Very talented, honest shop. Like many of us in our 60s, I grew up fixing and maintaining my own vehicles, so I appreciate a shop that is willing to tell me what they see and how they want to fix it. Nik and Cody are those guys. We continue to use them in 2026. Fair minded and thorough. We Drive our vehicles with certainty that Tyrone Auto's team is caring for them well.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and my family has trusted your shop for our vehicles for a long time. Even after moving to the State College area, I still travel back to see Nik and the team for inspections and occasional oil changes because of that trust. Today, I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for its annual inspection and mentioned that I needed a headlight adjustment since I recently installed new headlights. I didn’t ask about the cost beforehand—my mistake—but I was surprised when my total bill came to $229 for the inspection and adjustment. After reviewing my receipt, I noticed the headlight adjustment alone was $136, which shocked me. From my understanding, this is typically a simple screw adjustment that could have been done quickly. I was in the shop for about 40 minutes total. After leaving, I had asked around from friends and other garages. Normally it’s around $25-$80 at most for this service.. I completely understand that I should have asked for pricing upfront, and that’s a lesson learned. However, I wanted to express my concern because the charge felt excessive for what seemed like a basic adjustment. Update: I was informed it was a mistake on their end and I was kindly refunded the amount due to the issue!

We always take our vehicles here. The service is great. They have never tried to upsell me on anything. I’m always given plenty of options and price points if work is needed. They have been a really reliable part of our vehicle maintenance.

As a Tyrone native that relocated Huntington felt as important to support my hometown and had an amazing experience with these guys From the appointment to the actual work done in my car, everything was done very professionally proficiently, and quickly. The pricing was absolutely fair and everybody that I talk to there made me proud to be from Tyrone.

I can’t say enough great things about this garage! It truly feels like having a friend who is a mechanic. I love that I can text to schedule appointments, which makes everything so easy. The whole process is modern and streamlined. They send a full report to my email, and I can review and approve it and pay online, which is amazing. I recently hit a deer, and within just two hours they picked up my vehicle and brought me a rental. The entire team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I always feel like I’m being treated fairly, and the value and service they provide are outstanding. Highly recommend!

Super job changing wide low profile tires! If you worry about a shop taking care of your rims and doing so in about an hour look no further! This team is awesome and I highly recommend for sports car tire changes for sure. No need to go to Bakerton anymore!

From my first call with Cidy I felt comfortable and confident. He walked me through every question I had and gave me a quote right up front. When I picked up my car the cost was $3.00 less than the original quote. The service was fast and Cody was friendy and courteous. I went for a basic oil change and inspection, but what they found was a nightmare. I bought my car hoping to rebuild my credit and drive it for a few years and get rid of it no problem. Basically long story short I was sold a lemon with a pos warranty and the place I got it from closed. These guys here ALL of them fixed it like new also went the extra mile to help where the Warranty didn’t without us asking too. Amazing job deserve 10 stars. Would recommend. Thank you!

Had the front brakes and rotors replaced on my 2015 Jeep and the tierods replaced with the frontend alignment they did a great job getting the vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Thanks

My granddaughter and I were on our way from North Carolina to near Buffalo when we got a flat tire. We googled nearby places by us and were directed to Tyrone Tire and Automotive. Spoke to Cody and David. They were more than helpful. They made a very stressful situation into a nice experience. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and just plain nice guys. After pulling the hunk of glass out of our tire, patching it, and testing it, we were back on our way in a little over 30 minutes. The cost was very little. I was so relieved to find this place. I just had a major fix on my vehicle and they always consulted with me and gave me different solutions. Let me know it was going to take about 2 1/2 weeks but then on the upside it was about $500 less than they told me than what they thought it might be. A very pleasant surprise! Not to mention what they do for our community.
