BC Towing was a great experience. The service was fast and the young man was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I will be recommending this company to those that need their services. Is my first time needing a tow truck.

My daughter’s car had a dead battery and I was too far away to help her immediately. My son Kyler called dispatch and help was on the way within 15 minutes. My car died in a turn lane. BC towing was fantastic. They quickly responded and were able to safely get my car out of the way. The man was friendly and kind, I felt safe and calm as we worked through a stressful situation.

Was provided a quick quote. A driver tracking link was sent to my phone when the driver was dispatched so I could see accurate estimated arrival time. The dispatcher and driver were each friendly and respectful.

Our tow truck driver's name was Brian, he was quick to the scene & efficient with the service call. I had the trucked towed from W.Salem to Silverton, roughly 15 miles. Called to have my vehicle towed to a tire shop due to one rear flat tire. The driver arrived in less than 30 minutes, offered to put air in the tire to see if it would hold, asked me if I wanted to try and drive it to the tire shop and he followed me there the whole way to make sure everything was ok. Excellent service, super appreciate him going the extra mile and helping me out. I will absolutely use their services for any needs in the future, and recommend them to anyone in need!

Had a great experience with BC Towing during a lockout. Jason was extremely nice, respectful, and professional. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made a stressful situation much easier. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. Our chipper’s wheel bearing failed on the I-5 freeway, and they were able to tow it to our shop without any issues. From the receptionist to the tow truck driver, everyone was professional, fast, and fair with their pricing. We are truly grateful for the service they provided and will absolutely use them again if we ever have issues on the road.

I had to get my car out of the road after the ball joint took off its seat and was inoperable. Peter was fast, friendly, informative, careful and very nice to have helped us take the car back to the house with no issues and all help! Will definitely be a repeated customer after this interaction.

Our driver Matt was wonderful and knowledgeable. Very polite and pleasant to work with Matt and the dispatch team. My car died wouldn’t jump ended up having it towed back to my apt complex. The price was reasonable for it being after hours and the service was quick from the first call just after midnight to dispatch and back home car places just over an hour. Highly recommend this place.

I recently needed a tow for my Freightliner and called BC towing. I was really impressed with how fast they responded, tow truck showed up real quick which meant a lot given where I was stuck. The tow driver, Josh was professional, courteous, and handled my rig with care. Loading and transport were smooth — no damage, no surprises. Overall, it was a stressful situation but thanks to them it turned out to be quick and hassle-free. I would absolutely call them again if needed and recommend them to anyone in need of heavy-duty towing!

Very fast and courteous. Original bringing me a tire iron to help me after a blown tire. Needed a tow instead and got me home safe with my 2 year old. Thanks guys. I got another ford f250 I need towed I’ll call again soon.
