Russell's Towing Recovery and Transport in
Tyrone Township (PA)

Tyrone Police department called Russell towing to tow my car to my address. Instead, Russell towing towed my car to their garage. The next day, my ex-husband, was out driving it ( He is a family member to them ) and when called to release it back to me, my ex took it back to their garage. When confronted about picking up my car to the assistant/secretary Emily Forshey She had stated my ex knew the number to their code box and they are unsure why he was allowed to take it. It took me over 24 hours to have my car returned On top of that, it was taken out for a joy ride too without my permission. Please, think carefully before calling Russell to tow you car. I have messages that show proof of everything typed above. Thankfully, I was not charged. But since when do towing companies get involved in civil matters?

So several times we have used the services. Amazing every time. A problem vehicle is a 2000 Camaro. No clearance… they manage to pick it up every time no issues. Only company ever to not bend the bumpers putting it on the bed.

Amazing service. The transport driver was easy to communicate with, so kind, accommodating and quick to help. He made a difficult experience much less stressful.
