Had OLMOS TOWING TOW OUR CAR FROM CLACKAMAS ON hwy212 to our home in Saint Helen’s Oregon at 9:30 at night and he was very nice priced and just a wonderful experience. He was hundreds of dollars cheaper than most. Was honest and wasn’t out to gouge us for our last dime. Thank you very much it was like a hour and 15 min drive one way. Amazing there are some good people and businesses still out there.

Out of pure serendipity I've had the great fortune to be rescued by Marcos of Olmos Towing not once, not twice, but on three separate occasions. Each time he communicated promptly with simple clarifying questions rooted in professionalism and empathy. I found him to be quick, efficient and very skilled. On two of the occasions the situation called for out of the box thinking and due to the keen observational skills and his high level of expertise the situations were both easily handled. Driving home from work at 2am and found myself stuck on the side of the freeway after my car stalled out. I called around to several different tow companies and Olmos was the only one who was able to send someone out. Obviously not the easiest/most fun thing to pay money for but they went above and beyond with the service! Got to me quick, let me wait in the warm truck while he took care of the car, pleasant conversation on the drive back, and then even took extra time to help me diagnose the issue with some of their tech after I was parked. Would highly recommend calling here in a pinch (especially considering how many other 24-hour tow companies I called that went to voicemail...)
Absolutely awesome service! Totally knew how to load a low riding VW Golf... major bonus. Also send drop off pictures to show the car made it in one piece as well as actual coordinates of the shop in Portland. He dropped off the keys with my information so I could stay at Luvs in Troutdale so I could stay dry and warm until my ride showed up. Not that I want to be towed again, but if the need arises, I will definitely call him again.
Stuck with a flat on my ebike in the middle of the night, I was so grateful that Marcos was called to the job. He lifted the heavy bike onto the truck and hitched it securely, thoughtfully using a cloth to protect my bike from scratches. It was so relieved to have both myself and my bike home safely after the long evening. I can't recommend Olmos Towing highly enough!

Best tow truck driver ever! Last guy knocked over the mailbox with my vintage car tow. In contrast, He was careful, walked the path of the tow, before he moved my car and was perfect. No scratches and safe transport. If you want a worry free tow you can trust, call him!
I cannot recommend Olmos Towing LLC enough. They were super communicative, professional, and punctual, and truly went above and beyond to help me out. After dropping my car off at a Les Schwab, they even help us transfer our things from our car to the tow truck and drove my wife and I home afterwards. They turned an inconvenient afternoon with a flat tire into a reminder that there are kind, awesome humans out there.

Marcos was an excellent driver, showed up in less than 30 minutes, only needed me for about 5 minutes, and also gave me a great referral to a garage that contracts with my car insurance provider. The service was so good that I have his phone number saved in my contacts (no joke).
Some context: my car window had been smashed the day before I was going to leave town and I needed it towed that night (the burglars stole the battery so I couldn’t move it myself). Over the phone, Marcos gave me his advice for working with my insurance (which was right on point), then showed up at 11:30 pm to tow my car at a moment’s notice. He also recommended a garage I ended up using for my claim, and even responded to my request to release the vehicle to the garage on Christmas Day (which I wasn’t expecting at all). Plus, he/Olmos handled everything with insurance so I didn’t need to manage the billing process or cover the cost of the tow myself. All around great experience and now I recommend Olmos to my friends if they’re ever in need.
Amazing work, they got my dad’s precious Chevy drag truck off of a very narrow street and tucked away into my shop. And it was under an hour, great job!
My employee was in a terrible accident. Olmos towing showed up promptly and was so helpful. We had a work truck that was totaled but the trailer it was pulling wasn’t. He helped me unhook it and attach to my vehicle. He even unloaded all of our work supplies out of the back of our truck and put in mine. During a very stressful event he shined with great customer service. Highly recommend using Olmos Towing!
