DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I purchase almost three months ago and the washer does not work. I notice a problem about a month after purchase. I put clorox in the washer it came puring at the bottom. I called to have it fixed and the man says "don't worry about it","Washers were not made to have those harsh chemicals". He did not want to fix it. Then a month later it stopped working and he want to charge me 75 dollars to look at at it plus parts and labor. First of all I almost paid the price for a new one and you cant just fix it. My mistake I shouldnt have done that. I gave one star just so I can add this review but trust me he don't deserve that. He was a nice man but I guess you have to be when your ripping people off....PLEASE GO TO A REPRUTABLE PLACE.! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
I will NEVA use nor recommend this company to anyone in need. I made the call to set up service repair for my Whirlpool electric dryer and not once did this guy ever mention that he ONLY repairs older models and not newer models but yet still charged me a $40 service charge. That should have been explained during the call. Then to scope out my house made me nervous. Be very careful of who you allow into your home.
I called n inquired about getting my dryer serviced. They came out took one look at my dryer n said I should get a new one. Never ever touched the dryer. Then proceeded to tell me to call my welfare caseworker and get money from them to buy a new one. Then charged me 30 dollars for coming out!? I feel scammed!
Sold me a fridge that worked only for a month when they came to fix it he expected me to have a piece of wood so it would start working again I told him I don’t just have wood laying around and they left said it’s not his problem any longer and I only had it for a month terrible just terrible
Bought two fridges, both failed after delivery, repair guy tried to blame the apartment circuits but new fridge / freezer in same place had zero issues. After that they refused to return calls / show up to repair fridges, absolutely failed me and the tenants I was trying to provide for with the worst service I've ever attempted to use. Will never buy from them again under any circumstance.
Associate at store was very friendly. Price for fridge was good. The delivery of fridge went very well. Very prompt. Will come back. Price of appliances suits our needs
Needed a small part for a fridge. Guy vanishes for a bit, comes back, hands me 2 of them, and says "I don't even know if these work. If one does, bring the other back, if not, bring em both." Sounds great!
Short story: they didn't work, and these self-righteous junk lords refused to give me my cash back, but still wanted the parts back.
Shorter story: don't bother, you'll get hosed.
Got a deep freezer from here plugged it in waited 24hrs and only got cold never even got cold enough to keep my food fozen so after wasting a 100 bc I told him I would be returning it tomorrow he gonna say o it's as is I told him it will be as is sitting out of his store then I was like naw I am just gonna get rid of the junk so he can't resell it to someone and they gotta go through what I went through definitely would not recognize this place man didn't even know if the thing worked when I even called b4 going over there got there guy was like o come back in a hour gotta plug it in and make sure it works went back in a hour guy wasn't even there so not worth it out 100 plus the food I losted and had to buy a hole new freezer definitely would give 0000 stars but cant😤😤😤
Wow poor phone skills. Started out fine but after my second question was the ride part. I asked if they had a washer/dryer set for around $400, they said not right right now. Understandable. That means they do get them/occasionally do. Second question was do you have a roughy idea when you think you'll be getting any? "Never." Wow. Okay. That's poor customer service. Could've said "I'm sorry but we never get them for that price." Could use some customer service training. Not like I was going to buy from them cuz they didn't have what I was looking for, but just not going back or recommending because of that. Also I didn't hear what he said when he picked the phone up. It was one word and mumbled. Not even a name. Oh well. Just be warned, if you go here you won't get proper customer service.
We just recently bout a stainless steel fridge and stove from here...they delivered, hooked up, and took our old appliances shout out to Jamie for all his help and hard work 💪🏻🙏🏽
Delivery was a hour and a half late, complained to me to my face the whole time while bringing in my appliances? Huffed and puffed it was horrible!! Will never go their again!! Only picked a two star because I actually received my items!!
Not the prettiest place but if you want good service and some one that backs thier used appliances go see them, I've been going to them for years always had good product 's
I’m out of $400 for a refrigerator that does not work. I got the fridge on April 2nd. It stopped working 3 weeks later. I’ve been calling and setting up appointments for someone to come out to fix. 3 appointments that were made was a no call no show. On the 4th attempt someone came out looked at it after I asked to speak to the manager, he changed some parts then I was told they would be back tomorrow which they never did come back or call. I will say I also got a washer that I have no problems with. Only bad thing I have to say is they gave me bad hoses that connect to the sink. Water was everywhere but I replaced that myself.
Have bought washer, dryer and refrigerator from them, washer and dryer 18 years ago and refrigerator 5 years ago. Great prices, delivered and all appliances are still working great!
