He went above and beyond his job by pinpointing the problem, what went wrong, and what to do to fix it. Had me up and running in record time and saved me a bundle in shop fees/labor! Type of service that is hard to come by these days!!!

Darrel had great customer service. The tow was handled in a timely manner and done within the time line given. He even managed to not have the cops called ( my neighbors call the cops for EVERYTHING) and get the tow truck backed up in my driveway which is almost like an obstacle course because of my shitty neighbors.
And he had the best price in town!

My car broke down on the side of a really tight forest road. Despite the lack of space our tow driver loaded the car up really quick and got us on our way. When we made it home the driver even helped us diagnose the problem with our car. Great service, absolutely recommended.

Darrell was our tow truck driver and he was prompt, really positive, professional, helpful, calm and friendly. He even brought our key fob into Les Schwab the following morning, because we live out of the area and it was closed when the car was dropped off. The owner Lloyd on the phone was also very helpful and reassuring - right off the bat we had the feeling that he was someone we could trust. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience.

Darrel was awesome! Showed up in a matter of minutes and got us home quick. Our car is petty low to the ground and he took great care to make sure the front end wasn't damaged while loading. If we end up with car issues again, we won't be calling anyone else for a tow, these guys are the best!
Very happy with our service! Couldn’t find anyone to tow our truck on MLK day, and then Lloyd R Rice came in clutch! Darrell was super friendly and helpful! Even gave us tips on how to fix our truck based on what was wrong. Speedy service and arrived right on time. Great at listening to directions like backing in to the driveway and what way we needed the truck turned so he could do his job. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow!

What an amazing experience. When your car breaks down it’s always stressful. The stress went away when Darrell arrived. He was very caring and worked hard to get my car started. Unfortunately it was an electrical issue so it has to be towed to the dealership. Darrell loaded it with extreme care. I would highly recommend. I wish I could give 6 stars!
Darrell responded to a request for a jump start on my vehicle. He took the time to clean the different connection points on the battery and ultimately due to his knowledge and thorough response a jump was not needed and I did not need to go purchase a new battery.
