Horrible extortionists . They came in the middle of the night and took my car...IT WAS IN MY PARKING SPOT! They took it with no notice, no warning, the property manager didn't even know what was going on. ... they charged me to get my car that they towed from MY SPOT labeled for MY APARTMENT that I PAY FOR!.....give some warning.... well they probably won't since it was literally just to victimize people with their lowlife predatory tactics and get some easy money for their next fix why else would they come at 2 am? i should have reported it stolen .. why else would you be so shady..... I'll be filing a complaint. Probably won't do much but I think the law should be aware of this shady bunch of hoodlums

When you come here expect a long wait. They lock the door and you have to call them to get them to come down. Even then it takes an hour minimum. Rude and upsetting stuff. They only deal in cash. Very shady.

This company is out there to Rip you off. My wife is a caregiver and works m-f days at her clients house. They came by yesterday 8/21/23 and towed for cars out of the complex in Dallas, and took hers to an impound lot less than two miles away. said the car was parked over the line?? We were told if we picked it up by 5 pm. "It was 4:55 when we found out what had happened " it would be $417.00 to get it out of impound. We had to wait another day to dispute with Management and avoid an after hours charge. It went up to $534 today 8/22/23. Went down to get it and nobody was there. Called the TRS# and the same Lady that I had talked to on 3 separate phone calls says "We only meet there if you schedule an appointment. First off My Wife called and no answer, then I called also no answer. I called from my work number and they answered. Trying to avoid us I believe as the same thing happened when my Wife used her friends phone, they magically answered. Same person every time. Never told us we needed an appointment. Rip Off business they have. The car was not illegally parked. She parks there in the same spot daily during the work week. They are Vultures. And Rip offs. Hope you never have to deal with them. I just watched a truck be towed from some apartments and it was not hooked up properly and there were no lights on the towed vehicle, they basically stole it because they did not follow safety precautions and we as a people allow these pirates to get away with it i did get a vidobof it amd plan to give it to the owner of the towed vehicle

Bad unfair service, I do not recommend them. This towing company is associated with the apartments where several of my relatives live. They took my brother-in-law's car because his parking permit was "incorrectly displayed " not that he did not have it, just because it was incorrectly displayed. and after seeing that he had permit and verifying that he lives there anyway they charged him $478 this is an abuse and it is unfair. and to top it off they only accept cash.

Best towing company in Salem. Watched them tow a a car in a complicated position without any troubles. Very polite and work fast and safely.

This company is used for towing in my complex and when you call them to get a car towed for being in a fire lane, I'm told that they have to contact the property manager to get 'approval first'. Extremely rude, not helpful at all and tbh as worthless as a tow company can be. Don't rent from Bluestone or get your car towed from this company. 10 times out of 10 they won't do their job.

Uncouth. Tactless. Gouging. Unethical. Uneconomical. Uncharitable. Unceremoniously self-serving. Charged just over $700 for a 2.5 mile tow? Put a lien out on my vehicle within THE FIRST 24 hours! Asinine & egregious. If I could, I would deduct all stars from all other reviews. 🤬👎🏻

Discustingly expensive was towed from my own residence. Landlord also in cahoots with company authorized tow without trying to notify me with a parking pass hanging from my rear view window. Totally unprofessional and i will still be expecting a reinbursment from my apartment manager or i will be leavening the place with $400 non payment of rent. Not sure who gets the last laugh but i won't go down without an aggressive fight. Owners of my property won't be happy with my retaliation.

Got locked out of my Car. Was fast to show up and quick to unlock. Was relieved wasn’t sitting around wondering how long it all would take. Appreciate the speedy service

So Adam is a kind hearted Fella he was there for me me when I locked myself out of my car in NOT such a good area of town at dusk a bit worried but Adam did infact without question come within minutes and EASE my fear of being in the .night alone without a bother to him or his financial gain.... This is the most sheisty business in Salem! They towed my girlfriends car at 3am from our apartment complex, FROM HER DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT!! Came in all sneaky in the middle of the night! We thought the car had been stolen... When we called the police they informed us the tow company had taken it, when we called TRS the guy was completely rude and unprofessional, charged us $400 to get it back!! S C A M

Adam is a really great guy. He helped me to not get my car impounded ny the city after someone stole the wheels off of it. I would 100% say if you need towing services this is your place.

Being female, I worry about being scammed and preyed on for my lack of knowledge with car problems and repairs. I have used this company twice, once for a tire change and the other was a tow. Both times I found the driver to be prompt, courteous, and personable. I will will continue to use this company for any and all of my towing needs. I trust them completely.

Driver showed up to work with a marijuana smell in the truck. Ran the tow truck out of gas. Coworker let him borrow his vehicle and them backed into mine. Customer in the store had to inform me. driver was unprofessional and left without even saying sorry.. Beeen 2 years and never still haven't seen a dime.

Awesome towing company. Helped me get out of a bind after a very long work day. Dispatcher was great, tow team that showed up were great too.

Excellent service! Driver arrived very quickly. Driver wore a mask and maintained social distance and spoke in a very professional manner. Was able to get the job done quickly. Very satisfied, would definitely use again.

I'm sure if you call this company for a tow they will do a fine job for a reasonable price. my complaint is about the other side of their business where they tow cars from apartment complexes for an ungodly amount of money . my car was towed from my apartment complex because my parking permit fell off the mirror and landed on the center counsel even though it was clearly visible my vehicle make model and license plate was also clearly on the lease. my car was towed at 2:30 in the morning. And these guys wanted almost $500 for me to pick up my car a couple hours later. In cash only I might add. I'm sure everybody gets a little cut of the action but anyway be careful these guys engage in shady activity...................

Of all the places I have been to for car repairs, this one takes the cake. Excellent service all around, at a great price. I brought in my Volkswagen stationwagon for brake repairs, and they had it ready for me the same day. The lead mechanic, Adam, was really great at informing me about everything that went wrong with the car and what they fixed, as well as general important information about my car that I was unaware of. I will be coming back here for any and all repairs I need for my current or future car. Bring your car here if you are looking for honest work at a great price.

Man, these guys are the absolute best. My car got stuck and I didn’t have enough cash to cover the fee, he did it for half off, and showed up in under 30 minutes. I can not stress that this is the company you want to use.

No one likes getting towed, but they were as nice as could be to me. I appreciate them understanding my situation, and the driver was a cool dude to talk to while getting towed.

I didnt end up getting a tow, but the owner was knowledgeable about local codes and informed me that i should wait for a police response to have someone towed that had blocked me into my driveway so that i wouldn't have a potential lawsuit on my hands. I appreciated his honesty and would have used this company if the person hadnt ended up moving their car before the police called back and gave me the ok to have them towed.

I've been using TRS for several years now. They have been there for every lockout, breakdown and accident I've had. The prices are low compared to other tow companies and the amazing customer service is appreciated. No need to shop around!

These guys were very kind to me. I needed the best deal that I could get and they went far out of their way to give me just that. Everything automotive is very competitive. It's tough to offer good customer service and still stay afloat. These people are working their tails off to be the best. Give them a shot, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Damaged the car in icy conditions, needed to get it taken to the shop for repairs. Adam was courteous and accommodating. Josh the driver from the Salem branch was very friendly, professional, and took great care of my car. Pricing was very fair. I highly recommend TRS Towing, as an outstanding local company. Stuck in the snow, was difficult finding a tow company to respond. They showed up on time, winched and towed my car. They came highly recommend by another tow company in Salem. I would not hesitate to call TRS when in need of tow service again.
