Came in to get my battery checked because of the cold and snag a new pair of wipers. Nikki, the salesperson, was incredibly helpful and patient with me and my lack of automotive know-how. Despite only mentioning the wipers in passing, she had already checked the sizes I needed and attached them for me before I could even ask. She couldn't have been more helpful! I'll definitely be coming back the next time I need anything for my car :)
Saved my butt, and my car tire. we ran over a screw in the family car and the workers kindly and calmly helped me figure out what I needed and what to do. 5/5 because they saved my bacon and our the means of private transportation.
Today my husband was broke down on I78 in an 18 wheeler. We called around to many different parts stores but no one was willing to help us. I then contacted the Kutztown store speaking with Mr. Phillip Kalb. He was able to help me with having the part and after he spoke with his store manager Tiffany Reitenauer they were willing to deliver the part to my husband on the side of the road. Without their kindness he would still be sitting on the side of the interest. We truly appreciate all they did and were willing to do. We can never say thank you enough! We want everyone to know that you have 2 amazing people on your auto zone team!
Was traveling to the KU football game and had a battery issue. The team at the store was very helpful in finding me a cost effective replacement. Since I had no tools, the free battery install service was very helpful. They got me installed and back on the road within 30 minutes. Great service!
Alex and Kaitlyn were amazing. They helped us out right when the store was closing. It was 9:01 and they let us get fuses to try and fix our car when we still had 2 hours left on our journey. 10/10 amazing people!
Let me just start by saying, I was having a horrible day. I mean to the point of tears. I was not even going to stop at this store but I was just like let me get it over with now. When I pulled in, an associate was outside smoking a cigarette "I of course prejudged and was like ughh they are probably slackers over here". Before I could even turn my car off your associate put out her cigarette and greeted me WHEN I TELL YOU that greeting alone could have gotten me to buy one of everything in that store I mean just that. I found out her name quickly (Tiffany *not the manager* as she mentioned there were two with the same name LOL nothing against the manager of course) I want to say Tiffany M, I wrote it down but can not find the paper. ANYWHO, she walked me into the store, showed me where to find my vin #, gave her opinion on what I should get. Then showed me how to properly put winshield wipers on. When I tell you it seemed so little but meant SOOO muchhh. I did not have cash so I tried to persuade her into giving me her cash app!! She stated this is what I am here for (;-( <-- that's a tear) She is awesome!! I will only come to this location moving forward. Give Tiff a raise or a bonus !! I will be in next week with a cash tip for sure !!
The actual buying experience was good.

It feels like family there. Chris is so knowledgeable. The points add up very fast. There always telling me i have a discount. I buy parts for my friends so i can earn more free things i may or may not need. I have valve stems that are dice. I live that place
You will never experience another AutoZone like this one! Phabian the store manager goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave satisfied. The staff is a diverse group that each bring quality attributes to the automotive industry. The delivery drivers are professional & personable. Pete & Suki are always making us laugh while providing the best customer service. That goes a long way in this industry. AutoZone is lucky to have such strong & loyal employees.
Always friendly customer service. One of the best locations I’ve been to. I can always find what I need and if I can’t they always help me find the product I am in need of. I will continue coming here.
In this place they never have the piece you are looking for, even being simple pieces, the employees are inexperienced and when I go looking for simpler items they watch and whisper that I am stealing, disrespectful.
I had a wonderful experience at the Autozone in Kutztown. Andrew was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He has excellent customer service skills. He helped me resolve my problem with my car while thoroughly explaining the situation . I would absolutely recommending this Autozone.
Battery in my car died,they tested it and it basically flat lined. Clerk helped me get right battery, installed it even though he was extremely busy. Very grateful for his help!!
They were very busy when we stopped, but did their best to get to us as quickly as possible. The poor employee was dropping with sweat by the time he got to us, and he had to fight with the battery to get the negative connector off but he didn't skip a beat. He did what he needed with a smile and a few jokes.
People here are nice as can be. Knowledgeable and understanding. Some employees know ways around certain problems and give personal advice to help out.
Gentleman working 7/2/19 was EXTREMELY helpful. Immediately came over to help and came out to the car with great help and suggestions on how to proceed with my issue. Will be back for sure.
It's a good location. (Near Giant, ATT, Dominoes, and Giants gas Station right on 222.
It took a loooong time for the person helping me to give me none of the info I needed... they took the vin number from my vehicle and still came up with nothing...
It was raining and not even one safety (soak up the water) mat on the floor. Not one attempt to put one down after mentioning it either... nor to mop the floor... safety wasnt foes5 at this establishment
I found the info myself online and purchased the parts online. Put them in myself and no problems.
