I talked to these guys yesterday and they were going to order me a part well today when I called and see if they ordered the part for me they couldn't find the part and then they are very rude hung up on me four times when I asked to speak to the manager I would not recommend this place the people here are rude go get your parts at another O'Reilly's that will appreciate your business I'm just blown away about how rude and ignorant these people were I would not even waste your money here. I cant believe this.
BRUCE... That's all I have to say. I had been sold a fuel injector that actually had a second variant available ( CRUCIAL to have the right version ) . The sales clerk that sold me the part originally, ( He no longer works at the store ) did not do I VIN request to MAKE SURE that he sold me the correct injector. I installed the part and moved on. Spent about 3 more months "off and on" searching for a "misfire" that was occurring BEFORE and after the part. I called the store and was explaining to Bruce the situation. ON HIS OWN accord, while I was on the phone, looked up the original part that I purchased. He discovered that there were 2 variants and queried me on the VIN ( that it shows to ask about before selling the part ). Low and behold, I was sold the wrong version. Bruce got me the CORRECT injector and BOOM! Nightmare over, truck purrs like a kitten. I've performed a LOT of mechanic work over the years, and am no noobie to automotive work. Thanks Bruce! Lifesaver for my son & I. I also have to give thanks to the manager Dane, for always helping to make sure I have what I need for my business. Can't recommend these guys enough.. A+++
Great place these guys know there stuff too and very friendly well equipt they have it or can get it usually in a day or two reasonable prices highly recommended
They are generally helpful here. One worker in particular will come out from behind the counter to see if I need assistance which I find nice as some aren't so outgoing to be able to ask for assistance. They look items up for me when needed and help with returns. These folks are polite and accommodating. I appreciate being treated with the respect they have shown me.
Dane was amazing and extremely helpful. We were 4 hours from home with a loaded horse trailer. Dane got our part and installed it for us. Thank you so much Dane!!!
Very helpful, knowledgeable, and he gave me several options that other parts stores hadn't. If I would have went anywhere else . seems I would have paid twice the money and had to wait up to a week.

Not a huge store, but there's usually a knowledgeable staff that can help get me what I need or help find where I can get it if they don't. They do free battery checks, and will take your used oil and filters as well. I'm sure they do alot more, very friendly place. It's the first auto parts shop I go to when I'm looking for any parts or even if it's just time to do an oil change.
Was surprised they had what was needed in stock due to 20 year old cars. Also forgot to ask if they give a discount to disabled vets. Very knowledgeable person helps me .
Very helpful staff I went in to get some codes read because my check engine light came on and I can't remember there gentleman's name but he was very helpful and gladly read the codes for me and allowed me to take pics so I could remember them and show my mechanic
Great service and knowledge here. It is my go to auto parts store in a town with a ton of them. Prices are always good and they price match like items. I do a lot of repairs and almost never have a reason to go anywhere else.
Need auto parts in JC give these guys a call, they told me that not only would they match others competitors prices. They did one better and even took a few bucks off that price. :-)
It didn't seem like the counter person wasn't willing to put in a little effort to research parts for my trailer. Went down the street to Car Quest and walked out 5 minutes later with what I needed. Done with ya.
Been in Auto Parts all my life and I'm pretty loyal to Napa. I've gone to different O'Reilly's and never been very impressed. This location however, seems to be different. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff who are there to help and seem to enjoy what they're doing. I have work with Micah mainly. When he first started I was impressed because although she was inexperienced his eagerness to learn more than made up for it and has since developed onto a vwry capable parts professional. Give him a Call you won't be disappointed
The only thing that was wrong was that there was a problem with the online site; which was the same problem I had . Everything else was great and they even helped with recommendations instead that I will definitely be trying. Great selection of many options, but not too much for the store size and it is just right! Thanks for your on going help O'Reilly's.
Very helpful staff! Saved me time on questions that I would have had to search for on the internet! They aren't afraid to sell you what you need, not what costs more!
All of it aren't always enjoyed the detailed employees at O'Reilly's they're right on top of customer service and make sure that the customer comes first and that they allow them to help customers are most important there and I like that feeling
Jared provided excellent service and went above and beyond what he had to do. He really helped us out in a pinch and we greatly appreciated his help and were grateful he was working tonight. You don’t find many people like him nowadays.
I'm directing this rating towards O'Reilly's policies rather than this particular location. The assistant manager Jared was professional and polite but I had a irritating experience here. I went into the store looking for a part which they didn't have, they kindly ordered the part and notified me once it was in. The problem was that I came in to grab it after about a week of being notified it was in and they told me they shipped it out because I didn't get there in time. I live outside of town and don't have the luxury to stop in on their time frame. I understand if it was like 1 our 2 months but a week? Really? I guess I'll just take my business else where.
Great service! Needed a part that the other parts places said wasn't available. They had it in Stock and waiting for me at the counter! One of the other employees even asked if the oil filter I bought 2 months previous fit! I will drive the extra mile to keep giving them my business.
Super friendly guys who will actually have a conversation with you, BS with you, and laugh with you instead of just point and say "halfway down aisle 7." They take the time to ask about the job being done and go over options, even if the job is a back yard irrigation job and not a car job . . . that is God's honest truth, they helped us get the wiring we need to lay down with our water lines and the sealing tape to wrap the junction threads with. Awesome guys.
