I've been a customer of Castle Shannon Meineke for more than 20 years, and they've earned my 5-star review EVERY TIME I've required their services. That kind of quality, customer service oriented business is increasingly difficult to find. Keep it up!

First time here to get my car inspected. They did a good job communicating and I like that I can book the appointment online.

They were a wonderful help! Not sure if you come across many business like this these days, it was apparently a minor thing but still needed attention of the welder, and they didn’t charge me! Very helpful and friendly staff!

Had a great experience with meineke, they were able to take me in on short notice after I found out my exhaust was coming apart. They were able to fix me up quickly and at a fair price.

10/10. Got quoted $2600 at another ship for a full exhaust system replacement due to rust. These guys fixed it for $170. Super fast, clear communication.

These people rock. They go above and beyond in helping. They explain what needed done and kept to the quote they said. Very good to deal with, didnt try to up sell. I will 100% go back.

We failed for sharp edges and they let us come back within 10 days with no extra charges. We also were in a rush to reinspect and they made time for us right then and there and saved us a lot of trouble. Crystal at the front desk is also super friendly and knowledgeable.

I can honestly say that the work done on my wife’s Honda Element was really five star work. They fixed everything, the muffler, side mirror, front struts, mounted 4 new tires and changed all the fluids.(the car sat for a year because my wife was very sick) My only complaint is they replaced the hood release but I can not get it to open. Seems like the cable was shortened during repair. I’m not gonna use any tools to get the cable to open the hood latch as that is how another mechanic broke it to begin with. Meineke did a great job the car runs like new. I called the service shop and have an appnt next week to get the hood release fixed. The staff at this location is really above and beyond. The mechanics did excellent work, I was called above the additional work the car needed to pass inspection. The prices for all the parts was reasonable, labor cost industry standard. Plus they changed all the fluids and only charged me for the stuff they used. If I have problems with this or another car I would definately go back to the Meineke shop In Castle Shannon PA.

Dropped off my vehicle the evening before. Couldn’t have been an easier process. They did a great job.

Got my winter tires put on here. It was fine, I expected the air to be filled up in my tires as well but was disappointed when I got in my car and they were all around 27 (they are meant to be at 35 on my vehicle). That’s the only complaint I can muster though. Communication and customer service was great!

I went here this morning for an oil change and inspection. Terrible luck to start because my car battery died in the lot. They told me they would try to charge the battery and if that didn’t work the battery replacement would be 150 dollars. My car is 5 years old so that seems fine. Then they call me to tell me the battery would be 400 dollars and even tho I did my online research and batteries are never that much, they wouldn’t give me more information other than ‘it was the only one in stock.’ I just picked up the car and they charged $530 total for a new battery and replacement fee for a grand total of $700 for inspection, oil and the battery. Absolute terrible experience and would never recommend.

Easy to get an appointment. Great price. I didn’t even know Meinecke replaced brakes but they were able to get me in much quicker than the dealership or other mechanics and they did a great job. 👏

I honestly love this place! 2 years ago, I went to get my oil changed and they found an abnormality in my tire. I was going on vacation the next day and taking my car. Crystal called around and went above and beyond to find me a new tire in short notice. She is AMAZING!! Fast forward to this week, I made an appt to get my oil changed and I thought I needed brakes. They easily could have changed my brakes but they told me I didn’t quite need them yet and I’m good for about 6 more months. They are so honest there and thorough and helpful. I’m sure I can get serviced somewhere cheaper but they have my business for life!

Used this shop a while ago for a flex pipe replacement on my cars exhaust system. I was scheduled for the next day, it was done right, and the price was right. Would 100% recommend.

Always a great experience. They are great, quick and reliable. They tell you straight what needs done. What can wait. And always treat you like family! Never take my vehicles anywhere else!!

All was so easy. From dropping off my car the night before to pickup. And much more reasonable than most places. Definitely will be using their services again.

I called about my daughter's car. The muffler they scheduled me an appointment. The very next day they called me by 9 o'clock in the morning, the car was already done. And you can't even beat the price. Excellent customer service.

Awesome people work here. Scheduled online (call to confirm if you do just in case). Called me about my damages. Gave me a price over the phone before they did anything. My car sounds brand new and they were very nice to me.

I took my 2011 tundra for inspection. They said I needed fog lights and front marker light replacement. Charge would be 255.00. I said I will do it myself. While replacing the fog lights they still didn't work. I noticed that they were fine. I checked the relay and it was missing so I put in the relay and was good to go. I have to wonder how they determined l needed my fog lights replaced. I went back to get my inspection stickers and told them the issue. The guy looks at me and shrugged. YIKES!

I've taken my car here a few times now for fixes and have left happy. Prices have all been reasonable and the speed that they do repairs is so appreciated. They also tend to fix things that other places would just buy a whole new part for, so more affordable. Crystal at the front desk is also really nice and as a women I appreciate having another women telling me about the fixes needed etc.

These guys are the best. They're very busy for a good reason, and even when I haven't had time to make an appointment they've always slotted me in as fast as possible. They charge a reasonable price, they always try to repair instead of replacing if possible, and they don't upsell, to the point that I actually trust them when they say something needs done to my car.

I always feel I’m being treated fairly here. I think they are honest and very good at what they do. Had my rear brakes done and discovered the sway bar was detached. The price was fair and it was all done at the end of the day. I’ve recommended this place to my brother and others. Nice to have a place to take the car without bracing myself for crazy upcharges. Definitely recommend!

Crystal is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about her job And is super friendly and kind. My vehicle took a long time due to alignment issues. The lobby was comfortable and a good place to sit for several hours. They did a great job on my new tires and alignment and my car honestly feels like it’s brand new.
