Really, A no star review is more appropriate for this company.
My insurance agency contacted them at 4:30 pm and
I was given an hour and a half wait time. The hour and a half arrived and I called United who said they hadn't sent a driver. They did not notify Geico nor me of this. I called Geico next and reported that United Towing had not yet sent a driver let alone arrive on time. Proof of that was Geico sent me a text message after I hung up from them stating that that united should have arrived at my location by that time.
Next I was given an hour wait time. That time came and went and this time I called Geico directly. They again were unaware that United Towing did not follow thru with their commitment for a second time.
Now a driver called and gave an hour and fifteen arrival time. Though Geico offered to cancel United Towing and call on another towing company I followed through with United. HAlfway through the third arrival time I contacted the driver to find his new arrival time. It was appropriately 45 minutes and he did arrive on time and efficiently unlocked my car.
I recommended to him if the company treats him anything like they did me to find another job.
Completion time was 8:07 pm.
We're thankful to have experienced the outstanding repossession services provided by this company. The whole process was smooth and efficient, leaving us with peace of mind that our possessions were in good hands throughout. Called to see if they towed my friends vehicle. A man answers the phone wouldn’t give me his name. I asked did they have the car stating the year make and model he said he didn’t know if they had it and proceeded to hang up! Worst company ever will never call them again.
We are a used car dealer in Texas. One of our vehicles we financed BHPH was bought by a girl who said she "officially" relocated to TX to join her family and stuff. It turned out she came down here ONLY to get a car and drive back to her town near Pittsburgh. We were fortunate enough to find United Towing. Once they received the paperwork they needed, they got the car back for us in less than 24 hours. No BS, No drama - just get the job done efficiently. Depending on where you stand, if you are someone who doesn't want to take care of your car payments, or just tries to hide from the lien-holder, United Towing is your nightmare 100%! But for us, they are godsend. Thanks again for the good work!
BEWARE!!!! They repossessed my car and sold my plate!!!! Car was repoed in 2015 and I started getting tickets in NY in 2019 When I called the company to inquire about my plate they said "I dont know what to tell you it was 4 years ago" and hung up on me! Clearly, if NY has pictures if the plate this company supposedly destroyed something is crooked

I have used them several times and have never heard any complaints back from my members. Prices are fair and they have picked up every one I have sent so far.
My truck was actually repoed by accident. Finance company paid to have it brought back. The guy was 5 hours late. Was extremely rude. I didn't sign the paper bc it was dark and I couldn't check for damage. They parked my truck in an illegal spot. It won't start now. I called the company and the guy hung up on me. Very unprofessional. I have contacted a lawyer. Please contact the BBB and attorney general's office if you have had a bad experience with this company. It really does help.
I called United Towing Repossessions to get my truck back. They responded immediately in a very Professional and Personal manner. I was given great insight into how the process would be handled. I also needed a second truck recovered, but I didn't know its location. United found the location of my second truck while getting back my first truck. Additionally they noticed several parts missing from the first truck, was able to locate the parts nearby, and recover them as well. This saved me a lot of money. The total cost was very reasonable. These guys are Great !!!!
This is the most unprofessional rude and unorganized towing company around. They are racist and very uneducated just pure ignorant. Their tow trucks are ragedy. While towing a vehicle the driver damaged 2 other cars on my street. They are rude on the phone and the address they have listed as a tow yard is a storage facility. Called police to file a compliant and they advised a suit was already in place for this company. If you have any problems with this company call BBB and file a complaint with attorney general. I am only giving 1 star because the site requires it.
I really don't want to give them a star at all!!!! Horrible service both the lady and guy I talked to was rude!!!!! I had to wait all weekend to get my truck back because they only take by appointment and then when I called to make an appointment the guy answered the phone was rude and short. Went to pick up my truck the back bumper was danamaged he told me they didn't do it and when I said that it wasn't like that before he told me "got to go bye bye" well I got out that I was turning them in!!!! RUDE IGNORANT!!!!!!!! Then I found out there is money missing from my truck, and when I called about it he asked me if the Bible and daily bread was a prop or did a actually read it, I asked what that means he said cause I'm a liar and then said let send you to our complaints dept and hung up on me!!!! United towing you suck!!!!
I had a van illegally reposed from a storage unit that this company uses as there address although they are a towing company. I was locked in the gates with my 7 year old son as they stole the van. After recovering my van I had an iPad, phones, $30.00 in lose change, straps, phone accessories and other small things stolen from inside the van. This company does not provide the proper paper work, they steal vehicles and property.
Called to inquire if my car was towed there. The first time I called the guy picked up the phone and hung up immediately. The second time I called and asked if they had towed my car and the man say no and hangs up...didn't even give him info about my car.
