Been going here for close to a year now and it's always hit or miss. 90% of the time the parts I need/want are here, however only 50% of the time has the old man been willing to sell them. I don't get why anyone would have a whole junkyard full of vehicles and turn away not just some random, but a repeat customer nonetheless. I was literally at the yard on Monday grabbing a part, but had to leave it because some. Let the old man know I'd be back in a few days to grab it and he said alright. Went back 2 days later and was told he changed his mind about letting me pull it. I offered to pay more for him to pull it and he just refused.
It was somewhat challenging to get help after I walked in. Which I know is to be somewhat expected. Its a very busy place with a lot of moving parts. Staff sounded knowledgeable when in the phone. That was the problem. When I did get help, they were knowledgeable and helpful
I’ve been here before and got what i needed no problem. This time however I came for a specific part and decided to also look at other useful parts for my vehicle.
The owner came over and asked what we were doing and told us he was closing early. A whole hour and a half early. With his tone and demeanor we could discern that he was implying we were up to no good. Nobody else was asked to leave.
He could have offered help in finding the part but instead made an insulting assumption. I will never shop here again or recommend this place. How embarrassing.
I would advise no one ever go here because they will sell you broken or damaged parts and then not refund or exchange it, they ripped me off $50 for a broken part, what a scam!
