Terrible customer service. The website automatically selects shipping always an issue to cancel it they tell me they can’t do it. Then try and sell me shipping for cheaper. When I didn’t select it in the first place. Found out they charge you extra 450 dollars to get a vehicle from Copart. The Copart membership is 99$ yearly no license needed Autobidmaster premium is 349$ and they charge you 450 more dollars per vehicle complete joke

I purchased two vehicles worth over $30,000 CAD and paid everything in full. From that moment, the nightmare started.
For over 2 months, I’ve been calling nonstop and literally begging for help. I got zero real support. No proper updates, no clear answers, no paperwork solutions, and no responsibility taken. The communication was horrible and the staff acted like they don’t care at all once they took the money.
The only thing AutoBidMaster was good at was taking my payment immediately — and on top of that, I ended up paying extra fees on my credit card for nothing.
Because of their mistakes and failure to fix the ownership/title issues, I was eventually forced to sell the vehicle for parts, taking a huge loss.
This is not how a professional company operates. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not waste your time or money.
It’s a decent website to find a diamond in the ruff but PAY ATTENTION MAKE SURE CAR HAS CERT TITLE BEFORE BIDDING. They have a lot of cars with Salvage or parts for only title which is a headache when you go to the dmv to register.
Also be mindful that the holding lots they use to hold cars are protected so they can further damage your vehicle and not pay for repairs they will offer a buyback option that will make you lose money. I won a car and when the car was delivered it had damage that was not listed on the site and new dents that wasn’t on the pictures when i won the bid. Even with transport insurance you are not ensured long as the delivery company didn’t damage the vehicle

Bought a car through autobidmaster, was waiting for an update and it took quite sometime, got in contact with a representative. The ETA was unsure. Contact them again and was able to get the problem solved same day even though, it took quite sometime to get it resolved. Need some work with the shipping department. Need a better accurate estimate time. Especially when it local shipping. I’m sure, no one want to pay storages fee. Other then that I’m happy to get it resolved.
So basically, the team is very professional and always responsive. They answer any questions that come up in any situation and explain everything clearly, with a lot of patience and understanding.
And I especially want to thank Alex Semenii. He really broke my situation down step by step and explained how everything works, which helped a lot and honestly reduced the stress. So yeah, great communication and support overall.

Lack of transparency and potentially misleading advertising
I purchased a vehicle through Autobit Master relying on the information displayed in their online listing and auction. The listing only showed minor cosmetic issues and never mentioned any serious mechanical problems. Based on that description, I proceeded with the purchase, paying several thousand dollars.
When the vehicle arrived, it wouldn’t start at all. The engine was completely damaged (“engine seized”), something that was never disclosed. Because of this omission, I ended up losing a significant amount of money, as I had to sell the car for a fraction of what I originally paid.
What concerns me even more is their attempt to blame the buyer by saying they “recommend inspecting the vehicle in person.” That argument is illogical. If they offer online auctions, then the platform is required to be transparent, truthful, and compliant with basic consumer protection standards. The duty to disclose essential mechanical issues lies with the seller — not the customer.
From a legal standpoint, failing to disclose major mechanical defects may constitute misleading advertising, misrepresentation, and a violation of consumer protection laws. A company cannot shift its lack of transparency onto the buyer or justify it by claiming the customer should have been physically present. The law requires accurate, complete, and honest descriptions.
My experience was extremely negative: the information they published did not match the actual condition of the vehicle, resulting in a substantial financial loss. I cannot recommend this platform, as their lack of transparency can seriously harm buyers.
Autobidmasters was great to work with. They were fast to responds to questions, informative about the buying process, and their delivery service was very fast. The paperwork for the vehicle was also delivered quickly after our purchase was complete. We do recommend Autobidmasters as your wholesale representative. Please remember that is their only job. They are not an auction house so due your research and contact the actual auction house with any questions related to the vehicles you’re interested in. Autobidmasters is only there to bid on your behalf as a wholesale buyer and facilitates transport of your purchase. Both of which they are great at.

I would leave a negative star review if I could. The whole experience was a nightmare from beginning to end. The “run and drive” I “won” of course would not start when I received it. While my purchase was smooth and the shipping went off without a hitch. I had an issue with my title that was due to a listing error, it took me a while but once I got ahold of Lana in customer service she immediately helped to fix my issue and has kept up with me, informing me every step of the way as to what was going to happen and when. She treated me with respect and kindness and she’s a great asset to their company. If you ever have an issue I suggest you request to speak with her because she actually cares about doing her job. The car I purchased was as stated and arrived within about a week. I am pleased with my purchase and the process that followed. Companies that sell hundreds or cars per day are bound to have a small mistake here and there and I applaud Lana for helping me rectify the issue that was discovered and not acting like I was wrong or brushing me off to someone else.

Good company Danil Em is a great support agent helped me a lot! First time ever buying from the auction fees I’d say we’re a little high but overall a good experience! Title was shipped out quickly and everything went well. Sign up with google will not let you change your name so your middle name/ suffix if any may not be sent on the title so make sure to contact before you purchase too make sure as I received the title and noticed they didn’t put it. That was the only issue I faced through it all and would definitely buy again!
I just bought a car from Albania and it was a very big mistake. At the beginning, they reply and respond very well. Then, when it comes to the payment, they don’t take any responsibility that international banks might take 2–3 more days than the deadline they give to make the payment, and for each day you pay 50 dollars extra. The transport is a real scandal — the car can arrive with many damages that make the car useless because in most cases the engine gets damaged. Of course, no one will take responsibility for damages during the transport. I don’t recommend this agency at all. If you want to buy, don’t make the same mistake I did, but choose a responsible agency by reading the reviews, because I didn’t read them from the beginning.
