I knew I needed. Evan was a CLASS ACT and a straight shooter. I appreciate him not mincing words and although I went far over my budget, I am glad I took his advice and put new upper tubes on and new springs all the way around. He worked with me (stubborn as I am) to cook me up some RAD suspension. I only have 1 hour on the bike since then, but now I know how this bike was truly meant to perform. This old girl and I have many more early smoky mornings and misty moss covered mountains to explore. AHHHHH I can smell the amsoil saber and feel new life breathing in my dearest trail companion (imagine if you had new legs!). Believe me, the guys at Solid are truly experts. Many of us shade tree mechanics can do the work and get good results, these results were not good... they are PERFECT. Thanks again guys I can feel the trails calling from creek beds to rocky outcrops, and everything in-between SOLID has your back (and your front) braaap braaap, that's my que. I usually do my own work on my bikes, and have never willingly brought in my motorcycle into a shop to get service done. With my recent purchase, a Husqvarna Svartpilen 701, I decided to get my first service + install a clutch slave cyl (oberon) with these guys. They're genuinely passionate people and it was a blast just talking with them. There was no weirdness, they didn't try to make me feel bad about bringing an aftermarket part myself; it was fantastic. These guys went above and beyond to take care of my bike. They even did a quick re-route of my clutch / brake cylinder cables, something I never knew I needed. Will definitely be going back in the future for future services! Thanks so much!

After many sleepless nights, stress, depression of failed attempts to sort out the suspension for a 950 SMR. Nobody in NJ could help me! So I started to look further and found this place. After the first call in January with them it felt like I hit the jackpot! I am a better person now, relaxed and happy because I know, I made it. I own a perfect suspension built by these guys. This place is on an other level much better then anybody else around here.

Brought my '19 SDR in for service before track day. Even though the track raincheck'd, Solid KTM was MORE than accommodating and would get my QS and Track Pack installed before the weekend. This place is so clean, you could eat off the floor. So far, so good. Hank and Justin were very mannerly.

These dudes will get you dialed! You're looking at a 150SX Rock Gobbler😳! I really thought that I was going to buy a set of KYB forks just because of how much I liked my old bike. I figured everyone talks so highly about Evan and his suspension work it might be worth my while.. I had Evan do simple revalve with some tricky stuff they did to rear shock and Wallah! Now I'm keeping up with Graham Jarvis! If you are a KTM fan you'll know how elite these guys are just from walking into place.
