I rolled/totaled my 2004 Vibe and needed to get it out of my friends driveway.
I had been in contact with another company that offered me a higher amount for it, but the driver that was going to get the Vibe was in an accident and in the hospital.
They seemed to not know what to do and told me they "may have another driver" that could come get it.
For 5 days I tried to get them to come get the car, but they stopped answering the phone altogether and didn't return any calls when I left a message.
I didn't know what that was about, but it was extremely unprofessional.
My friend was having anxiety about my totaled car sitting there, so when I called these guys and they could get it within a matter of hours, I went with it immediately.
The driver was actually only about 7 miles away and prepared to get it within about 30 minutes, but as I was unable to meet him that soon, he was great about coming back in the afternoon to get it after doing other things.
I told them I was keeping the battery, so that was calculated into the amount, but I couldn't get the hood open so the battery had to stay in the car.
I lost a little money there.
They were great about the fact that I couldn't find my title and only had the registration.
The driver just had to verify my name on the registration with my ID and it was good to go.
He handed me cash on the spot!
I appreciate the swiftness of everything.
My only confusion with the process was after having entered all of of the information online, they called and asked me for all of the exact information I had just entered.
I don't understand why that happens.
It always feels like a waste of time to enter it and then have to give it all over again when you speak to someone on the phone. (Or several someones, as was my case)
It was a great weight lifted off of me as well as my 73 year old friend whose house it was at.
I definitely recommend this company to everyone looking to get a little cash for a broken vehicle. (Mine was VERY broken!)

They were very helpful and nice. They answered all of my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. Nancy was all ways kind and helpful. She even checked in with me to make sure everything went smoothly after pick up. Mike was also very kind and gave me a heads up when they were going to be a little later than what was planned. Overall, it was great customer service from everyone I interacted with.
