We had an unfortunate accident in portland. Ladonna came in a timely manner and had amazing customer service. Upon meeting us, she asked about our well-being and made sure we were safely in the towing vehicle before she started working on our car. On the trip to our home, our conversations had put me at ease and I was able to calm down from this very stressful situation.
Once we were at our destination, she made sure that our vehicle was not a hazard by disconnecting the battery.
She is very passionate about what she does and cares about the customer!

Was Tboned this morning and had to get my car towed home, the officers called out Newhouse Towing for me and must say the Driver Berto was top notch and skilled cause he had to hook up in a funky spot then backed down my long driveway to parking spot when he dropped it off. Definitely has the skills and him chatting with me along the way helped calm me down and even had me laughing by the time we got to drop off my ride. Will definitely keep their card for any future needs and highly recommend them for any of yours.

The address listed for this place is wrong. They are located close to the airport, not Powell blvd. Huge inconvenience to have an incorrect address when you’re trying to get a stolen vehicle back.

I had an accident that blocked traffic a little so the police called the tow truck. That would mean paying for the tow and then storage. But as I was only a block and a half from my home, the driver, Logan Williams, said I could leave it in front of my house and circumvent the storage fees. He was also very careful with my electric car with one of the wheel rubbing against the fender. He let me know everything he was going to do and made sure I understood and was comfortable with it. He made a stressful situation more comfortable. Highly recommended.
This company towed my car, then it was impossible to find the location of my car. The one online said they had no record of it. I called and they said they had it and threw away all my belongings. Which I can't believe is true. Since I had very valuable things in my car I was taking to sell. I know they made it impossible for me to find car so they can keep belongings and sell car and profit. These people are manipulating scamming horrible people. Not only did I lose everything I had but my car I was violated completely and lost personal items that mattered that were from dead family members etc. Horrible business. Should be illegal!!
I am not a user of the towing company, nor have I had something towed, but I did have a recent negative interaction that would make me not use them. I was driving down the street and a tow tuck driver pulled out right in front of me giving me know room to get around. He could have pulled off to the side more, but just looked at me getting out of the truck, not saying anything or even acknowledging that he was blocking me in and I could not back up because there was a tree trimming truck with cones out, and a narrow space. I asked him how long it would be, he said 5-10 minutes, I asked if he could scoot over because I had to pick up my kids. He didn't say anything more to me and just kept on working away. Once I was free, I then pulled off to the side to talk to the PBOT people briefly, that were standing around, and he tried to back into me with the car and honking his horn (I had no clue he was trying to put the car there). Just an overall rude person for no reason whatsoever.

Would recommend, and use again. Fastest and smoothest towing experience I’ve ever had. Came before their estimated time of arrival, arrived and communicated the whole plan right away. Parked the car perfectly once we got to the destination even though it was a tough spot without any issues.
They were helpful. The dealership gave them the incorrect directions to find me. But they did! They were capable and responsible with handling my car. I would call them if I ever needed a tow truck!

So helpful and friendly. The driver (I didn't get her name) was very professional and super nice and we had a nice conversation. The price was about what I expected. $259 for the first 10 miles then $6 a mile after. They were upfront and didn't seem to try to scam and take advantage of the situation.
Our daughter's car was stolen and towed to Newhouse towing. I live out of state therefore had to manage everything by phone. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and very helpful. They gave great advice and worked with our insurance adjuster which really helped out a great deal. Thank you for helping us in a stressful time! Great company
Parking enforcement had them tow my vehicle from a no parking zone. It took me an hour and a half of driving in circles to find the lot they put my vehicle in. The lot was off of Milwaukie and was next to impossible to find, due to the graffiti and vegetation covering the sign (click on photo). As of June 2024, PBOT allows them to charge you a $241 towing fee on top of any cost of a ticket. So Newhouse is on the same level as a used car lot in the way they gouge you as much as they can.
My car worked fine before, and now after picking it up from this yard it won’t start, besides no obvious parts missing. All my other items were still in the car (if a thief got in they would have took at least some of my items). Mentioned this to a few friends and one of them happened to experience the same thing with this company 4 years ago. He had to tow his friend’s car out of the yard because it suddenly didn’t start even though it was working fine before it was towed. Sus AF. Crooks, in my opinion.

So I called for a tow due to my car breaking down in a bad spot on the freeway. They sent a driver as fast as they could due to traffic. The person on the phone was polite and the driver they sent was very nice and professional and quick with getting my car off the freeway and back home. I would call them back anytime for help again.
I was stranded on my way home and due to traffic the wait times on towing in town were about 2.5 hours. I was recommended Newhouse Towing and after a quick call (btw dispatch was a pleasure to work with too) I had a driver arrive within the hour. Jacob was very talented and professional. He made short work of the job and got my whole day back on track. I would gladly recommend this company and if I ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling them.
The people were all very polite. The tow guys were especially helpful. That said, I am a little annoyed with them. I discovered my car was towed but I didn't know why. I found out my car was there and called to confirm. They told me the car was there and I could come pick it up. I told them I would rush over and drive it home. When I got there I found out someone had crashed into my car and totaled it while it was parked. I wish the tow company would've told me it wasn't in driveable condition before I rushed over to get it before closing. At any rate, the people were polite, and I understand sometimes there are oversights.
