Was able to get a quote and have my old car towed away all within 24 hours. They were even able to work with me and meet in a public area as I live alittle outside of their service area! Totally recommend.
Cash for Cars was a great gentleman nice fancy truck then drive flatbed tow truck he picked up the car on time when I had five other people flaked me they never showed up this guy was on time and he did what he said he'd do the same day cash for cars title only
Called to arrange for our Kia Soul to be purchased and towed away by these guys. On the initial call they quoted us $600 for the car. When we called to schedule they said they "misquoted us" and dropped the offer down to $300. Very unapologetically. Completely lacking in customer service and any desire to honor their original quote. We took our business elsewhere. Suggest others do the same.
Lady over the phone quoted a price and then offered only half the amount once here. The money was honestly the least of it. We just needed the vehicle out of here. It was her bad attitude and unprofessionalism that rubbed me the wrong way. Good thing we got another place to pick up the car immediately after because she just drove off while we were inside
Very poor service. Rescheduled 4 times, waited from 3pm till 9pm just to be told I'd be getting 100 less than what I was told on the phone only to be told "I told you before that we won't be giving you that amount" which was a lie. Didn't answer the phone a few times when they were late and didn't call. Was told the tow should have called me and that they were on the way just to turn around and tell me itll actually be another 30 minute wait. Definitely not a good choice, went with a different company now at 9:30pm at night and they were able to pick up within the hour and give me the price they offered over the phone.
They were here to pick up the car within 20 mins of me calling. The dmv wouldn't accept my affidavit title so they offered to pay for an instant title. I left my garage door opener on the car and Drew offered to bring it back to my house. They paid me what I wanted ($200) for my 2005 kia, which was more than the other companies I called. Thank you!
We contacted this place to pick up our vehicle. They said they would be there by 5pm and never showed. We called back, they claimed we never contacted them, but said they would be out again and AGAIN .....NO SHOW. So disappointing.
These guys were professional and prompt. Easy to deal with and true to their word. It was a no hassle transaction and they paid way more than the other guys offered!
This is the first review I’ve ever posted. I’m compelled to do so to warn everyone. Don’t waste your time like I did. I gave them 2 chances foolishly. I had to keep calling them to check on the estimated time of arrival. They were always very vague on their location. I waited 2 hours for them the first night and they could never give me an estimated arrival time even after that. The second night they were over an hour and a half late beyond our confirmed time from our phone conversation the night before that we had agreed upon. I finally called and canceled. When I cancelled they hung up on me. No apology. The most unreliable and untrustworthy “business”. Shame on me for trusting them a second time. Don’t be like me. I’d give zero stars if I could.
If I could rate zero stars I would. They stood me up TWICE and then suggested I go with someone else. I did. You should too. Is this even a real business?
The lady that pick up my car was very nice and she arrived at the time she said and I was highly appreciated with the service and will do business with them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family ⭐
Ashley was really nice. They were very quick with the service provided. They did, however, show up an hour and a half after our original scheduled appointment, and only were willing to offer me 75% of our original agreed upon price. She did keep in contact with me about her delays, and offered an explanation as to why I wasn’t getting the full amount. All things considered, I would recommend this to anyone with an eyesore to get rid of
I called late in the day needing to get rid of a car. Ashley showed up in a timely manner and I got slightly less than I'd hoped. However....the catalytic converter had been taken and the car was a mess so I'm very happy to have it gone and happy with the price. Thank you Ashley!
Kat came out very quick same day she was kind and caring and professional. I sold my car quick and easy they pay cash. I highly recommend this company. Very trustworthy.
They were very hard to work with. I had to keep calling to make sure that they were still coming and most of the time they did not pick-up. She quoted me one price on the phone and said she would pay it. She got to me in person and offered me $100.00 less then what she said on the phone. I was stranded at this point because the auto body shop had put my car in metered parking while I was waiting and the shop had already closed because she was late to pick-up the car. I ended up getting pretty much swindled by them. It was also really sketchy the way that they arrived at the pick-up point. They showed up in two vehicles, one begin a large black SUV and parked down the road. Only a woman got out and dealt with me and then would have to go back to the SUV to do business and them come back to me. Please choose another business if you can. These people are not reliable and they will not pay you what they say.

This place is a scam they never picked up my vehicle i stood in the rain for 2 hours waiting for the pick up. When i got another company to pick it up they told me they have done this before they will give you fake quotes and waste your time. When i tried getting a hold of them to let them know to not come by they turned their phone off. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

Do Not Do Business With These Guys! I had a none running car that I sold to them for $85. When I asked the guy who came to pick it up to sign the Registration Card for prof of sale he said don't worry about that and that He'd take care of it on his end.
Everything seemed fine until two months later I received 5 parking violation notices in the mail for a grand Total of $390. Someone had fixed my old car and drove it around down town, parking for free and racking up the violations, for two days. I spoke to the DMV and they said it was still registered in my name. I called Cash for Junk Cars Portland and spoke to Bill who said he didn't know about the car I sold them and that they likely pawned off the job to some other "broker" but that I could fill out a bill of sale and send it to the Circuit Court and that should be enough. Well it wasn't. I now owe $780 for not paying the initial fine. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and I'm an idiot for listening to these guys!

They answered really quickly (late on a Sunday even) and got straight to the point. I didn't end up selling the car to them because I was offered much more by a couple other companies, but I appreciated how quick and easy this place made the quote process. And that they were open at such a late hour, too.
I called... Someone answerd...no business name. I said "is this auto wrecker?" he said "not at this time" and hung up on me. If i had said the wrong thing ...he could have said so... Not a place i will go!...
If you get a quote on your car from someone named Anthony, don't take it seriously. His word is meaningless. I wrote to them and sent them a picture of my wrecked car (a 2004 Prius), he quoted me $750 which I accepted as a legitimate offer and he said he would pick it up the next Saturday at 11am. I stayed in contact via email but he never wrote back. Saturday rolls around and no sign of them. I called their number and someone else there said they had canceled the pickup because Anthony made a mistake and thought I said I had a 2009 Prius (2004 was in writing). The other guy told me a 2004 Prius isn't worth $750. So DON'T CALL ME AND TELL ME YOU MADE A MISTAKE! I wasted a week, thinking I was dealing with someone legitimate when Anthony should have been an adult and told me he made a mistake so I could have done something else in that time.
