Cars for Cash was a wonderful experience for a quick and efficient process for getting rid of our undrivable car. The tow truck driver (didn't get his name) was super experienced and was able to load up the car without much trouble. Everything went super smooth, and quick. This is the only place you need to call if trying to sell a car in need of some type of repairs. They had the upfront best offer. All of the other online places wanted to low ball you the entire time. Don’t waste your time.
Poor experience due to the fact that we did not receive any payment for the vehicle and took the car anyways without us being present and we still have the keys and title but no payment was given

Cars for Cash did a good job for me. They gave me a fair offer for my car. The only problem I had was receiving my Bill of Sale. The person who I’d been dealing with said I should have it within 1/2-1 hour of my car being picked up but I had to call after 3 hours and push to get it the same day not the following. I would recommend them for selling your car.
More people should be like him I felt comfortable the whole entire time and he was willing to talk to me about life things the experience that I have was amazing and I hope there's more people that get to experience the same thank you very much by the way
I was checking how much I could get for a clunker car I have and only interacted on line. The person I chatted with online was helpful and the quote I got was not as much as I was hoping for. Although I didn't end up selling them the car, they were nice and professional. I would recommend talking to them if you have a junker car to sell.

Got an offer online but when I spoke with a representative on the phone, the offer was reduced by about one-third — even though no descriptors of the vehicle changed. The tow company arrived quickly, removed the vehicle, and paid cash (again, lower than the original online offer). Service seemed to be outsourced to peddle.com and this might explain the lower offer — I wanted the car gone so I didn't dispute the amount.
Easy to deal with, gave me a quick & easy price on a truck that started & ran well, but had transmission problems too costly for us to repair. Besides we had bought a new Jeep & no longer had use for this vehicle since we have a 2nd vehicle anyway. Would definitely recommend for folks that need quick service & cash for a vehicle just sitting around taking up space in the driveway. You'd be surprised by the offer they give you on older vehicles. Especially now when used car prices are up & new car prices carry a 30+% premium due to lack of vehicle computer chips brought on by the pandemic. It's a sellers market.
It was such an easy process to sell my vehicle to Cash for Cars. Marcus Row was friendly, professional and knowledgeable just an good guy to do business with. All it took was a couple of phone calls to see that my paperwork was in order and to schedule pickup. The tow truck showed up on time, they loaded up my vehicle wrote me a check and drove off……..taking a big head ache away from the front of my house. I was very surprised at the offer they gave me for my Jeep. The Jeep was sitting in front of my house for a year. It had a blown engine and thrashed interior…..I was prepared to pay someone to come and take it. Instead I came out several hundred dollars ahead.

Katie was not a helpful person at all. Set up an appointment for Cash fo Cars to pick up my car from the B+R wrecking and towing at 9:00am in the morning. Told her that I had to work at 2pm and she said that it would be finished in no time because it was only 2 miles down the road. 2 hours went by and still no one had shown up to pick my car up. I called Katie again to see when they would arrive, she didn’t even no what vehicle I was in and guessed 2 cars that weren’t mine. I had to retell her what year, make and model my car was again and she obviously typing in the information as we spoke because she forgot. I asked did I have to be there or could I have my fiancé give the title to the person who was supposed to pick up my car, she said no, that I had to be there when he arrived. A hour went by and still no had shown up and was about to be late for work because I live out in Low Pass, OR. Called one last time to see if a driver was even on the way, took her 15 minutes on the phone and then she said yes a delivery driver would be on his way IN A HOUR. I told Katie I would be late for work and then she said it was okay that my fiancé can give them the title. Wasted 6 hours of our time and blatantly lied to her customers. Zero stars.
They paid me an amazing amount for our totaled Mercedes. The only problem I had was that when I called their number, I would sometimes get someone who told me something different than the original person I spoke with. However, I eventually got back through to the correct person, and they had the car towed away and paid me for it promptly. Almost too good to be true!
