I signed up to Copart to buy a SUV and I chose to go through Autobidmaster for the bidding. I didn’t trust all the negative reviews and I thought all their customers were exaggerating. Turned out every single one of them was correct and shame on me for not paying attention. As far as the 5-star reviews, I seriously doubt that they are real and I feel that they are fake. This company misrepresented our arrangements and stored my ride forever. When I finally received it, they had scammed me with almost a $1000 hidden fee that they said they were innocent, didn’t know anything about it, and just found out about it at the same time as I. But still wanted me to pay it. Buyer beware this extremely untrustworthy company.

While my purchase was smooth and the shipping went off without a hitch. I had an issue with my title that was due to a listing error, it took me a while but once I got ahold of Lana in customer service she immediately helped to fix my issue and has kept up with me, informing me every step of the way as to what was going to happen and when. She treated me with respect and kindness and she’s a great asset to their company. If you ever have an issue I suggest you request to speak with her because she actually cares about doing her job. The car I purchased was as stated and arrived within about a week. I am pleased with my purchase and the process that followed. Companies that sell hundreds or cars per day are bound to have a small mistake here and there and I applaud Lana for helping me rectify the issue that was discovered and not acting like I was wrong or brushing me off to someone else.

This place screwed my family out of $1400. I had an urgent medical matter come up and found out I had kidney cancer after an emergency stent procedure. They have put us on hard times. They do not care. They have wiped my credit cards out and my husbands. I’m making a lengthy facebook post and TikTok posts to spread the word. All I can do is pray for them. My husband has been off work taking care of me with no pay and they cleaned the credit cards out. Do not deal with these people. BUYER BEWARE!!! I’m attempting to make a Gofundme to help us. He’s going to be off work for awhile to help me. Prayers please.

Unfortunately, overnight they removed the visibility of final prices once an auction ends. Previously, you could enter any completed lot and see the final sale price, which was essential for making comparisons, informed decisions, and understanding market behavior. Now, if the auction has ended, the price simply isn't shown anymore. There's no logic in hiding such a fundamental piece of information. This lack of transparency significantly reduces the value of the platform.

I just bought a car from Albania and it was a very big mistake.
At the beginning, they reply and respond very well.
Then, when it comes to the payment, they don’t take any responsibility that international banks might take 2–3 more days than the deadline they give to make the payment, and for each day you pay 50 dollars extra.
The transport is a real scandal — the car can arrive with many damages that make the car useless because in most cases the engine gets damaged.
Of course, no one will take responsibility for damages during the transport.
I don’t recommend this agency at all.
If you want to buy, don’t make the same mistake I did, but choose a responsible agency by reading the reviews, because I didn’t read them from the beginning.

I was very skeptical at first. Especially after figuring out the only payment method is Zelle, wire transfer or money gram. This was my first time EVER buying at an auction and quickly realized I needed a broker to finish the transaction since the vehicle I was after is a clean title. I contacted them and Andrew Rezin was quick to respond. He appeared very knowledgeable and was quick to inform me on the lot that I was bidding on. He also was able to make predictions on what could happen.
At first, I tried to buy the vehicle outright. However, the seller took it into live auction. Andrew called me first thing in the morning to coach me on what to expect during live auction. I won the vehicle, sent the wire transfer, arranged my own transportation. Next thing you know, the vehicle showed up. Then shortly after, the title showed up in the mail ready to be put in my name.
The whole process was seriously extremely easy and they do a great job with emails keeping you up to date letting you know if you won, if payment was received, when vehicle is ready for pickup, when vehicle has been picked up, when the title is being processed and lastly when it has been sent out.
10/10 will be back again. Great job and thank you Andrew!
