THEY REPO CARS AND THEN SELL THEM STOLEN. AND NEVER REPORT TO THE BANK. PLUS STEAL BELONGINGS IN THE CARS, AND WILL BREAK WINDOWS CLAMING THEY WERE ALRDY LIKE THAT.
I KNOW MY WINDOW WASNT BROKE OUT WHEN THEY REPO-ED IT. THAT SAID THEY GOT A HEFTY LAWSUIT COMING THERE WAY.
STAY AWAY THESE NO GOOD CROOKS.

Literally stealth towing. Paid for roadside service just to have driver go right past me. Called the phone number and was told the driver would call me . I never received a call, and they never showed up.
Extremely disrespectful, unprofessional & they refuse take accountability for theft and damages that occurred with my friends car in their possession. They sent a vehicle report with everything on it (items inside and windows intact) and then the window got busted out and everything got stolen. They are now trying to say it was like that when we have our own video footage of the car being towed from the driveway, as well as footage from the neighbors cameras and there were NO broken windows. I’d steer clear from this company.. they’re crooked thieves.
My daughter in law Lori used them, and her car was broken into, and literally EVERYTHING was stolen!!! 3 Paddle boards, JBL speaker, down to her tanning lotion, I mean everything! They said someone broke her window, but there is camera footage where the window was perfectly fine when they towed it! Hmmm so where did it get broken?? Bad, bad, bad, customer service!!!
THIEVES!!! LIARS!!!! They repoed my girlfriend's car 3 days ago and they said the window was already broke out of the car which it wasn't I've got video proof from my house and two of my neighbors and they stole everything out of the car and we had thousands of dollars worth of stuff in the car. Stay away from this company they will steal your belongings!!!
It definitely sucks that they're located all the way down in Eugene and commute was difficult. But they were all very professional and friendly. Understandably they had to deal with irritable and profoundly ignorant people, I was quite impressed with how the personnel working for this towing company handled them all.
Needed my eurovan towed to the shop. They gave me a fair price over the phone and arrived at the designated time. Driver was nice and loaded it up quickly
Most disrespectful person running their truck. Asked him to kindly shut his truck door as he was playing disrespectful cussing music on his radio and I had a minor in my vehicle. He proceeded to get in the truck and crank the music. Don't care what you do, but have respect for those around you.

Stealth came to the rescue to help my sister not 1 but 2 times . They were very fast and extremely friendly. Stealth is the only tow company I will ever call.
All the people at stealth towing were so great and helpful when I got my car stuck in the snow at the top of a mountain. Incredibly affordable. Amazing company all together. 10/10 would recommend!:)
My camper van broke down on the highway. We went back the next day to bring it home and it had been stolen! I made a police report and did not expect to ever see my van again. Two weeks later the police called and said my van had been towed from where the thieves had abandoned it. The tow company was Stealth Towing. I was quoted a recovery price of over two thousand dollars, because of the requirements of dealing with the police and the various forms etc which increased their cost. I did not have insurance which would usually cover that cost. They worked with me because I was a victim of a crime and brought the cost down to just cover their own expenses of having it towed and stored. I couldn't pay right away and they held my van without accruing extra storage fees. I couldn't find a way to get my van back to Salem from Junction City and was at my wits end. They were so kind and helpful and ended up delivering my van to me for an extremely fair price to have it towed over a hour back to my house. I felt valued and cared for and like they were real and genuine people who aren't out to take advantage of anybody---a rarity in towing companies in my experience. Thank you Stealth Towing!
Fast and kind service. We ditched our car in a creek avoiding a deer. It was a hard one to get out but they weren't worried and saved our car. We are super appreciative to the guys and their service. Will use again.
They were awesome! They helped me get my car from Coburg, OR to Lebanon, OR! I don't remember the lady's name that talked to me but she was amazing! Thank you guys soooo much!!
Worst customer service. Needed a tow. Guy showed up said they needed to get another type of truck never showed back up . Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or call back. Went with S.w.a.t in Springfield great service, and their prices were more reasonable. Don't recommend stealth.
Would have been nice just to get a call back after 6 hrs
They took almost 3 hours longer than initial quoted to come get my vehicle. And there was no communication on their part during that time. After 2 hours I finally called and was told it would be another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later they finally showed up. I get being busy and short handed but communication is key.
Shady business. They will take your car under a false narrative. They contract/work closely with Leadfoot who is even SHADIER! Once the car is off the ground its a civil matter. The police won't get involved.
These guys took such great care of me! I broke down hauling my 39ft fifth wheel. They sent two wreckers and towed me, my dog, and my fifth wheel an hour away to the only available campsite. They were quick to pick me up and very patient while I got everything taken care of. If you ever need assistance, Stealth Recovery & Towing is definitely your number one choice!
Overall good experience, only thing different in my book is that I had to get my own keys out of my company vehicle. Why, the driver couldn’t see the lock. Told me at first that he can’t do it because of this, so I asked if I could try because I could clearly see the lock to do it myself. Mind he was a bigger guy than me. Lol but he did the best he could with the situation! Thankyou Stealth!
I requested the vehicle to be towed to an accredited apraiser in my insurance network and was told they were an assesor so they could do it so the car was towed to their yard . Then when nothing happen in a week because my insurance didnt call them because they are not in network, i had to have my insurance pick up the vehicle with another tow company and have it delivered to the shop specified in the beggining. The shop was an hour away which may be why they didnt want to tow it but they also said later that they couldnt tow it cause it was leaking coolant. I was not told this innitially . I was then hung up on...All in all this was very disapointing. I would not use then again, but for whats its worth the tow guy and the superviser for thet yard were pretty nice people which is why i gave them 2 stars instead of one.

I broke down and Stealth came and rescued me, the tow truck driver Ron was very professional and safety first is his motto, i like that. I highly recommend Stealth...they beat everyones prices too and this made it affordable for me. A+.. 5 star service is my Grade i give them.
Poor service. I waited 2 hrs in a broken down car in 97 degree weather. I actually changed to a different company because they were going to make me wait even longer.
12:30 I sent in my request.
1pm-1:30pm tow time
1:30pm I call and they say 30 more minutes
2:00pm no answer/phone tag
2:10pm office says 5 more minutes
2:15pm I get a hold of the tow driver and he says 30 more minutes
At that point I switched
Daughter was stranded and they towed her to tire place and gave her a ride there. Friendly and kept communication going to let me know where they were and how long until arrival.
Used a 3rd party roadside assistance for car tow twice this week. Was assigned Stealth towing both times. On the first occasion my app said they arrived I called them at 1hour and 30 mins and they advised their tow truck had broke down and they had cancelled my tow. They did not call me or the 3rd party. So a middle of town tow ended up talking me 4.5 hours to get my car home. Now my car still not able to be fixed by me so I repeated the process and guess who I'm assigned yet steal again.
Stealth!! This time they took 4 hours from the assignment to pick my car up. With very poor communication or updates without me calling them. The driver was the only pleasent part of the whole interaction. So if you get stealth on a 3rd party roadside assistance I would cancel and order a different tow right away.
