I cannot say enough great things about this company. My Skoolie broke down in downtown Portland on I-5 during rush hour. It was such a scary experience for me. David was out in no time, and took such care to not have trees damage my solar panels and made sure that my bus and I arrived at my friends home safely. Definitely the best I could hope for in such a harrowing situation.
When our VW van broke down on Marine Dr, this company was fast to come to our rescue! The driver was so awesome and empathetic to our situation. The drive to our destination was entertaining, he was chill and actually was personable. The price was also very reasonable for a Sat morning. Thanks guys! Got towed for overextending my parking stay which is fine, there's a sign to warn me and I forgot to move my car. However, when I got there the workers were all talking over each other while I was trying to give the front desk (seated very far away from the window) my phone number and information. I had to cup my hands and yell to hope to be heard. The payment was quick then they showed me to my car so I could be on my way. All of this isn't really a big deal. When I went to drive my car, the alignment was off and there were lights on the dashboard that weren't there before. So I now have to take it to an auto shop. Overall, the service was quick and easy, the staff was not the most inviting and at times downright disruptive, and they didn't leave my car unscathed.
