I am orginally from Pittsburgh, Retired Army and came from Georgia for the death of my brother. I had to sell my brother's truck and I was only in Pittsburgh for 8 days. I met with Butch on Thursday, and by Friday, we had all the paperwork completed and a check in hand. The car dealer stigma was out the window. He was very sincere to my Dad. They even kind knew of each other from their teenage days. I would definitely recommend you stop by. The cars in the showroom were to put it bluntly badass! Give Butch a chance when you look for your new ride!

Bryan has been incredibly helpful the entire process. Bought a 2008 Chevy corvette had it shipped straight to my house! Car is in perfect condition, runs fantastic, couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Never would have thought to have a car shipped so far, but the car came in earlier than predicted and came on an Inclosed trailer so it was super secure! Could not be happier with this car. Warning, this may be a long post, but this story needs to be told! Martin auto Gallery A family owned business and was by far the best buying experience for a vehicle in my entire life and I’m not a spring chicken. My wife and I seen this car on the Internet We live in Missouri and there in Pennsylvania. So I called and I talked to Brian. He called me right back we FaceTime we went over everything, very professional and answered all my questions and we FaceTime for a very long time. I called the next three days probably asked Brian and his dad Butch 1 million questions but keep in mind I never bought anything without touching it driving it checking the oil, looking underneath of it, etc.. we settled on everything and I asked Brian to do me one thing, pretend you’re buying the vehicle take it for a drive check it all out like if you were going to buy the car yourself. And he did and told me you’re not going to believe this car. I was very nervous and worried for a few days Until it arrived, they have a great shipping company. They use Beacon. The Indy 500 is in our family. My birthday is May 28. It’s a tradition before me and after me & to have number 426 out of 500 built. Let’s just say unbelievable and when the pace car arrived and I went over everything, unbelievable I still can’t believe it! It’s just as is as Brian told me & if not better, that I was not gonna believe this car 17 years old, less than 6000 miles It’s just like it rolled off the production line! I can’t, we can’t THANK YOU enough Martin Auto Sales, Brian and Butch, trust is not God giving you have to earn it and you have!!!!!! My daughter will be driving in five years and I know who I’m gonna call but I will stay in touch before that. And if I make it out that way, and there’s a very good chance, we’re having lunch and or dinner. And that’s the least I can do with your trust and honesty with this whole absolute great experience.

Martin Auto Gallery is a great place to do business with. I sold them a beautiful 2012 convertible 2ss 45th anniversary collectors edition in like new condition. The owner is a down to earth honest car guy. As a business owner myself for 33 years with high customer satisfaction standards I really appreciate how they operate. All the great reviews for Martin Auto Gallery are totally well deserved! I saw a low-mileage used Mini Cooper convertible advertised on their website, contacted them, and felt, based solely on telephone conversations, that they were honest and trustworthy. So, on July 3, I hopped on a plane at LaGuardia and flew out to Pittsburgh. They arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the showroom. Well, the car was exactly, even if not better, than, as described. In perfect condition. A small scratch below the front bumper that was visible in the posted online picture was, as promised, totally removed, perfectly. The transaction was effortless. On leaving the lot, Bryan Martin noticed that the front carpets were not in the car. They were nowhere to be found, so he offered to reimburse me for new ones that I bought today. Who else does that? I'm thrilled to have bought my Mini from Martin and look forward to doing business with them again. The drive back to NYC from Pittsburgh was easy, even on July 3! I recently bought a 2019 Acura TLX by working with Bryan at Martin Auto Gallery and it was a great experience start to finish. He and everyone there was extremely helpful with no pressure and always plenty of options. That included test drives on two vehicles, then coming back a few days later to decide between them, which included me spending probably 45 minutes going back and forth between the vehicles taking measurements, getting in and out of them repeatedly, checking underneath, and otherwise analyzing various subjective measures until I decided (it was a tough decision, and I keep my vehicles for a loooong time so I wanted to make sure I picked the one that will work for me for years and years.) Bryan let me have free reign to do all that, which I appreciated. He was also very helpful through the payment process and in explaining the title transfers and trade-in procedures. Overall, I had outstanding service at Martin Auto Gallery and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Bryan was awesome to work with! Bought a 2022 Mustang GT, and the vehicle is perfect. Just a really good guy to work with. He got the deal done for me in a blink of an eye. I just purchased a 2021 Crosstrek from Martin Auto Gallery, and I wish every car buying experience could go like this. The guys there treated me differently than any other car salesmen I’ve encountered, but in a good way. I didn’t feel like their sole purpose was to sell me this car. They sat down and worked through all the numbers with me, got me the best price, and ultimately gave me the car of my dreams. I was a little intimidated walking into this being a female in my 20s. I didn’t want to get taken advantage of. I’m happy to say that did not happen. They even let me call my husband multiple times throughout the process. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! I’m located out of town and had been searching for a specific car, color, and condition. I found it two states away at Martin Auto Gallery! Bryan was such a great person to work with. He answered all of my questions promptly, helped me secure someone to ship the car, and honestly—under sold the cars condition, its nearly perfect condition for a used car! I worked with Marty Pistella to purchase a 4Runner Venture. A pleasant buying experience. Marty filled up the tank and gave it a wash as I was taking the car, and afterwards quickly chased up the previous owner to get the keys for the trailer hitch, which I realized were missing. A nice level of customer service.

Dealt with Greg to get my 2015 Mustang. Great service!! Got the car a month or two back, keep forgetting to write a review. But everything went smooth and easy, which was amazing and surprising considering I live 9 hrs away!!! The car was in excellent condition and ready to go when I got there. Was out in less than an hour. Great place to also just stop in and check out their inventory. Would definitely buy from them again if they had a car I was looking for. The only complaint I had about the car that I didnt notice until I got home which is my fault for not checking but the tires were not the best, as far as tread depth is concerned.They were still legal and would pass inspection but barely. They looked like they had decent tread depth initially, but i noticed when i got it home and took a closer look the tread was barely above the wear indicators.But I still don't hold it against them. The service was great and professional. And I'm still very happy with the car!!
