I was in the other day and there was a lady there who kept nodding off as I was talking to her about the part I needed. She was clearly under the influence. I will not be returning.
Bought a rear wiper blade online for my SUV. Couldn’t figure out how to change it out so I stopped by this AutoZone, and asked the worker inside for help. Got it changed out for me in just a few minutes!
I went to AutoZone tonight with my muffler dragging on the ground. Mike ( the store manager) was FANTASTIC!! He not only took my muffler off to make sure he had the correct fitted part but he put it back on!!! What customer service!! Thank you Mike!!!
Need my battery replaced...woman told me my battery was the only kind they couldn't replace because it takes too long, went to auto zone in pleasant hills and they told me no problem and they never heard of any such thing
I am a long time customer of AutoZone in general, but I stopped at this location for the first time to have my battery checked and I was worried they would just say I needed a battery to make a sale. But instead I was treated with respect and the salesman was very helpful in what was causing the issue I was having.
Got a defective part the cv axle nut was cross threaded came to this location cause my original location didn’t have it and I will NEVER AND MEAN NEVER step foot in this location ever again if I need a part and they have it I will travel to other stores the associate was extremely rude and called me an idiot I’ve been doing this kinda work for years and never treated like this in my life. Beyond rude and ignorant
I came in here to get brakes and the woman clerk told me her boyfriend fixes cars & that he is right up the street. Me being kinda desperate that day I agreed cause brakes are usually easy.
She gave me his number & I called him, I felt welcomed & he seemed nice except for the fact he charged 200 bucks for a brake job that he couldn’t even do. In fact, I don’t think he even tried… he ruined my breaks on purpose! Not sure why in the world he did that but BEWARE
Thank you so much to the young man who replaced my headlight bulb today! I went to three different places, and no one else wanted to touch it. I will be returning to AutoZone for any future issues.

I bought a new battery there a couple of weeks ago. Since then, it has drained four times. I've taken it back to have it checked after recharging, but no one seems to be able to offer any possibilities as to what the problem might be.
I shouldn't have to be charging a new battery every couple of days.
Special shout out to the young lady who assisted me this past Sunday with changing out my headlight bulbs. I was pretty lost and she took time to change them out in lousy weather and showed me how it was done. Great personality and professional.She rocked!

I love this AutoZone. My wiper blades got really ripped up like a month after buying them. They just did a over the counter exchange since they were rain x ones. Never been to a more helpful store. This place is always packed and o-rileys across the street is always empty for a reason.
Came to the store with a questionable 2-year old battery with a 3- year warranty. I had to have it jumped the night before. Props to Justin who tested my battery, found it to be bad and installed a new one under that warranty in about 20 minutes.
I have a battery with a 3 year guaranteed. Its not working so I took it over. They say they'll recharge it come back in an hour. So I left and came back an hour later. They said it's charged. I took it back put it in my car and it still won't turn over. Called my mechanic. He took a look make sure it wasn't something more serious. He jumped the car. It's a bad battery.
Excellent service from this store! As a woman this is always a concern, but never here. Always have received the best service from these men and women. I stopped at 0730 am after work for replacement of a headlight and had it bought and installed and on my way home within minutes. The manager, Taylor, was so helpful. Thank you, AutoZone!
I went to get check engine light checked and buy parts needed, as well as a light bulb that was out. The employee did plug my car up and told me that I needed an oxygen sensor. I asked him which one, and he told me to take it to a repair person and ask them. I asked about my light bulb and he said I would have to take the bulb out and bring it in to get a replacement. I asked if he could look for me, and he stated that they were to busy. I thanked him for his time, and then took my car to O'Reilly auto parts where the attendant was happy to properly diagnose and sell me the oxygen sensor I needed (bank 2 sensor 2) as well as the light bulb that needed replaced. Way to send your business up the road.
Dropped my battery off to see if it could be charged or did I have to purchase a new battery. They stated that they would call me when it was finished. Two hours went passed and I didn’t receive a call. I called them and they stated that I had to wait another two hours for another charge because the morning shift didn’t tag it saying whether not the battery would charge and the employee also started that he just got to work. Bad business!
Wish they had more staff on duty, always seems to be a line. They do get you in and out as fast as possible though. They are way better than advance auto when it comes to knowing vehicles. Especially Jeeps. They seem to always have what i need in stock. The store is clean and well stocked. I love the deals and points system as well.
The customer service was Great. Helped me and my daughters with everything we needed and if we asked a question they explained stuff promptly and with as much information as possible so we understood what needed to be done.
