Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Next day orders. NAPA Auto Parts began in 1925 as the National Automotive Parts Association, formed by independent suppliers in Detroit to create a better parts distribution system, with Carlyle Fraser becoming a key founder and establishing Genuine Parts Company (GPC) in Atlanta in 1928. GPC grew by partnering with NAPA, eventually becoming the parent company, launching the first NAPA-branded parts in 1966, and expanding globally, growing from a single store into a massive network supporting auto shops and DIYers with quality parts and service. Key Milestones: 1925: The National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA) is founded by 28 independent auto parts sellers in Detroit. 1928: Carlyle Fraser establishes Genuine Parts Company (GPC) in Atlanta after buying a store, becoming a NAPA partner. 1936: The first official NAPA Auto Parts store opens. 1940s: The Parts Bible (classification book) is launched, and NAPA begins product information schools. 1948: Genuine Parts Company goes public. 1966: NAPA officially launches its own branded parts, like filters and batteries, through the GPC network. 1970s-1980s: NAPA expands nationwide, becoming a trusted symbol in garages, and GPC diversifies into industrial parts (Motion Industries) and office supplies (S.P. Richards). 1990s-2000s: Continued growth, including international expansion into Canada and other markets. Today: NAPA celebrates 100 years, maintaining its core mission of providing quality parts and service, with most stores independently owned but supported by the GPC network.

Having an account here helps alot with cost. But being local? That is my favorite thing

Always loved this place and will continue shopping there. Only had $4 cash and a few dollars in my bank account for a bill. Asked if I could do 4 cash the rest debit on a $6 purchase. Guy told me it would be easier for him to do just debit and let’s do debit and get it over with. Hmmmm. Not coming back. Unprofessional at its finest. Would rather deal with autozone then deal with laziness. Just needed a window breaker fuse. “Let’s just use debit and get it over with” really? Come on learn your job

Stopped in to pick up the parts I ordered on line. Was charged xtra on my card and need to call manager to find out why. Overall, good experience. Great prices and if you sign up for the rewards, you can get additional discounts. I saved an additional $5 on this purchase. Definitely helps. Thank you.

Counter guys always help me with exactly what I need and don't treat me like I'm a "stupid female" like most places do when you come in for parts. :)

Absolutely loved the service here! Goes to show how taking an initiative goes a long way. First, went to this Napa somewhat defeated after going to AutoZone and Advance Auto and not being able to find my air filter as my car is imported. The gentleman that attended me said he can try ordering it which I agreed to but not expecting much. Second, got the call that it was in and as soon as I got there I started to remove my old air filter to match it up with the new one. At which point I surprised to see someone outside asking if I needed help. This is the initiative I was talking about. Third, after matching the air filter and fitting the new one which fit like a glove. They went above and beyond and waived the shipping cost which I was quoted originally. This my friends is how get customers. Will definitely be going here again!

Unfortunately they have attitudes at this store and every time I seem to go there or need them they're closed I like NAPA parts I just don't like the attitude and the prices are always higher than everyone else

My daughter is freshman at Kutztown, her car was having trouble starting, so she took it NAPA on Kutztown Road. Find out the battery was shot, purchased a new battery, car wouldn't start, being the Dad I called asked if we could keep the car there over night and have it towed to garage next day, they said no problem and even pushed to the side. My daughter returns, less than 24 hours later and the car is gone, she inquired and they said Mike Ziegler, owner of NAPA, called and had it towed "because it was there for two days", obviously NOT true. I called the towing company and they said it would cost $183 for the tow from NAPA to their place and then to local garage. Fortunately, after hearing the whole story the towing company reduced it down to $100. I had already arranged for another towing company to pick up car at NAPA and tow to local garage for $65. So I was out $35 because Mike Zielger, owner of NAPA had my car towed. I called around 9am today and asked how I can recoup the $35 I am out because my car was towed, I explained the whole situation, that we spent $100 on a new battery and I would like a way to get the $35 back. Completely rude, "I'm not going to cover the cost of the tow" Mike Ziegler said, I explained his employees said it was ok to park there and actually pushed the car for my daughter to move it to the side. Mike Ziegler called me a liar and he employees would have never said or done that. The rest of the guys are awesome there, just don't ever deal with Mike Ziegler, he doesn't care about his customers, I guess that is what happens when you own a few stores, you forget how you got there.
