They have almost all you need but prices are outrageous... I believe these stores came from California.. someone needs to inform them we don't have the money people do out there.
Greg went beyond the call of duty to help a gal learn what the hell to do for basic car maintenance between shop visits. I learned how to put wiper fluid in, top my oil up because it was low as hell and check my tire pressure. So... Thanks so much for taking time out of your day to help me learn what to buy and do, and when it needs done. I know I could have just Googled it but I'd rather trust someone who knows this better than I do. And maybe now when I put air in my tires I won't be scared I'm gonna mess it up!!! Pls give him a nice Christmas bonus this year Mr. O'Reilly Auto Parts store owner ☺️🙏 Greg let me ask a bunch of dumb questions and actually went out of his way to educate me, so I felt a lot smarter knowing this is all stuff I can handle myself now.
Went to competitor 200 yards away and was handed a shoe box of useless tools for what I needed .spark plug wrench.. box had screw drivers and box wrenches?? Went to your location and was greeted with enthusiasm and handed the tool I needed without hesitation. Erik the manager was helpful and friendly. He is truly an asset to your company
It's the only parts store I go to for the simple fact that the employees where I go to work on their own automobiles and you can hear them talking about it . The parts are always correct to the vehicle and the knowledge they offer is amazing.
Eric is the man. Their system recommended my battery be installed by a professional mechanic. Eric was able to install it flawlessly in 10 minutes. Give that employee a raise.
The gentleman with the red hair was so nice and courteous. He was prompt and put my new car battery in with a smile on his face. Wonderful experience! Quick and easy!
Terrible customer service. Hopefully it is just the McKeesport location. I was the only person in the store and neither of the 2 sales associates in the store were willing to leave thier stools at the counter to help me look for something that I really didn't know what I was looking for. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
It’s decent for the most part. They have the basic items that you need. Cool thing is if you’re looking for something if you have the part name or number they can look it up and order it for you so that’s a plus.
Sad that you go to an auto parts store to get help and receive such strife from the employees that work there. Isn't that the purpose you serve as an auto part store in the community? My husband had an employee tell him they don't allow you to borrow any tools when he asked. Another employee told his coworker that it wasn't true and to see what he(my husband) needed. My husband was getting attitude from an employee name Joe especially. I was inside the store purchasing something when Joe came into the store to grab another tool. He blatantly said as he passed me, "I don't want to help this guy". Joe didn't know who I was, but obviously didn't care and said what he did anyways. I almost addressed his comment right then and there. Joe is disrespectful, a total disregard for customers, bad attitude for customers and gives a terrible reputation for O'Reilly Auto Parts. I do not like this store! I refuse to spend my money here anymore and will share my experience with all my friends and family to NOT shop at this store ever!
Its a great place but I had a problem just now that caused me $13 on a.c. coolant. I bought a can 2 years ago, diligently saved the hose. Well today they had no refills so I hadda pay the extra $13 for coolant with the hose I did not need.
Went to get brakes and the workers at this place are friendly and knowledgeable, instead of pointing to where a tool i needed was, they actually took me right to it. I ended up needing a needle nose plier, so i sent my wife back to this place to get it and they showed her exactly the right tool. Some pIaces ive been to get annoyed when asked for help but not this place. I would definitely go back to this place, and my wife is going to recommend all her customers to go here as well.
