We had a awesome experience we went in there shortly after finding out are break light in our red 1989 Chevy and the employee there was super helpful, Wyatt helped us find the part then asked us if he would like help putting it in while we were in the parking lot. Wyatt not only helped us but after many failed attempts we finally got it. Thank you so much Wyatt!!!!! We appreciate people like you!
don't go to this store all the people working here are incompetent and should not be working at an auto parts store I give them a part number, and they will ask what vehicle it is. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! go to someplace else like napa or Oreily's where they know what they are doing
Walked in to grab conventional oil and the guys at the counter acted like I didn’t know where the oil was gonna be, or the difference between synthetic and conventional and what I was even doing in there. Honestly super sexist and super messed up.

store was packed, literally one employee swamped with no backup that was running around about to lose it.
this store is continuously understaffed and the shelves were not stocked well, several missing products.
good thing the Albany, and Barger store are close enough to completely avoid the junction city store.
I highly recommend hiring qualified people

Love the convenience of having an AZ in our small town. Staff is always friendly, even when they don't know the first thing about auto repair. They can work a computer, and find what you are looking for, as long as you know what it is you want. ?
Went into my local Store for the 2nd time last week (1st time I went in was 10 minutes prior to closing) and my 1st thought was " where was this store when I owned my '70 SS Chevy Nova & my '72 Plymouth Roadrunner?" WHOA ! CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN, Brightly lit, Organized,, Well Stocked Auto Parts Store ! Super Nice,Courteous and Knowledgeable Staff that greeted me immediately. Then asked if I needed help locating any items. This Staff Member-Robert -was really helpful! 1st, I must say for the record, I am an older woman ...but Robert did Not even let that factor register in his expression, tone, questions and was not rushing to be done with me. I was very impressed by his attitude and straightforward honesty when I was faced with an enormous isle of Car Care Products for which I had originally been advised to check out. There are so many New Brands and Products to wash, clean, wax, buff, bug off, shine and deep -dive- Detail my Brand New Chevy - that I felt I was going into overdrive! Robert was honest as in " here is what I see our returning Customers purchasing and this is what I know about these "newer brands " . No hard sale..ect, ect. I took in what Robert had to say then I went on my own to choose and just "shop around ". Besides all the necessary Parts and Equipment for vehicles, there is also Isles with "Fun Stuff " to add on to one's Ride just for kicks or to make it unique! From really solid License Plate Frames to Running Lights of different styles & colors- Seat Covers, Mats, to Accessories for the inside of your ride. The other thing I noticed is the Merchandise was High Quality Brands but am pleased with their prices and sale flyer. I did leave this Store with My Own Hand Picked items so I can Wash, Detail inside and out My New Chevy so She will be riding & looking good for years to come !
Hands down, this is the best AutoZone I've been to!! Not as many employees as there used to be, but the manager there now is always there. Whether I come in the morning or right before closing - she's there. She always goes out of her way to help me. I see her do it with every customer that walks in the door! That girl should be promoted, if she hasn't already!! Thank you AutoZone
This is the best place when you have questions or need something for your car. They are smart, polite, and willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. One manager, Chelsea, is bright, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The staff at the Auto Zone in Junction City was knowledgeable and efficient. There was a line when I arrived with about 5 people ahead of me. There was only one clerk working so I figured I would be there a while. It only took maybe 5 minutes before it was my turn. The young man working was very nice, polite and good at his job. I had ordered my parts online and was only there to pick them up. They were at the counter and he found them right away. The store has always been a great place to get auto parts and they seem to know alot about cars. They haven't steered me wrong yet, no pun intended. Ok pun intended. If you need to fix your car and need parts, I would go to AutoZone in Junction City!
I've never had a problem with AutoZone. In fact, I needed a battery for my car but didn't want to buy a new one. Auto Zone didn't have a used one for my car, but they suggested another business that specialized in reconditioned car batteries. That's definitely a thumbs up in my book.
The staff is always great! Been noticing that they are not the best price in town, their prices have climbed over the years for the same quality brands I can order from parts.com or parts geek w free shipping and half the price. Also the mailer and or mail coupons do not work at this store? Not sure why but all the coupons I get by email for 10$ off purchase over $50 will not work, never have been able to redeem my rewards, only at this location.
Auto zone was a huge help on Wednesday morning. My check engine light came on. Tiffany walked me thru how to put the code reader machine on my car. Yay. She then ran the code and printed it for me and my daughter. I thought the problem was my O2 sensor. Its my EGR valve. Now we can have a local mechanic fix our car. Go Tiffany!!!

Worst servise I have ever gotten an gave me the wrong part 3 times in a row would give them negative stars if I could don't go there, an forgot to add the 3rd time I had called an talked to manager at the store an told him that this was the 3rd time they had gotten this part wrong an ask if the had the correct one I. Stock to switch it out he replied yes with no apology at all justtd me to come back in an I live out in the country so was a miniute to get there an I get there an they didn't have the same part only had one that was 40 dollars moee then I had payed for the first time so I got my refund an the manager was rude an was telling me it was my fault that it was wrong. I think that's really rude an just wrong so I wouldn't shop there unless management is changed but O'Riley's is ? beter

Great staff here, especially Kim! Helped fix a check engine light issue which turned out to be a bad MAF sensor. They gave us all the tools needed to get the job done!

Ever since Knecht's in Junction City, Oregon shut down, Autozone became my next go to spot for parts. The guys that run the shop are knowledgeable, quick & kind.
Always have the tools and parts I need to work on my automotive repairs, etc. They also have a great program for lending tools. One time, I was traveling to Montana to visit my sister and her family, and unfortunately had alternator trouble along the way. The manager and staff at the Hermiston, Oregon store helped get me everything I needed, and even assisted me in the store parking lot. Within an hour, I was back on the road. Since then, I've always directed my automotive parts/supplies needs to AutoZone. Hope this helps others.
There are a few men who act as though females don't know squat, (W. 11th autozone) but here everyone is nice and helpful. I was expecting to be treated like I was on W. 11th, but not here, these guys treat females like ladies and are super helpful. It was refreshing to see! Thanks guys! :)
