For some, it’s intimidating for a young adult to enter these kinds of establishments because of limited knowledge of cars; however, not only was my experience in Firestone great, it exceeded my expectations. I was helped by the Store Manager. Not once was I belittled for not knowing certain details about my car which definitely made me feel better throughout our interactions. 10/10 experience.

We bring our Dodge Dart SXT here often. We always appreciate the honesty and communication this location gives. We rely heavily on this old car so we want it taken care of!
Every time I call they can never get me done in a timely manner. They need me to drop off my car overnight to do a mount and balance in a tire. When I call at 10am. Ridiculous. Go to mavis down the street, they have no problem helping you out 15 minutes before they close.
Had a flat and got car towed there. Flat was fixed but front desk person response on inquiry of timing to fixing was " Do not know when but will call you". Never received a call and end of the day had to call to ask and they were yeah it is done.
Wheel rim is black and it was scratched. Indicating careless job.
Will not recommend this place for any service unless you are desperate.

I have been going to this place for years and I don’t know what happened, but the name should be CANTstone after this visit as all I heard was what can’t be done to my car. Simple things like settting the TMPS go a long way. Excuses don’t. Plus a lifetime alignment means just that.
Andy, Jared and the rest of the crew are awesome. No matter what is needed, they’re always sure to take care of us. Highly recommend these guys. Quick service and reasonable prices.
Highly recommend getting any service on your vehicle here as they are always up front and honest with you. I have never had them push any unnecessary service or repair any time I’ve been here. Got PA State emissions and inspection done this time and they had recommendations for my vehicle but did not make me feel forced to complete them today as some other garages have done in the past to me.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly. Service is always quick, professional, and done right the first time. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this location has earned my confidence time and time again. I absolutely love coming to Firestone. They always are honest about what is needed or not needed. They will also tell you if you should just get a new car instead of fixing the one you have. Always hook their customers up with a discount. Zack, Barry, Anthony and the other guys are awesome. If I remembered everyone’s name I would have listed them all.
Screwed up my car (Benz brake calipers) and had to take it to another shop to fix their mess. They also said they would pay for a rental with Enterprise while they kept my car and they refused to pay Enterprise, so Enterprise billed me almost a year later. Stay away from these incompetent crooks.
Today I had to drop my car for four new tires and an alignment. I was in a time crunch with needing the car back. Andy, Anthony and the team were so helpful with getting this done for me in a timely fashion. Andy was incredibly helpful with picking out the best cost tires for me. I have used this location numerous times and am always happy with the outcome
Came in without an appointment for an oil change. They were very busy, but Andy and his crew got me in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend.
Came in today around 1235 for my 1pm oil change. Said it would take about 1.5 hours to get everything done as I did the $9.99 special they had as well. Almost two and a half hours later, got the car and was on my way. Drove down the road about a mile and the battery light came on so I turned around and went back. I popped the hood and to my surprise oil all over the place and had a burning smell. Turns out the tech didn’t put the filter on correctly (BMWs you have to be careful) so they re did the oil change. What should have been 1.5 hours as they said turned into over 4 hours by time everything was said and done. I got home, looked down at my mat (keep in mind I washed the car this morning and have proof) and there was some type of dirt or oil from the techs shoes all over the floor Matt. Then I got out and notice the same thing on the driver side handle and on the side by the hood. They were finger prints. I’m not trying to be stuck up or anything but if I wouldn’t have turned around and came back, my car could have been extremely damaged. Although I have all weather mats, leaving that in someone’s car (not even putting the paper things down) is rude. Along with that, the finger prints. On top of that because of them messing up, they could have at least offered some sort of refund or discount seeing as how I was there an extra 2.5 hours longer then what was originally said. Never had an issue with bringing other cars there but honestly will never go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else going.
Recently did full suspension on my Honda, plan to do suspension on my wife’s 4Runner, and got new tires on the 4Runner so I opted for the lifetime alignment on both vehicles.
Firestone was very accommodating and got me when requested. Top notch service.
Andy was great and the rest of the team was friendly and knowledgable.

I’ve been a repeat customer for many years now, thank you Andy and Team for being great at what you do but even better at just being great people. I have my Ford Explorer with 148K miles, been serviced at this location since year 1.I would highly recommend this location for your normal auto service needs, I’ll be back!
