Excellent and high quality service. Gina the Collision Estimator/Advisor was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Gina was diligent to provided timely updates. Brandy in the front office/lobby was extremely kind and helpful during the onboarding and offboarding. Overall the Body by Cochran Collision delivered quality par excellence work. I would highly recommend Body by Cochran Collision.

2025 was a rough year for our car- we need service in January and again in December. What could have been a stressful experience was made infinitely better by the incredible team at Body by Cochran. Truly, this level of customer service in any industry these days is rare, and they went above and beyond expectations. A special thanks to Gina Costa who managed both claims for us, Brandi who was always a friendly face at the front desk, Tom who put together our estimate (and reassured me all would be fine!) and Anthony who solved our mystery noise issue. The repairs for both incidents look fantastic- you can tell they take pride in the work that they do and back all of their work with a guarantee should any issues arise. They worked seamlessly with our insurance as well, which was a huge plus. No one wants to find themself in need of body work, but if you do, these are the people you want to help you through the process!

Bad customer service. Have been trying to get an estimate for repair of my suv. Girl named brandy never returned phone calls. I also have reported this shop to State Farm for the bad customer service. I would not use this shop.

I went on Monday, 12/01/2025, to schedule an appointment for my car to get checked for an estimate. The lady who helped me told me the appointment would be on Tuesday, so I thought she meant the next day. But when I went today, she told me my appointment is actually for next Tuesday. The misunderstanding was really frustrating.

I am an engineer and I am very picky about my car. I recommend Body by Cochran Collision highly. Pleasant and efficient reception staff (Brandi) and honest and respectful estimator (Dan). Dan worked with my insurance company to make sure the repair was done right. The quality of the repair was top notch. I am a very satisfied customer.

The office staff and the technicians did an outstanding job in repairing a dented quarter panel on my vehicle. They also detailed both inside and outside of my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop for auto body repairs

Definitely recommend this business. They repaired my car in a week from damage I had from hitting a parked car in a parking garage. Beautiful work, I can't tell where the damage was. Very efficient and friendly.

I would recommend Body by Cochran Collision because of the quality repair. Unfortunately I’ve had to use them twice and both times was kept informed about the repair and the people that work there are friendly and actually answer their phones! Our car came back to us looking brand new.

I had a situation where my brand new 2025 car got hit at my job and I was devastated. I went with this repair shop that was referred to by a friend. I am so pleased with the experience I had. The lady at the front desk and Gina were so helpful, I couldn’t have done it without them. I knew nothing and they helped me and guided me through every step. Every time I called with a question, they had an answer and were very patient with me. I just got my car back and it looks brand new again. The work is great and the people there are great. Highly suggest going with this shop for anything you need!

Only place that I found that will service Tesla bodies. I went to the castle Shannon location because the Wexford location will not pick up their phone. They were processional and prompt. Communicated directly with the insurance company. Rental car was easy. Picked up and dropped off at Cochran. My car was done 2 weeks before expected which was fantastic!

my neighbor sideswiped my car I took my vehicle to this collision center, and they took very good care of me and my vehicle. It took a little long but overall the weight was worth it. My car looks amazing. Drives amazing extremely happy. I would definitely recommend ASAP to anyone that needs services in western Pennsylvania. I can’t thank Gina and Brandy enough for everything they did for me. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service you guys are awesome.

I brought my car in for service recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After the work was supposedly completed, I discovered after months that the radiator hose had not been reconnected properly—or at all—which led to significant coolant loss and overheating of my engine possibly damaging my ac unit. Seems like a simple mistake that could've resulted in serious damage, save your time.

The painting was very bad for a professional body shop. I repaired my tesla model y replaced the front bumper after an accident. After I took delivery I found the paint was not smooth at the edges. I have contacted the body shop. Depends on their response is will update this review

I really hate when they say , you car is ready to pick up, then we come to pick it up, then they say, “sorry but is not paid” , then stress and drama, and then they check and realized this was cleared by the Insurance and we can take the car. What it was a good Customer Experience in the beginning, ends as an unnecessarily bad experience at the end. They should check all of this before that ask us to come and pick up the car.

My situation was rough. Car went in for repairs after an accident in mid Nov, wasn't expected to be done until early Jan. Lots to be done and the holidays didn't help. But the staff, in particular Chris Stroop, was extremely helpful and professional. Kept me informed at every step in the process and managed to get the repairs done a little earlier than expected. Outstanding work, too! Car looks brand new. Zero issues. Would highly recommend!

They did such a great job on the body work that my vehicle needed. They worked well with Enterprise for the rental, making pick up and drop off very easy. The staff is amazing as well. Customer service was top notch by all individuals helping me. Thank you so much!

The repair itself was good. However, the customer service was lacking. There was no one available to go over the vehicle with me when I picked it up. While driving home I heard something rolling around in back of my SUV. When I got home, I opened the rear hatch and found my rear splash guards and screws to attach them. Apparently, the technician forgot to put them back on. It was too much of a hassle for me to get back down there to have them do it, so I just ended up doing it myself. So overall, not a great experience. My wife also had a bad experience there with her car coming back filthy/dusty inside and overspray on parts of the car. So, this has been strike two. We won't be using Cochran again for body work.

I had a pretty terrible experience here and would not recommend this shop to anyone. I took my car in due to a side swipe, but it was after the service that the problems started. I received my car back and immediately noticed that the front camera no longer worked. The camera was never an issue in the past. I drove my car for a week between the side swipe and this service and the camera was fully functional. I brought my car back for the first time the next day and was told that they were unable to figure out the problem, but would put it into insurance as it may have been part of the accident. I took my car home and waited until the new camera arrived. Durning that time, I noticed a rattling coming from the front driver side, where the repairs were made, when I went over 60 mph. I informed the rep, Chris, and he said he would diagnose it when I brought the vehicle back in for the camera. The camera came in a week or so later and I dropped my car off with the expectation that both problems would be corrected. I received the first call about the camera and was told that the new camera also does not work, he said it must be another issue. He mentioned that they would not do any further testing as it would not be covered by insurance. I informed him that my camera was operational after the accident and only stopped working when I received the car back from him. He replied that my bumper had been worked on before so that may have caused the issue. He was correct, my bumper was worked on in the past by a Chevy dealership years before, however, the camera worked properly the entire time I owned the car. He called back a second time, which I missed. The voicemail said they could not replicate the rattling, but did hear an empty bottle rolling around in the back. Admittedly, I do not know much about cars, but I know the sound of a bottle rolling around. I also sent him a video of the rattling prior to the service, which sounds nothing like a bottle rolling around. When I finally picked up my car, the first thing I noticed was a ton of dirt on the bumper and hood. I looked closer at the hood a noticed a new scratch that had not been there prior to the third trip to the shop. To my surprise, when I put the vehicle in reverse, I had a huge yellow exclamation point on my camera despite being told my vehicle was ready for pick up. Both Chris and the mechanic that spoke to me about the bumper were extremely unprofessional and rude. I did not re-enter the shop to discuss the issues as I was not willing to give them my vehicle for a fourth time. I immediately called Nationwide and set an appointment at a Chevy Dealer. The only positive of the whole experience were the nice people that worked at the front desk.

My husband and I have brought both our vehicles here for repairs. They performed exceptionally well with my husband's vehicle, demonstrating efficiency and excellent communication. Recently, I visited for an estimate on my vehicle, and Chris promptly addressed and resolved my issue within just five minutes! I highly recommend this service center and am especially grateful to Chris for his swift and effective assistance.

Great experience very nice people overall. The work was done on the date they originally gave me. They also shined up my tires and looks like they cleaned the outside of my car which was a nice courtesy.They also make getting a rental super easy. They have enterprise meet you at the shop and you can even drop it back off there without waiting. I would highly recommend this location.

I visited this shop initially in August for a minor repair on my car, expecting professionalism given the nature of my car's brand. The initial estimate seemed straightforward both in terms of cost and duration. Firstly, after turning in my car, I was informed that the necessary parts hadn't arrived. I had to retrieve my car and wait. Over the following months, I made multiple inquiries, only to face delays and uncertainty. The parts, which should have been available much sooner, only arrived in October. And just when I thought things would proceed, they hit me with unexpected additional costs and an indefinite repair timeframe. I felt a sense of inconsistency in our communications, with terms and conditions changing without transparent justification. Furthermore, the mention of additional services, which if essential should have been clarified at the outset, added to my frustration. And now, after deciding to discontinue their service, they are not fully guaranteeing the return of my deposit, hinting at potential restocking fees. It's quite disappointing to experience such delays and uncertainties, especially with a renowned car brand. Based on my experience, if you're considering this shop for repairs, I'd advise you to approach with caution and perhaps seek other more reliable options.

I was rear ended in Nov of 2021. My regular body shop took forever to get parts and get car in for repairs (Aug 15, 22) liberty mutual would only pay for a used quarter panel and my body shop fought for a new one but to no avail. I took the car (now stripped down) to body by Cochran and Victoria was amazing, highly knowledgeable about cars and insurance. She got the new quarter panel and got job done right and as quickly as possible. Work was well done. They also made sure car was safe before giving it back. Victoria kept me well informed was easily reachable and so pleasant and positive to work with. Great experience. I will be bringing all my cars now to body by Cochran.

Had a large tree limb come down on my car destroying my passenger door. The roof had several indentations and there were many other dents and scratches on various parts of the car. The car turned out great and I am extremely happy with their work.

Had my 2016 Subaru WRX hood vinyl wrapped here. Did have a issue where the wrap was lifting on the inside of my hood scoop and had to contact them about it. Jesse got back to me right away and seemed to want to make sure it was fixed correctly. Even said they were concerned about that area of my hood but did not want to use adhesive there. He set up a appointment and even got me a rental car so they could use the adhesive and let it cure over night. Waited a few weeks after picking up the car the second time to make sure the vinyl wrap was sticking good and it seem fine now. Thanks Jesse and your crew, Todd.
