Ordered a wiring harness to be picked up this evening on this Saturday. Store hours online and on the door itself said open until 6pm. Store was dead and closed at 4pm. I will not be using NAPA again.
My husbands favorite Sweethome parts store. We own a mechnaic shop in sweethome and they manage to get us the correct parts over other stores in the area.
They're very helpful and nice I have a bit of a Frankenstein Toyota rock crawler and they spent several hours helping me track down a U joint for it measuring it figuring out what it was from good people
I want to say farewell to Art Funk, a 30 year plus counterman/manager of Auto parts sales. He was the most knowledgeable man at Wilson's Auto parts that I know of. We are going to miss this well respected and admired individual, and wish the best for him in his future endeavors.
If you want advice and knowledge- able people to talk to. Go here. If you goto the other store in town..... you better know what you're looking for before even going in.
Aaron helped me out with a check engine light problem I was having. Super helpful and informative, and let me know hot to avoid the issue in the future. I will definitely be going to Napa again when there's people like him helping others out. Thanks man!
After having conflicting test results from another vendor, I visited the guys at Wilsons NAPA in Sweet Home. I was treated with the utmost respect and the kindest of curticies. The guys did everything within their power to assist me in the most confusing of situations. Though the final outcome may not have been my first choice as far as a cost-effective solution goes, it was indeed the correct solution to my problem. I just want to thank the guys down at Wilson's Napa sincerely. You guys rock. By the way to the gentleman who came and returned my wallet back to Wilson's Napa with everything in it, I send much love and respect to you sir. I'd like to thank you from all of us that have ever made a mistake while picking an order for a customer. God bless!
Napa as usual a little more expensive than some other stores , but the guys at Lebanon, Sweet Home , and Albany have ALWAYS been super nice, helpful to Me..... and once in a while there prices are competitive or better...... Good bunch of People.....and especially .... I'm better looking than ART, buy he is NICE , as they all are
Could be great, too many kids that don't know how to open a book! High prices... Sao I don't go there often. When I do... I find 'old guy with grey hair' to help me. He uasually knows his stuff.
RUDE! A guy name mike was the counter person. Our trailer had issues and we needed parts, the guy talked us around in circles and was basically saying there’s nothing he can do to help and said go to ORiley’s. Well we did and they were very helpful and got us exactly what we needed. If you’re in Sweethome and need auto parts do not go to Napa!
Napa try there best in good customer service and they are truly helpful when it comes to finding out what you need. Unlike all businesses, we thrive to do our best in all that we do but there will be a time when someone is unhappy about the little thing in the world; so what can we say to better your way. Pretty much remember this we can only do so much to keep people happy the rest is up to you.
Old school parts store where the guys at the counter care more about getting you back up and running than they do about asking you what trim package the computer is asking for to recommend a part.
