Great guys. I went in to replace an alternator and headlight. They fixed it in one day, added a quart of oil complimentary and even showed us a magic trick to clean our light heads with off bug repellant! It was a good time lol
I decided to support my local community by taking my beloved Honda to All Star. It was a perplexing problem that took a couple times to fix. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we got. It was a hardship to lose work and pay for repairs, but Curt kindly took that problem away.
DO NOT come to this place for repairs or buying cars they seem like good people but they are snakes in the grass I had purchased to get a new motor put in vehicle and I went to them multiple times with smoke coming from vehicle and they said it was oil on something hot under engine and exhaust to find out I had blown head gasket and they looked and said it was good to drive then they exchanged with another to find out there was more wrong with that one after he looked me in the eyes and said they did everything by the book and professional and brother got a car from them and now it won't even start
My car was totaled and towed to the yard in my town. They had a number of cars for sale on their lot, but the Mini Cooper caught my eye. The business has a mechanic shop as well, so they've been able to work out some issues on this older car. This is a valued relationship!

I had called a few places in town, most places didn't want to deal with it, others were booked out 2 weeks.
Very kind people who were honest and helpful. I needed codes pulled on a '92 Chevy. There were a couple of others who could pull the codes but said I had to wait 2+ weeks for an appointment. All Star didn't require an appointment or payment to get the codes and even took the time to explain the codes to us.
I was traveling through in my 87 RV when I heard knocking, just after having my head gasket repaired 2k miles ago out of state. These guys not only had me in the same day I called, they arranged for accommodations while they were working on the rig, basically a rebuild, and they worked hard with my warranty to ensure I wasn't paying for anything unnecessary out of pocket! Super respectable, professional and willing to answer all my million questions! Will always go back here when in Oregon!

Got recommend to come here from my husbands work. (Truck fleet goes here for maintenance) I can't say thank you enough. I got an oil change and full safety inspection today. I mentioned I was going on a long trip, and the guys noticed the carseat...so get this!? They made sure to double check EVERYTHING on the truck. To help us get to destination safely! Ended up needing brakes and they showed me everything so I could validate with my own eyes. Took a little longer because they did such a great job communicating, but as we waited we played paper airplanes in the nice warm office to keep my child entertained. Great conversation, Lots of laughs! I appreciate y'all. HONEST, family business of brothers for about 20 years! I will be a loyal customer! I was going to buy a 2005 Toyota Camry solara from them with 151 hundred thousand miles on the odometer and was told that it had a brand car title, so we carfax it and found out that it was totalled in 2018 with 233 hundred thousand miles on it and 4 months later after repairs the odometer read 131 hundred thousand miles! .. they don't do a carfax on their vehicles as I was told by them when I told them that I found out that the car was totalled out and repaired and the odometer was rolled back. They are very nice people and I heard that they are very good with coming to your rescue when you need help with towing. .. but I highly recommend you do a carfax on any car you want to buy from them. ... they were honest with telling me that the car title was branded. That's why I did a carfax on it, it looked and ran great, but there were multiple repairs done which waved a red flag as to what else might have been wrong with it that I couldn't see.. besides the rolled back odometer of over a hundred thousand miles.
These guys were awesome. I was passing through Sweet Home when a coil went out on my 2016 Jeep, I called them and they were able to fit me right in and get me back on the road in 2 hrs!
What they did was this: on Memorial Day we drove to Sweet Home to The Point restaurant. To our surprise, our car wouldn't start when we left to go home. The All Star owner was at his shop on Memorial Day, said he could help, sent the tow truck we needed, and all within a short time. What a joy it was to see that tow truck pull in to the restaurant! Not only that, but our car started magically just as we were being rescued, and the owner charged only a nominal fee for all the trouble. We are so grateful!
Absolutely pleased in every way with the spectacular service I received here two weeks ago. Truck loaded for a long camp trip and my water pump blew. I thought the trip was a wash. The gents at All Star dropped what they were working on and immediately replaced the water pump at a very reasonable rate. I was back on the road in two hours.1100 miles later I am home and very thankful for their professional service.
I bought a van in Portland and wanted to use a local company to bring it down. These guys did it the same day I called. And they were really reasonable. I almost wonder if they charged enough. Will definitely use again!
I am a mail carrier that uses my own vehicle to do my route. All Star Auto did my brakes on the spare of a moment. I really appreciate them getting me in so quickly and getting me back on the road.
Really helpfull and professional! We got trackslip and stuck in snow on Hwy20, the insurance company's impatient so we called for this local towing service late last night. It's almost past midnight when we were finally back on road and this guy waited for us all the way along to make sure we left the forest area safely. Thank you so much for what you've offered!!
