So I had my motorcycle towed from a mile away from there shop immediately told me thought it would be $1,144 that day to get it out + the county fee of $125 and 70 each day. I am recentley homeless and tryinbto find work and now my last mode of transpo has been jacked bye this tow outfit that's outrageous fee for a motorcycle and a 2 mile round trip so I went In 2 days later to get a detailed bill and all the sudden it was $1, 001 and had already incurred 2 $70 charges very odd that it suddenly lost that much money off of the initial tow which also would have been $200 last week because they would not have had any DMV fee so they lied to me from the get these people are running scams and are crooks I plan on seeking legal representation and plan on getting my sue on.
They are so nice and helpful. I really appreciate that they could squeeze towing my car home for in-between jobs that he had ready lined up to do. The driver James had my car home to me in an hour of me leaving it where it broke down. Which was nice. gave me just enough time to get things rolling to get it fixed. Really appreciate it. thank you guys.

I have never left a review for any services before…. But after the horrible experience I had with T&M I feel I need to share…. Geico referred them for my car lock out. They showed up in great time, but after 45 minutes could not unlock my vehicle. The man told me he would return later, as he was called away to another service. Waited all day and he never called or returned. I reached out that evening and they informed me I should call and pay out of pocket for a locksmith, becuase they wouldn’t come back out. Long story short I bought a kit off Amazon for $30 and had my car unlocked in 2 minutes after it was delivered. So if you need to get help with unlocking your vehicle. You can NOT trust T&M. Horrible customer service.

Despite this bumper flying off a car and causing me to try to miss it and swerve into on coming traffic today....i am sure their service is good. I honked for a mile. Flashed my lights. They didn't seem to care to look behind them.
T&M has had a great change in service lately and the customer relations portion of the business is significantly better. They are time efficient, kind, and humorous which is what you need with towing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and gives around the clock care. For my future towing needs, I will continue to use T & M!
Great service. The driver was professional and easy to work with. I had 2 40 foot shipping containers moved onto my property and it was done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend.
Unreliable, unprofessional and disrespectful. They were tasked with picking up a broken vehicle for Copart and for one excuse after another didn’t show up the first scheduled day and the on the second attempt were going to be over an hour and a half later than they’d said.
I told the driver that I couldn’t wait anymore for them and never mind. He said fine ok and hung up. I then got a voicemail from Tim with a nasty tone telling me to call him back “or else I’m gonna call him to come back!”
When I called Tim back, I told him I was canceling the pickup because I couldn’t be waiting around for them anymore since they ghosted me yesterday and weren’t reliable. I got yelled at and cussed out by this guy and he used lame excuses to tell me how it’s not his fault.
There are many reliable and professional towing companies around Eugene. This one is a waste of time and space.
I got a far better company to complete my transaction within an hour of cancellation of the tow from T & M. I’ve left THEM a glowing review.
I was stranded in Elkton, Or late at night, in my work truck, and T&M came to the call!! They were professional, willing and more than capable to help out when MANY other companies refused, or were outrageously priced. My Tow driver, Odessa, was kind, funny, and did a great job with my rig. Damon took the call, and was also awesome and a genuine person, willing to help me out when I was really in a pinch to get my truck back to Eugene. When picking up my truck the following day, Greg the manager took a look at what he thought maybe wrong, and then it upon himself to make the easy fix, free of charge (!!!) to get my vehicle in working order and running again. Truly kind, and generous people, and a business I will absolutely support again in my time of need….HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Called to get my car scheduled to be towed to Portland BMW shop & the lady who answered couldn’t “guarantee” me a date. She was rude about it though, and I just took my business elsewhere. No need to be rude to people who are already having a hard time.
I had a nightmare of the vehicle parked at my place for 6 years. And was finally able to get the title for it. Not only did our driver make the impossible possible his three pups supervised and helped a very stressful day go easier than could have ever imagined. These guy’s literally saved us during a horrible experience! Lost both wheel baring’s on starboard side of our boat trailer while the boat was on it. Trailer on the ground, on the freeway, middle of the night/morning and when NO other tow company and yes I called them all would even entertain the idea of helping us these guy’s, (although busy with other accidents already) had nothing but our safety in mind. After an already LONG EXHAUSTING day prior to this happening, their professionalism and kindness couldn’t have mattered more. We along with our boat were brought to safety. Our driver Jeff did an outstanding job, he was quick, but knows his stuff, boat loaded and dropped without a hitch. Thank you so much T&M towing and Jeff! It meant the world to us!

Thank You!! Doug found some personal items at the scene that my father in law was missing. He took good care of them and returned them to us, we are forever grateful! My place just burned up the McKenzie river And T&M towing was hired by my insurance company to pull away my burned new Montana fifth wheel. Not only did they just do an amazing job pulling it away once they found out I didn’t have any land insurance they not only took the RV they ended up taking everything off my property and even spreading the gravel back out again. They didn’t have to do that but they chose to do that because they actually care about people.

Greg came and towed my car that would not start, I needed to get it to the dealership for repairs. The service was phenomenal! He even took the time to check the battery and such. He called me and let me know when it was delivered. Such a kind man and will go above and beyond to make sure a customer is happy. Next time I need towing service I will definitely call them.

My fully loaded tractor trailer broke down in roseburg and had to be towed back to eugene. Vince came out and saved us very professional and he handled the whole situation with the ease only experienced operators could at a total of 130,000 lbs he was safe and just impressive In his ability. As an 18 year driver I felt comfortable with his work. Thank you from western transport logistics.
Getting a tow is never a good time. On our way from Medford to Washington on a Sunday morning we blew out a tire south of Cottage Grove. Seeing that my fancy new car with all wheel drive does not come with a spare, I the guy who is always prepared, am actually stuck on the side of the road. My road side coverage can't find a flat bed tow truck that can hold 4 passengers and the local cottage grove tow companies don't work Sundays. After waiting for over an hour and having no luck with road side coverage or finding a local tow, we checked the Eugene area and contacted T&M towing. We got picked up in 45 minutes and we were on our way. The driver Norman was awesome. Fast on the hook up and very friendly. We got a great rate getting towed all the way to Eugene. Thanks Norman for getting us back on our way.
Actually my son's car was impounded. I was concerned about all his things in it because I know from experience "Farwell Towing" will steal everything inside your vehicle even the Stereo, spare tire... Everything. Not only did she tell us yes we could get his things she also was very understanding that we were having a hard time getting there to get them. It took a couple weeks actually. When we finally were able to ALL his things were still there. Not only that but they had put protective covering over his window that had gotten broke. They were awesome, polite, understanding, and honest. Yes if I ever need towing I will call T&M towing.!!!!
The guy they sent in late April 2017 was prompt, safe, courteous, and overall effective. I plan to call this company again the next time I need a tow. Their equipment is obviously well maintained too.
AMAZING! My husband was on the side of hwy 36 with a boat trailer missing a wheel! And needed it towed long distance (portland) and required a big flatbed.. Called these folks up (this is a family owned and operated company) and they sent Shawn. He was awesome, fast and professional. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for taking care of us.
These people were amazing!! We were in a 5th wheel RV and our truck wasn't going to pull it over the mountains. We called and the owner came 4 hours from Eugene to Weed (California) and charged us 300 dollars less than any one else. We finally arrive at 12:30 am and the rest stop was full. Of course! He actually pulled us to his tow yard and let us spend the night there. This isn't just good customer service, this is kindness. This family has run this business for almost 50 years and I would highly recommend doing business with them!!!
