Found myself in a terrible situation today. Got a flat on a major highway and was stuck in the emergency lane of the fast lane and barely fit. Called Northwestern Towing explained I was in a terrible situation and they had a tow truck to me within 20 min~during rush hour!! The driver was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding! After this experience I will not go to any other tow company!
Northwestern towed my loaded dump truck and trailer. James was quick, efficient, and friendly. He wasted no time on an hourly basis. The price was very affordable. I will be using them if I need a tow. Highly recommended!!!

First of all on the day of my accident I called to ask about my car and yes I made sure I had the correct number and place when I called. I talked to a lady who quoted me $309 the first day and every day it was kept there it would be an extra $32. I’ve never been in an accident before but I should have known better. I didn’t end up picking up my car until another two days later and these scammers charged me over $1500. When I went in to just go in the see my car and get some stuff the lady and driver were super rude and they’re liars. If they’re reading this… LEARN TO HAVE SOME COMPASSION FOR YOUR FELLOW HUMAN. I understand it’s your job but at least be nice. And I don’t want a “sincere apology” statement I just wanted to be treated honestly and fairly I hope you all change your ways. Anyways upon checking and doing some math they were over charging me and on the form they claimed to have driven 400 miles to come get my car which was a lie and they charge $1 per mile. That’s an extra $400 . When I went in to talk about it the driver and lady who was super rude said “oh we didn’t even notice both of us didn’t notice” . Then they refunded me on 310 and ended up fixing it but found a way to charge me for something else claiming they had to take some bike routes but that amount wasn’t in the original statement. They’re scammers and they feed off the already broken situations people are in. Their greed is insane and should go find God so they can change their ways.
The two young gentlemen that showed up in 15 minutes were awesome. The other company was going to take an hour. I'm glad they work with Geico. I hope others consider tipping. They do a great job, and I can't think them enough for saving me from getting locked out of my commercial work truck.
Mac went above and beyond in getting my car onto a flatbed this morning. He had one of the hardest tows as my car was missing two tires. I haven’t had a better tow truck driver. The first shop rejected my car and he brought it to a second shop he had worked with before. I would highly recommend Mac and Nonwestern Towing for any of your towing needs.
I got help from CJ today towing my bmw x1. He was very professional and very welcoming. He was easy to communicate with. This guy is seriously incredible. Highly recommended!
PPB used them to tow my Motorcycle , could tell right away , that they bent my chromoly handlebars . Towed on Saturday picked up Monday morning for $438. They justified this price by saying they’re experience and professionalism , but they caused damage. Handle bars are designed to bend and break in an accident, they should have secured on lower triple trees . Was not my choice to use them but I wouldn’t use them if I needed a recovery they neglected my bike .
Truck arrived within the estimated timeframe. Dispatch did a great job checking in with me and making sure of where I wanted my car towed. Driver was super nice and profession. Not only do I recommend but hope I get them again if I need another tow.

I’ve had to call a tow twice in the last month due to car issues and both times Northwestern Tow has come to the rescue and way faster than the ETA given. Always so friendly on the phone when you call as well and the drivers are very personable and understanding!
These folks were amazing. Russell was my primary contact when my company had to rent a space for my trailer while my truck was in a nearby shop. Easy to get a tractor and trailer into. The "twins" were a true delight to chat with, but Russell was A FREAKING AWESOME guy. If you ever need any kind of roadside service, these guys are the best there is.

These dudes are straight up badass. The old man and I got our motorcycles stuck half a mile up a mountain in the Columbia Gorge on a gravel logging road, with no chance of getting them out. We were almost certain they were gonna become insurance claims.
Here comes Isiah, backing his flatbed up the mountain the whole half mile. Gets both of our bikes loaded into the trailer BACKWARDS. Truck slid out more than once.
Isiah got our bikes delivered from danger safely and efficiently, keeping a great attitude the entire way. Cannot commend these dudes highly enough!
Omg CJ was a blessing I called for tow at Walgreens and it said an hour he got there in under 25 minutes . He came and checked it out after I told him what was going on , we tried jumping it ourselves but my car was completely dead I was stressing he said I think I can fix if you’d like me to , man we let him do his thing 5 minutes later and my car was starting back up I was so thankful because he found that a screw was loose on my battery and tighten it it was completely good after . Very thankful to him ! GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU AGAIN CJ .
The first day I walked in there to get my belongings out of my van the guy that worked there yelled at me and told me I needed to make a decision on what I was going to do with my van even though it had only there a couple of days. He insisted I sign over the title to him right away. He was nothing but a bully and a jerk trying to force me to sign over the title to him. His conduct was completely rude and unprofessional. He also lied about how much time I had been out there getting out my stuff. Now he won't let me go get the rest of my stuff because I'm not "working with him". I would not suggest having your vehicle towed to this place. I don't know if it is because I am a girl that he treated me in such a manner because he didn't treat the guy that way that was there to pick up his personal items from his vehicle. Either way his behavior was absolutely unacceptable and I will NOT be forced to do something I am not ready to do yet. I still have options.
Mikey was great! This is the first time I had experienced a broken down car. Had a lot of anxiety during the process until we got in the tow truck. Maybe a weird way to explain his personality but he gives nice dad vibes. Super funny and kind. He even took the time to pop the hood to potentially see if we were dealing with the same issue he was. Along with recommending another shop if we needed. Great guy and id definitely go with this company again if needed. Also, this the only review I have written in my adult life which hopefully shows my gratitude!
I had a wrecked trailer on the highway and this company sent 3 guts to help. Their crew was awesome and went above and beyond to help. There was a few thousand dollars or materials dumped and they stayed and helped me load it back on the trailer. Highly recommend them.
Andrew was incredible. He hadn't dealt with our particular issue but got to work immediately figuring out how to tow the car. I think he invented new physics to get it done. We are grateful for his help.
My car died and Mikey got there within 20 minutes and unloaded in my driveway in another five minutes. He was very friendly and a very experienced driver. I would call them again if I need a tow.

It was so simple, and everyone I talked to was calm and reassuring when I was stressed and worried about what everything would cost, and what would happen without my vehicle. Especially since I use it for work deliveries often. Demetrie was awesome, quick and efficient. He was professional and made me laugh on a stressful day which was much needed. The breaks went out in my truck and I ended up in a nearly impossible situation and these guys spent over 3 hours in the rain towing out my rig and driving it a 1/2 hour home. They made a terrible situation a tolerable situation! I recommend this crew for all your towing needs

Ask for Izzaya! He has excellent communication, knowledge, and compassion! Great attitude. He called me to let me know he would be delayed and gave me an estimated eta 20 minutes before arrival. It turned out my starter was going out, but he helped me diagnose the problem and got the part working again! I stopped to get gas shortly after and the starter went out again. Izzaya was able to help my dumb ass again shortly after!

Would leave zero stars if possible; customer service was rude and unhelpful. My truck was towed improperly as I can see the drag tire marks on the street. Truck was left for two days in their lot and I seen a rat in it while driving home.
I was left in the lurch by another towing service 3 days ago. I called Northwestern as it began to get cold and dark outside. They showed up quickly at the promised time and went above and beyond. The driver Matt was incredible. He made sure I got home okay and even sent me pictures from the mechanic showing the car was safe since he had to drop it off after hours. This gave me piece of mind. Thank you, Matt. Northwestern is amazing. I highly recommend them.
Naythin Fahey was extremely professional and proficient. He was able to get my daughter’s car off the rocks in under 30 minutes. He was on time and was great about letting us know when he was on his way and when he was 5 minutes out. I highly recommend this company if the rest of their employees are as great as Naythin.
Got the job done quick and easy! Nice upon arrival and helpful when asked questions. If I planned to leave a review I would've taken photos as it was being loaded but luckily Naythin sent one when being dropped off! Give them a try if you're in need of a tow!
I cannot say enough great things about this company. My Skoolie broke down in downtown Portland on I-5 during rush hour. It was such a scary experience for me. David was out in no time, and took such care to not have trees damage my solar panels and made sure that my bus and I arrived at my friends home safely. Definitely the best I could hope for in such a harrowing situation.
