I'm definitely coming back to THIS location! Danny, the GM, tested my battery, we discussed the results, very honest & knowledgeable. Made me feel valued & as a woman, with automotive situations, my gender is almost looked at as being "stupid"....not here! Definitely the best AA in the South Hills!

Came in here a few times to see people on their phones and the gm walking around with a cigar in his mouth. Also heard him slandering the employees and joking with them in pervious ways they need to close this store down asap like the other ones. Also they installed my batter upside down. How do you even do that 🤦

Don't trust them to install your battery. It'll be installed for free but it'll also be installed wrong. Just go somewhere else.

These guys are great!!! Had trouble with my tire caps where the air goes in! They helped me get them off and put new ones on!!! Tony and Anthony went above and beyond to help me in the cold!!! Happy Holidays 😊

I was looking for a new gas cap for my Malibu and told they didn't have. While he was searching on computer I asked if he could put new one on and he said yes. Went to next store and purchased but this employee said no to putting it on. Plus, the item number 1rst store matched more than one item. Fix your system Advance!!!

Order 3 items that showed in stock. Arrive at store, which is a pain to get to and they didn't have 3. Challenged guy at counter said we're getting them from another store and they'll be here in about 30 minutes at 1pm. Told him and the manager Id go grab a bite and returned an hour later. Wenr back and Challenged guy said he told me 330 and then argued with me about it. Don't go here unless you want incompetence at its finest.

I don't ever leave reviews but Dylan was the nicest dude ever and really helped me out of a bind with an issue I was having with my battery.

It was a Sunday and my car won't start so i jumed it and went to this store. I wanted to see if I needed a battery for my car they tested it and it was good then he tested the alternator and found it was good. He tightened my battery cable which was loose and now all is good. These guys were fantastic. No charge eagerly helped. Other places should follow them as a Fantastic example on how to treat customer's.

Very professional and courteous- they went above and beyond to put windshield wipers on my son had gifted me for Christmas. Would highly recommend this location.

Usually my go-to place, hesitant to use now. Needed a battery for my vehicle, they told me they couldn't do it, it required 45 minutes for installation by a professional, and they couldn't do it. I left saying, I won't be back, they responded with that's OK. I went down the road to AUTOZONE, they installed the battery in 10 minutes.

Great store with a knowledgeable and professional staff. They are always able to get any parts I need in short order and many are always in stock. There are actually 2 other Advance Auto stores not far from me but I really like this particular one.

I’m usually not one to show up 30 mins before closing but Amazon shafted me once already, today and I needed a local part asap. I show up at 8:32 p.m. to lights on, cars in lot but locked doors. Tried calling and no one picked up. Second time at this location.. Real nice customer service.

Older guy that works there has been miserable the past 2 times I’ve been in there. Acted like it was a hassle to look up a few different parts for me and then answered the phone and walked off for 5 minutes in the middle of looking up parts. Next visit I was dropping off a UPS package as they’re a UPS drop off point. Asked if UPS had come for the day yet as it was a time sensitive shipment and he pointed to a stack of packages and said “there’s your answer” I said “well not sure if those are outgoing or incoming” and he just gave me a look and didn’t respond. Went over and looked at the packages myself to see that they were outgoing. Asked for an emailed receipt as they usually give me and he said that he didn’t want to mess around with going into UPS’s system and if I wanted something like that I can take it to a UPS store not to them. I’ll drive the extra few minutes to go to a different store from now on.

Gentlemen who checked us out was very knowledgeable and personable. He put the wipers i bought on my car for me. Quick and good service.

I was in there 2 weeks ago today. Couldn't find any employees, then when I finally found someone he was extremely rude with no customer service skills at all. They lost a $130 sale and a customer for life.

Update: management changes at this store in the past couple of years has yielded great results. The folks working there are much more friendly, attentive, and helpful than they were 5-6 years ago.

Would you like to experience a parade of ignorant employees who cannot answer basic questions about available stock in store? Then look no further than Advance Auto Parts!! I called them to inquire if they had brake pads for my make/model of vehicle and I was told "YES, WE HAVE THEM IN STOCK, COME ON DOWN." When I arrived, I found that not only are the brake pads NOT in stock, but the clerk that I had talked to had no consideration or concern for the fact that I had taken the time out of my schedule to purchase these parts. My mechanic had also made a special appointment for me to install them, so now he's inconvenienced, too. The entire point of calling ahead is to prevent a wasted trip. But thanks to Advance Auto Parts and their spot-on inventory knowledge and customer service, I squandered my own time and my mechanic's time! Rating: Q (because an F rating is too good for these imbeciles).

Use to be my go to store, not any more. They gave me the wrong part three times. I wanted them to call their manager but they didn't have his number, Really? I called the store twice too talk with the manager he was to busy. Will not ever buy anything from the ass clowns again.

Bad battery. shopped online and got the specific battery I needed and a discount with RetailMeNot. the store installed it for me. no muss no fuss. you're in, you're out. 3 years full replacement warranty

The team was really helpful! I had a battery emergency and they got me the correct part, installed it, and had my on my way within 15 minutes. The guy who helped install the battery was cheerful, helpful, and knowledgable and even though the store was a bit busy, he went out of his way to ensure I had no other problems once the instillation was complete.

Friendly management & staff, clean store and always willing to help. A good place for auto parts & supplies for the do-it-yourself people, and professional technicians. Always pleased with the service and employees at this location.

Man this place has gone so downhill, the older gentleman that waited on me today was miserable. He gave used parts and was no help and charged me top dollar. I am never coming back to this store ever again!

They had the parts I needed, but more importantly they provide amazing and friendly service! The guy at the counter was more than willing to go out of his way and give me very helpful advice. I very much appreciate everything they did for me there!

I have had lots of car problems with my 2002 Nissan Altima 3.5 V6, but I went to Advance to find several part needed to fix my exhaust and oil pan, they either ordered the parts or had them available in store. Ever pleased with my purchases and will be returning soon! Thank you.
