Mike is a scammer — DO NOT TRUST HIM. —He bought my car (for less than we originally agreed) after being 6 hours late to our appt time (my first and second sign not to trust him.) After buying the car and taking the title and keys he left the car in my driveway for 15 days. Because I was moving out of the house I called him every day to ask when he would have it towed and every day he said the same thing — “someone’s coming today.” By day 10 I was calling him 5 to 6 times a day and in the end I had to pay another guy to tow it away for him. I could see past all that but the reason I’m writing this review is that he also stole from me - I told him I was keeping the 12v battery because it was brand new and he said that was fine, but on one of his visits he went in to my garage while I wasn’t home and took the battery and some other car parts I had. When I confronted him he said he would give them back and of course never did. Now his number is “not accepting calls.” He’s a run of the mill shyster. Go with someone else.
Sold my car to them almost 2 months ago. They told me they were on their way and "almost there" for over 6 hours. Showed up at 10pm, without a tow truck like promised, driver was obviously under the influence of alcohol. Took my keys and registration, gave me $200 cash, said they'd tow it the next day. Never picked up the car that I now can't move since they have the keys! I've called them and text them multiple times , each time they promise they are coming that day and never have. For months!!! They don't have a location for me to go in and talk. Biggest disappointment. Do not call them for services. The car is stuck in my friends paid parking spot costing me more than I sold it for. Such a stress and terrible company.
I needed my car to be picked up today or tomorrow and all the other companies I called couldn't pick it up until Monday because it was the weekend. These guys saved my butt and picked it up the same day and paid me almost twice the other companies offered. Michael was very nice and very helpful.
Spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to figure out when they’d be picking up my car. After 20 minutes of mostly silence I was told they’d be in my area in 40 minutes(around 10:10/ 10:15 am) . I gave them another call after 45 minutes and no answer. After calling four more times I was told that they’d be picking up my car after 5pm.
I put off other errands waiting for this company to let me know that they’re be picking up HOURS later than they originally told me.
I highly recommend saving yourself the trouble of dealing with these people and find someone else.

both of the people i had to deal with clearly had some sort of learning disability...
i tried to bear with them and be nice, in case they had downs syndrome or something.
the first guy i spoke with was stuttering and mumbling the whole time but eventually we agreed on a price and appt time,
then some other clueless guy tries to haggle with me at the last minute, so i go agree to go even lower,
then i have to call back an hour after our appt time to figure out where they are, first guy nevers answers or calls back, 2nd guy says they went to wilsonville first...
im writing this 4 hours AFTER my appt time. still no shows, no reply or followup of any kind.
just skip these jokers and call the next number in your search results to avoid wasting an entire afternoon getting nothing accomplished.

These guys are the most unprofessional people I have ever seen! I had called them back 2x to reschedule their missed appointment to pick up my van. The second time they showed up 3 hours late at 1030 pm with a car full of people a dog and no tow truck. It was pretty scary to be honest. I highly do NOT recommend this place. 😱
They showed up two hours late and were talking on the phone the whole time they were picking up the car. They did not transfer over any of the paperwork and I received a ticket over a month later . Would not use them again and I urge everyone to find someone else to use. While the cash was nice upfront it was not worth all this trouble.
They came on time give me top dollar for it and they pick it up with in an hour

So work for the, "power utility", and my schedule can be very hard to accommodate! But these guys came out and helped me out late at night adjusting to my schedule. Super cool guys and very friendly and respectful. Totally recommend them 👌

Pros - super fast response, got the job done.
Cons - high-pressure salesperson resulted in me not getting a second offer on my vehicle so I took the offer he gave of $100, thinking that the high reviews on here meant it would be competitive. After the transaction was done I got a second quote and was offered $235 with another company.
Salesperson also pressured me into leaving a review and went so far as to press the 5-star rating for me while "showing me how to find them to leave a review" which may have something to do with their relatively high rating.
They were very helpful responded my messages in a timely manner and did same day towing! They helped me out when I needed a car out of my driveway because of HOA policies and these guys took care of it no problem! Would use them again!

Not only that, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed with everything that I was dealing with at the time which was above and beyond. Called a few days before to set up an appointment to have my car picked up. Met him day of and everything went pretty smooth. I explained I didn't have the title to the car and he was still able to take it. The offer was a bit low for still being a functional vehicle, but I just wanted to get rid of the car and was willing to take anything. I called him 2 weeks later to verify that everything with the DMV was taken care of, which he reassured me he did. The thing that caught me off guard was that he asked, "why didn't you leave a review for me?" It sounded pretty aggressive given the fact that I was still planning on leaving one. Overall, everything was smooth, just the communication was a little unprofessional.
I needed to get rid of my Dodge Caliber and it couldn't have been easier. Took less than 24hrs from when I first called. Super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend giving them your business!!
They were friendly.... changed the offer once here but I expected it. Even the new offer was better than all the rest of the competition. Update, they never registered with dmv and proceeded to get tickets and got it impounded in California now i owe 2000 plus on this car if i can't find the receipt.
I had a terrible experience with these guys. The gentleman I initially spoke with on the phone was polite and very helpful scheduling a time, but everything went downhill from there.
The person who came out to meet me was almost an hour late, talked on the phone for most of the interaction when he showed up, and then completely low balled on the price. Whatever, I just wanted to close the transaction and sell the car at that point, so I obliged. No problem, except they didn’t pick up the car for 3 days after I had to keep asking them for constant updates, with little to no communication throughout. Not a pleasant experience with this particular exchange.

Easiest transaction ever! Called this company and within 30 minutes they showed up with cash for my car. The staff was on time, friendly, and went above and beyond. They helped me take my roof rack Off the car so I could transfer it to my new car. Most places would want to keep that for themselves or not even help. Highly highly recommend
I called them this morning to come pick up my car. He said it would be a few hours and to text him the address. I texted the address and asked that they estimate when they will come pick up the car so I would be ready to meet them. They never replied and then showed up an hour later to pick up the car. I told them I was not ready since I did not know they would be here so soon and to come back in an hour. The guy agreed. I was still getting together the paperwork for them and taking items out of the car and I didn't want to be rushed and forget something. Then when I called to check if they would be bringing a bill of sale with them, the guy was very rude to me and eating while on the phone with me. He said since they would have to come back because I wasn't ready the first time, they would be taking $20 off my original quote of $120. I said I wouldn't want to do that then since that was lower than the original and lower than the price I was offered elsewhere and he said then take it elsewhere and hung up on me. So rude when they were the ones who didn't communicate a time properly in the first place. I might have even taken the $100 since they offered same day pick up, but he was so rude to me and hung up before we could really discuss it.

Just recently moved and needed to help my mother get rid of her old car so I contacted a few car buyer locations off Google searches and none were as helpful as these guys.
