I just wanted to give Kim, an employee at The Junction City Napa all the praise possible for her attitude of commitment, good will and customer service. On Christmas Eve my window switch broke and her store was the only one in town that had the part, keep in mind my driver side window was stuck in the half open position in the rain.She actually waited in the parking lot after closing for me to come by and pick it up. As I was getting ready to leave town for the holiday I have never had someone go above and beyond to that extreme Kim quite literally saved my Christmas!! God bless people like Kim. Happy Holidays!

I needed all wiper blades replaced on my Subaru recently, and Kim was awesome helping me get my new blades. I wish all salespeople were as helpful as she was! Thanks Kim!!
Some people don't like to order products that's not listed, like it inconveniences them to be a parts person.
That's why I drive right past junction city and go to west 11th, they are way more interested in helping customers with odd parts needed
The people here are helpful and I was in and out with the part I needed in about 10 minutes. The store is conveniently located and there is lots of parking.
It's Napa. Crew is good to work with and friendly, I've had stuff ordered and have been able to check the back with staff to verify a part or gaskets before. Hands on is a good way to be.
I want to say how professional and great the employees were on June 5th when I walked into this store. I was greeted right away and Kim was excellent. My motorcycle had a dead battery and I had no way to get home. We found a battery quickly and Kim went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. I am a manager in this industry and what I seen at your store is what I hope to see out of my employees. I stopped at a competitors store that was closer to where I broke down with dissapointmemt. Sadly, I walked out of there and headed straight for Napa.
Not what the store was a decade ago. Not well stocked with parts and the aisles behind the counter always look in disarray. The main service countertops are very cluttered. The staff do their best to provide good customer service.
Thay have a great paint department and auto supply. The workers are knowledgeable and very helpful. The prices are about average and it's easy to find.
Very friendly and helpful service team. I was looking for a special glue and one team member offerred to glue part of what needed to be fixed so I could see how well the product worked before buying. The neighborhood cat visiting the store had my daughter pretty excited. Thank you!
Good selection for automotive, boat, etc. supplies. A little pricey on some items, but not as high as CarQuest.
Great paints selection, and can pretty much match any finish needed.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
If you're in a hurry to pick up supplies and get back to work this is not the stop for you there was no hello how are you we will be with you right away it was basically stand there until employee was done messing around absolutely wast of my time

I broke down and after dealing with Napa in Phoenix Arizona for 3 weeks got the worst service I have ever received in my life and having the owner close and lock the doors on me after not refunding $80 I had paid I called home and in 15 minutes Lawrence had every part I needed and the correct parts sent to me and had me back on the road in two days thanks again
I broke down in Phoenix I used a local Napa where I was treated absolutely awful wrong parts even got ripped off by the store I called home town Napa in jc 15 min on the phone had the right parts all the parts in the mail and to me in 2 days ( thank you Lawrence) Napa in jc went the extra mile and will all ways be a customer to this store
Bought a bunch of parts to fix a friends truck. They were pre-packaged and shipped. When we got back to the house, we discovered that not all of the parts were there. Wasn't Napa's fault, but it made the job much harder
