Needed a very specific blower motor and fan blade for an old Toyota. The price for the part was competitive with the online market, and it worked as expected and in the time frame that I was told it would be ready. Thanks to these folks, I now have a working defroster and air system in my old truck, making it a reliable and comfortable ride. Would recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation.
So my husband and I own a 2001 Nissan Xterra and our radiator has starting to get leaking issues so we got a hold of b&r b&r said that they would have a radiator for us for $140 bucks! However we call Pick-A-Part they have to pull it but it's only going to cost us $65! So I don't know if anyone else feels like a 6-year-old going to Disney world for the first time! But that's how giti I am!
Poor customer service made a comment when exiting the lady at the desk says to the other lady "there both on drugs" I don't know who you think you are saying that when there is other customers in the office and I hadn't even left yet I don't think she saw me step to the side to grab some water I find it highly disrespectful and rude learn some common curtosy people It sux considering I have only a couple of months sober but at least I have that I don't recommend that place to anyone in recovery you might be judged and possibly not be strong enough like me to not let it cost me my sobriety
Update: I'm working with them again. I have started the process of building a track car for the Cascade Sports Car Club events help up at Portland International Raceway. This place has once again offered to go above and beyond in helping me find the parts I need. The staff is super friendly, and I honestly enjoy my visits there.
Previous Review: They tried really hard to get me a working part, electronic control, and even shipped 5 from other wrecking yards before we gave up and I got a full refund. It was no fault of theirs, and it cost them shipping that did NOT come out of my refund. 100/100 will use again!!

These workers are rude and lie. They told me I needed to pay before they can order my part because they did not have it. I asked the lady if it didn’t work, can I return it. She told me yes but I have to do it soon or they won’t take it. She also told me I would get a call when it arrived. Fast forward a whole week, I still haven’t received a call. So call and they had my part but chose not to call me. I drive there and pick it up and the first thing I see is a gross , dirty unorganized office. I can’t even find it! Bugs everywhere, people not even trying to let me know I will be helped. When I went to go return the part. The worker at the counter was eating food didn’t say anything to me. Then asked me if I need help. I asked to return the wrong part. Because they can’t even do that right. He said he can only exchange it. Then why lie to me and say I can return it! Very bad business
I was looking for a bracket for a Duramax wiring harness. No other wrecker in the area would even consider selling this as it is "part of the engine assembly". These guys took care of me and got me the piece I needed to finish my project! Highly recommended. Thank you very much!
Such nice people. Natasha at the front is so great! They were so helpful for the little stupid parts I wanted and made sure I was getting my moneys worth. The guy even double checked a price when he didn’t need to due to the number being high. Another guy helped us out to find parts and was very nice and chill. They went above and beyond. Best G&R I’ve been too!

I returned hoping to browse for a few small parts I needed. Was shutdown pretty quick by a dude that looks like he'd prefer to be called ma'am. He informed me it's no longer a you pull establishment, despite it's namesake. I was rather gobsmacked
I bought an engine for my tahoe almost a year ago. It is still running absolutly perfect. I also recently bought an alternator it turned out it had a weak bearing. I went to buy another one from here, A month later and they noticed I just bought one from them and asked what was wrong. I explained the bearing was bad, And guess what the counter person handed me another alternator and wished me a nice day ! I almost hit the floor ! I never expect that great level of service from a wrecking yard ! You have my business from now on. !! Thank you thank you !
I just went to do some work on my 2000 TJ Jeep. I had to remove dashboard. Needing another part I went to auto store...forgetting I had put a part on my roof. (Upper dash defrost vent bezel trim panel) Well it was long gone. I went to Pick A Part, not sure how to explain this. The counter man made a few taps on his computer, showed me a picture of TJ undergoing recycling, pointed to the part and asked if that's the part. Quicker and easier than Amazon or auto stores. A well tuned and well oiled place. If you need parts, well worth checking out. Thank you, Kevin K.
I'm just gonna share my experience. I originally bought a motor from them that they had told me passed testing with flying colors. After the install we were filling with fluids and noticed coolant leaking from the side of the head faster than we could put it in. I know I should've noticed it before doing all the work (hindsight is 20-20). We hadn't even started the motor yet and I called and showed them the heat tab that they put in their motor to prove it was not me that overheated the motor. After it was approved by their warranty department it took weeks and no new motor. I eventually found a motor by private party and called and asked if I could get a refund. They were short with me from that point on. However they were fair and refunded me my entire amount without any headache. And I do appreciate that. If I had to say anything about using this company in the future, make sure you look over your parts and inspect them before install however, if something is wrong they (in my experience) they will work with you. For being fair they will get three stars, for selling me a motor with a cracked head they get three stars.
These guys helped me get a t i p m for a friend's jeep. I also got a good deal and a couple Subaru Wheels. In addition, I locked myself out of my car and the staff are very helpful giving me options to get back in. They did not have to do that, so I give them an extra star.

Called them because I saw they had a part I needed for my sc300. The lady on the phone was very nice and mailed my part from their shop to orlando for a great price. The part arrived within a week. Very happy with what showed up the tail light came with all the bulbs and harness and looks almost brand new. Very happy with the service I received. Though I don't live in Oregon this is one of the best pick a parts I have dealt with. Thank you for helping me.
Went there with my boyfriend after B&R refused to sell us an oil cap without the engine. By far better and superior service at G&R. Great place to get odds and ends for your vehicle. Good pricing on most stuff. The yard is not very organized and, but they will give you a print out of vehicle locations along with a map. Vehicles may be a good distance apart, but easy to find.
I was in a bind, in the middle of a valve adjustment on my wife's Honda, and in need of parts to finish the job. The dealership was the only one who sold new parts and they had to order them since they didn't keep them in stock. I gave Pick-A-Part a shot and I am so glad I did. Wow if you need a part for your vehicle you have to go to Pick A Part! The staff is very nice and helpful! I had been looking for a brake handle for my Dakota and found one there! When I brought the part to the desk she says to me Merry Christmas it's free! Made my day !
Great service and always have what your looking for. Also very organized all the Jeeps are in one spot very convenient. All they had was one blinker cover (that I could get to) and it had a small crack (was only to make my rig street legal) they seen the damage and knew i needed it and let me have it FREE. Great service! Nothing is free in this world I expected to pay $10 for a busted cover but nope. Great people here. Will always give you a good deal compared to some others here in town.

Pretty decent prices. Like the ability to go part hunting if you know what you're looking for. Would recommend knowing how to pull the parts properly so you don't run perfectly good stuff for others.
A big thanks to Eric and Darcy for some great customer service! After totaling my rear bumper I figured I was going to be out a pretty penny to get it replaced. But my BF gave this place a call and they had two cars of the same make, model AND color as my car.
When it came time to pay, I was quoted incredibly reasonable prices. All in all 10/10.
