Tammy is the best! She's knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth, and pleasant. I feel welcome here. NAPA made me feel like I did not belong despite having been going to parts stores since I was a kid.
The staff here is always very helpful and friendly. Everyone seems to know what they are talking about or will ask someone who does. Great store and great employees as far as I've experienced.
It's an auto part store, but I do believe the owner has the perfect scam. Autozone, you know, on their computer. Every time you go there. How much rewards you have you just particular O'reilly's? They never tell you what rewards. You have that coupon saying the email them? I've never received an email and I spent thousands of dollars there, so yes, the owner has the perfect skin. He'll never has to honor rewards because you'd basically never receive them After two years, I finally received points and was able to use them
Mostly have positive experiences coming to this location, but the manager Tammi is why this store deserves a 1 star review. She is extremely rude, and has no customer service skills whatsoever. No smile, not even a polite tone. She makes you feel like you're not welcome in the store. Snide remarks like "I'm going to pretend I didn't hear you say that" is why I'll no longer be wasting my money while shes there. I'll travel further to find better service.
Had to get my windshield wipers replaced, went in at night and they gave me a great recommendation on a new pair and showed me how to install and remove them in the future. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I bought a new battery for my trailer. When I went to install the battery I realized I didn't check the terminals [+/-] position. I called the associate and he located the my old battery and confirmed it was the same. Thank you.
The employees are always very nice, knowledgeable and able to get what I need in a timely manner if they don’t already have it in stock. Prices are also very decent.
Never any complaints with O'Reilly's, I've been going through them for years now. There's been a few mix ups/ mistakes but always fixed once I talk to someone.
Manager is named Tammi, but acts like a Karen. Wouldn't let me swap out a lightbulb that went out because she saw that my older light bulb had been replaced over a year ago, I explained that was an older bulb. I calmly tried to explain that cars usually have two headlights, not one. Afterwards she showed off her snazzy Manager badge basically saying she can say whatever she wants. Totally rude the whole time with a liberal arts teacher attitude.
Very helpful staff that can get you the right part even if you don't know what trim level your vehicle is. (They know more than the computer). Old school parts store, that still does a good job.
I ordered a specialty wrench that I needed for a job, The Lady stated that the tool would be in Tuesday after 4:00 PM.We left for a short vacation to the Charleston area, coming back on late Sunday. On Monday morning I stopped in to pick up my tool, The young lady stated that they only keep parts for 6-7 days before returning them to there warehouse. I'm old school so if the tool was to arrive late Tuesday, 6 to 7 days would put it at the store Monday or Tuesday. I was at the store Monday morning and the tool was already returned to there warehouse, So now I am left hanging. This young lady provided very poor service I try to do business locally when I can, but Oriellys hdoesnt have an easy button,
I had went to orileys last night. Just before they closed. I ordered a starter for my 79 ford f-150. I figured with all these different companies complaining and making excuses for why its so hard to get product. Are little sweet home orileys had my starter next morning. And for no extra cost. Great customer service
I had a loose clamp on my canopy and was about an hour away from my house and tools. I walked in and asked the guy working if they had any rental ratchets or sockets, he gave me attitude and then asked what size I needed, I didn’t know exactly so I told him 12mm or 14mm so he went to the back and grabbed a ratchet and a 12mm socket and said “that’s all I can do”. It ended up not fitting so I just returned the ratchet to the counter and left. Thank for help Oreilly’s! Friendly staff! Way to go above and beyond!
I got the exact part I ordered , and they were friendly. I'm not a fan of this auto part chain but the one in Sweet Home, Oregon is a very good place to get the parts you need the first time around. Very knowledgeable staff.
As usual customer service was outstanding. Even if they haven't got what u seek, they do their best to assist with the correct parts and or tools. Keep it up Sweet Home.
I came in this morning to get a taillight replaced because I got pulled over last night. I have no tools with me so I asked if I could have someone help me replace it. Tammi was super helpful finding the proper bulb AND replaced my light for me!! Thank you thank you!
Saved my butt! I broke all the wheel studs on my trailer. They were very helpful and got me back on the road within 30 minutes! Jack the counter person was excellent!
There's one guy there, Andy McQuiston. Always nice, friendly and very helpful. I look forward to him being there when I need something. Everyone else has always been great as well. Never has anyone been rude to me there.

I just moved to the area and did not know a soul. No mechanics were open and I had no idea what to do. The gentlemen in this store helped me immediately when no one else would. They went above and beyond what most would do and I would recommend them any time.
