Kyle was expert in all ways. From riging on dolly wheels to the front of the car that needed to be towed and hooking up and improvising with wheel off," which broke off the studs" he was able to tow the vehicle into the pep boy garage, back it right in there in between eight bays and put it right between the posts of the rotary lift and let it right down on the mark, to be lifted by the rotary lift. I commend him for going above and beyond the call of towing and made it a custom job. He knows his stuff!
Rob was efficient and safe as he towed my car off of Rt 30 during rush hour traffic. Cars were speeding by as he was loading my car on his bed. I don't understand why cars don't slow down. Thank you Rob!

Absolutely horrible- unprofessional, lacks accountability, and damages cars further than what they get called on scene to assist with. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Do not use.
3D Roadside LLC damaged my car and refused to take responsibility. I originally called for a tow because my battery had died. The driver, Robert, told my mechanic that power steering fluid had leaked all over his tow truck. My mechanic quickly confirmed this wasn’t true - it was coolant from a broken engine coolant pipe. The damage was caused when Robert broke the housing on my upper radiator hose while attempting to jump my battery.
My mechanic made it clear that my car could not have been driven in this condition at all, which proves the damage happened while in 3D Roadside’s care. Before the tow truck touched my vehicle, the only issue was a dead battery. No fluids were leaking prior to their involvement.
When I called 3D Roadside LLC to report the damage, they hung up on me and blocked my number. This company is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and takes no accountability for their actions.

A pizza delivery driver's car broke down in my driveway and was towed by 3D Roadside, contracted by AAA. The tow truck leaked about a quart of oil/hydraulic fluid onto my driveway as you can see in the camera footage. Not very safe on a steep driveway! The driver stepped over the puddle before he left so I'm pretty sure he saw it. When I called 3D Roadside LLC to inform them and help for future recoveries, whoever answered would not give his name, and promised me his trucks, "do not leak, and "how do you know it was my truck!?" and "call AAA not us..." He was very rude and defensive and hung up on me! Not a very good business model.
My Car broke down on 30 in the sink hole construction. They got out to me quick considering the traffic. They gave me a ride back to the garage and fixed my car in 2 hours. I lost the day of work but was able to get there the next day! I appreciate them greatly for the service!
Had my alternator replaced in a labor intensive spot. The service and pricing was great and my car was in and out of the shop. 10/10 going to come back here
Mr. Drew and Tommy were fantastic! I was initially hesitant about trying a new mechanic, but they created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They did an excellent job with my car, and it was ready in no time. I'll definitely be making them my go-to mechanics from now on.
Absolutely amazing company! The owner brought his personal truck out to unlock my keys when they were locked in my car and my dog was at the groomer. He knew that his tow truck would be over an hour so he took the time to come out and do it for me
This guy walks the courts of our development and peers in the windows of cars looking for expired inspection. Hooks you up then knocks on your door asking for $$$ to drop your vehicle. Predatory behavior & no one but the HOA wants this guy lurking around.
Drew was fantastic...arrived super quickly for my son who broke down on his way back to college and towed the vehicle to the Ford Dealership I work for. Kind, courteous and eased this worried mama's heart. Thank you, I highly recommend!!
Dylan was outstanding. He went above and beyond when my car wouldn’t go into neutral over drive & made sure that it was taken care of. He was really nice, prompt, professional & worked quickly to get everything hooked up! Really happy with his services - took an annoying situation & came up with a solution!
I'll try to make this brief, I was stranded on rt1 near Nottingham, PA. AAA came and said that's it was nothing they could do because car didn't go into neutral. I spent 14 hours on the side of the road event tho I had suggested dragging the vehicle on, (which the driver said would "jam him up". Finally 3d towing came through and got me home. The driver was a great guy and even helped me with the car issue . Use them if you ever need a tow in the area.
3D Roadside service was arranged by my roadside assistance. I managed to get my car stuck on a curb. The tow driver came out immediately and took great care in making sure that my vehicle was not damaged. I believe it was Drew that came out today. I am grateful for his expertise and prompt attention. Thank you!

The tow service I received from 3D Roadside yesterday was impeccable! Fred was awesome - friendly, patient, and professional. He even interacted with my 3-year-old nephew! It was his birthday and he was excited to see the tow truck. Fred took time to show him parts of the truck and how they work. My nephew was thrilled! Thank you Fred, not just for efficiently getting my car to the shop, but for taking time out of your day to make him feel special. I will recommend 3D Roadside every chance I get.
It was late evening when our car broke down 2 hours away from home. Drew came by to tow our car to a repair shop to be serviced in the morning. When he saw our little kids in the car and that we were stranded so far from home, Drew took a look at our car to see if it could be fixed. With his expertise he was able to identify the issue quickly and fixed it for us. He waited till we test drove it to make sure it was ok and patiently explained how everything worked. We are so grateful that the kids were not stranded and were able to get home safely.
I had an issue with a flat and needed it patched at work. The guy came out promptly and fixed it with a plug for a reasonable price. The next morning I realized he did not fix the flat like I thought as the rim was sitting on tire. I changed the tire out for the spare and went to work late. I called later that day and talked to the owner. He expressed how sorry he was and said that he would personally make it right for no additional cost. He did just that. He came and picked up my rim and took it to a buddy's shop where they dismounted the rim and put a patch kit on it then remounted and balanced the tire. He returned later that day with the fixed tire and refused the tip I tried to give citing that this is what should have happened from the beginning and that he was very sorry. It is a newer business and he wanted me to know that he would do what it took to back his word to the customer.
Just had 3D roadside pick up our 2015 nissan in honey brook. The tow truck driver was prompt, and kind while reciving directions to the house. We had a problem with billing, which had nothing to do with them... It was through nissan. The driver was kind enough to take the phone from my fiance and speak to nissan for us, even having his boss call nissan and speak to them personnally. While nissan still screwed up the billing, they were kind enough to help us with the bill because it wasnt their fought. I rate them 5 stars because of their prompt service, and their 100% strive for quality customer service.
Excellent service! I called and within 15 minutes they arrived and had my vehicle up and running. They even gave me good advice on what I needed to do about my car battery. Thanks to 3D Roadside I made it home safely.
