Neither of the sales people told me about the air conditioning coolant special, I had to ask after I left the store and saw the sign outside. That's exactly what I bought. I also bought a windshield wiper and neither of them offered to install it for me, even though there's a great big sign in their window stating they'll install your wipers for you. I was disappointed. Other members of their staff have been very helpful to me in the past.

Came home from work and noticed my vehicle was running sluggish and once arriving at home to be parked in idle only to feel the car shaking a bit. Advance had 15 minutes before closing tonight Monday May 19th. and so I quickly went down for spark plugs and once I arrived at the entrance Isaac Z. Welcomed me very professional polite without hesitation and as he typed in my vehicle being a 2018 Kia Optima Ex (sadly not the greatest cars out there) I asked him what his opinion was on spark plugs etc. I thought expensive would be better like NGK ix or denso being 24 or 26 a piece and he gave his honest opinion in stating that the autolite iridium for 10.99 are the best out there still and work just as good etc. He also helped me pick out gas treatment and I went for the high mileage expensive 9.99 and he stated to get the lucas for 6.99 as it's always been really great and actually better. He was so calm with a smile and caring. He helped me 100% all the way as I know nothing mechanic wise etc. He would always say miss to me as a respectful gentleman and I felt comfortable and welcomed at advance auto. He was of best help. He deserves a raise!!! Tuesday May 20th (exited review) Unfortunately next day of removing old spark plugs and to opening the box of new. Found out by my bf that they aren't the correct spark plugs. They are totally a different size and incorrect fit. So Wednesday tomorrow I'll be returning them/swapping for the right set as I gave all my cars info. Mistakes happen.

I would like to give a shout to the two gentlemen that work there. Rich helped me out about a month ago. He helped me put my back wiper on my suv. Very kind and courteous. Mike helped me out two days in a row to check why my engine light that was on two different vehicles. He was also kind and courteous. These gentleman are a big asset to this company.

I was having a problem with my car starting. I work at Weis next door. I called to see if they could test my battery. I was told they do and to stop by after work. Nikki and Rich both did a test on my car. The battery was shot. Rich installed the new one for me in no time. They were both very pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend them!! Thank you Nikki and Rich!!

My husband and I happened upon this location by chance when our alternator broke 4 hours away from home on a trip. Manager Rich and Mike were our saviors. Helping us pick the right alternator, charging our battery, loaning tools, checking the car after we changed the part. The best customer service by far. Deserving of more than 5 stars. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We left the lot feeling confident. We got home to NY and drove back to SC another 15 hours with no problem. I would highly recommend this location and am very grateful to have crossed their path. Thanks again gentlemen, best wishes.

They are very professional and friendly. They even will test your car to see what is wrong with ot for free. I keep telling them I am Coming back for the test, but then find out my auto is okay, and dont make it back. My bad. BUT they are very helpful, and I would recommend them anytime!

The workers are rude I wanted to see if they have a park to my vehicle but they told me to get out as I walked in to the store
