Great and friendly service. EVERYTHING I needed removed was done in 30 minutes. They are fast and efficient at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I hired them from Utah to help me clean out my deceased brother’s home for my very young and devastated niece. She is having a very difficult time especially since he was her only parent and a she his only child.
She told them jokingly that they were doing god’s work by coming and taking away all of the furniture, clothes, tires, old bbqs, books, etc., etc., away.
The reality is they really were doing God’s work! Hauling all that junk away resulted in her being able to let go of a lot of stress and pain related to my brother’s unexpected loss. They also helped me realize that she is going to be fine and I can stop worrying about her and not being closer,
Mixed bag for a company that didn't disclose as much as they should have.
I've used Junk King in the past and so I ordered a pick-up of some items too big for a bag pickup.
On the plus sides * Their communication was clear and professional about pickup times. They arrived when they said they would! * Their driver was professional, courteous, and did nothing wrong.
HOWEVER
On the negative sides * The smallest charge for a pickup by a driver was $149 * I just had a couple of chairs, a couple broken standup fans, a toaster oven that didn't work, and something else small * The coupon on the website didn't apply to the smallest load option - so that's $20 I thought I'd save that I didn't
I was never contacted with an estimate prior to pickup. I was busy and should have inquired. Next time, it will be cheaper to just rent a pickup truck from UHaul and take this to the dump myself.
I won't make this mistake with Junk King ever again.

I called Junk King because of their amazing google reviews. I spoke to Danielle who set up my appointment, she was fantastic! The 2 gentleman who came to pick up my things the next day were professional, explained the process well and even cleaned up after they picked things up. I definitely would use Junk King again.

I have user them atleast 3 times. They are prompt, informative and courteous. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because I only had 3 items, a 8 by 10 rug, a dresser and and bedroom end table. My fee was $288.00 which I think was too much. Victoria Lloyd
I have to say, junk removal prices are absolutely insane these days. For a trip to the junkyard (or in some cases, a restoration business), charging people an arm and a leg is anti-consumer. Junk King is like most other options, unfortunately. The way they charge is not to benefit the customer, but their own circumstance.
This means they will charge based on how much space your items take up in their truck. Even though, they get charged to drop it off at the dump the same rate we do (maybe even less because they make so many trips?). Why can't it just be a flat fee for items? For a love seat and a three seat couch, we were charged $218. The next lower tier would have been $168. Even $168 is tough when usually, you can get your local neighbor on Nextdoor to do it between $100-20. But I digress.
Judging by their space in their truck, you could probably fit another two or three of what I had them take. On a positive note, they were able to come the same day, but their tactic of coming out to give you a quote after they look at it, more than likely, will get you to pay whatever they want because you just want the stuff gone. That's their tactic, I guess, although, I don't agree with it.
I also don't like the idea of having my debit card entered manually into a phone. There should be a more secure way to pay. Have some cash ready if you don't want to pay with cards. If you have time, and aren't in immediate need of a removal, call a few other businesses around town before you call Junk King. You'll save some money.
TJ, Tony and Chase did an awesome job, they were very careful as they moved large pieces of furniture several flights of stairs, they were fast and very professional. Thank you guys for helping us!

Francisco and Carlos were great! Professional & hardworking with a smile, all while hauling FOUR sofas and enough miscellaneous furniture to fill a truck completely. Was impressed at how quickly they responded to my online request to come out for a bid on a couple of items that I needed to dispose of. Waste Management would not take the items so I was leaning toward having to drive all the way out to the local landfill. But Junk King arrived when promised and took the two items for the same price the landfill would have charged me, saving me a trip. The two guys I dealt with were very nice, polite, and professional. Two super-pleasant gents gave a good heads-up via phone, arrived as scheduled, priced the job well, jumped on it, solved the issue, and even offered to clean up the dust. They wouldn’t let me help.
