This place allows you to sort by type of metal or to just bring it by the load. The staff was quick, friendly, and professional. Brought a truck with an old furnace system and made $27 helping a neighbor dispose of their waste. You go in and they weigh your vehicle, you drop your metal (they made sure we didn't drive over anything) and they weigh your out and give you a receipt. It was kind of cool going here-- reminded me of Brave Little Toaster. Always happy to see waste managed properly.
Consistently unavailable to answer phone for scrap pricing. I tried calling a month or so ago multiple times throughout the day and no one answered despite calling the number they left "for immediate attention" as well. What's the point of leaving that number if the guy never answers?? I tried again today with the same results.
We have been coming here for about 14 years.off and on Because we work hard for our money and Rivergate staff have always been helpful,patient and general pay the most.we appreciate what all employees at Rivergate do each day to get you in and out quickly.and safely. We appreciate how clean things look and orderly way things are done.and that they are open saturdays. Just wish they stayed open a little longer on Saturdays. But over all no complaints.Thank you
