Salvador who works at the desk in the Springfield OR location is an outstanding employee. I felt immediate trust that everything was in good hands as soon as he helped me empty my totaled car. So much so that I went on to buy a vehicle through this business two days later. Every time I talked to Salvador (Sal), Josh, and Mitchell via texts and phone calls I was reassured that they knew exactly how to help. That extends to in person for Sal’s case. The process seemed to have a lot of hangups with the bank and DMV also involved. Put into perspective, however, I was driving with my new car after a day and a half.
I cannot express how lucky B & R is to have employees that show they are passionate about helping. I could go on and on but I’ll wrap up by saying the guy with long hair is great as well!
Contrarily, in all of my interactions with Lily I will share that they should be retrained in customer service. Thank you very much for your time and efforts B & R Towing.

Bought a so called "tested 138k mile motor that's good" literally right about when the warranty is up...head gasket leaking oil perfusely... $1,300 Lost!!! REALLY!!!!!!

Just had some lady crash and take out about 80 ft of our fence. The car ended up in between some landscaping and wrapped up in our fence. B&r came out and got the car out with limited damage to the landscaping and cleaned up very well.
I went in there to get a starter for a Ford Taurus I took it home and it was not the right part so I took it back then they told me it was going to be another 4 days before another one showed up and I had to pay another $20 on top of it for the transport of the part I looked at the part when it got there I told him I didn't want that one because it was the same one that they just gave me previously and it wasn't the right part i thought I cleared everything up with the cashier there and was going to get the right part finally and waited another day for them to show up with it and when they showed up with it it was the same exact style that had been given to me before already they told me they were just going to refund my money because they didn't want to have to try to figure it out anymore
I called to find out if my friend's brothers property was still there. Inside are the ashes of her mom & sister. I was wondering if I could get the ashes only. Nate was very nice & took the time to check & got back to me.

Found a few parts I needed for a used truck I bought here recently. And the price for the parts weren’t crazy high. The staff was very helpful trying to help me with what I needed. The yard was pretty clean I just admit. Was kind of a pain trying to locate the cars by the number codes I was given but that wasn’t a big problem.
Dylan Mathews sold me a really good pair of used tires. They were willing to ship the tires across town to their other store for my convenience?!? I can't count how many times I've needed a part and B&R has always been there. Thanks Dylan!! You have a lot of patience
They charge a higher rate than I feel like they should but that's only because they can usually get it when there's a insurance claim who needs OEM parts well I'm not insurance and I've felt like it's a premium price they want every time I've used this place. And it's sat a little uneasy with me like I said everytime... And parts are usually damaged when they pull them for you... But that's my experience...

Confused at first pick up day was Tuesday didn't happen reschedule for another day they did come out. The driver was awesome he took his time to make everything was perfect on his end for paper work I respect that. On August 6 BNR towed my car from an accident while it was in their care my amplifier was stolen stereo system out of the back of the car while it was in their tow yard locked in supposedly with security fencing yada yada when we alerted BNR to the loss of property they told us oh that’s too bad we try to make sure that stuff doesn’t happen we didn’t accept any liability for there holding our vehicle and loss of property in their possession didn’t take any responsibility for it didn’t offer to replace it and is dodging any kind of accountability for replacement of our stolen property what kind of business does business like this with people wish they would’ve at least called or offered to replace the property that they are responsible for but no didn’t even bother to call us back to see if they could make this right … don’t take the chance on them doing the same to you guys call Taylor’s at least you know your stuff won’t “go missing” while there on the job
Its never a good thing when you have to get a tow, but if you do need one, these are the guys to call. Professional, courteous, respectful, and above all kind. Can’t say enough good things about our tow truck driver! Also, least expensive tow I’ve ever paid for, especially on a weekend. Sadly, forgot to ask our drivers name! A million thanks to the driver with the cane corso, your stories about your pup were entertaining!!

I recently had my vehicle stolen. I reported it to the EUPD. When they found it at two in the morning and tried to contact me I was asleep, so it was towed. B&R is charging me over $500 dollars for towing a vehicle less then a mile from there location. It's companies like this that take advantage of the community and people who are in a bad situation. I understand if they would have charged $200 or even $300 for the tow but this is wrong for them to be able to take people's money like this and hide behind a contract with the Eugene police department. Don't use this company just on principle. Don't support a company like this. Use someone else if you need a tow!
I chilled in the back with my dad (who works here) and everyone was super chill. It's a little baised cause my dad works here but would recommend. Many people were able to find what they needed the day I was here.
I was in an accident in August, the sheriff contacted B&R Towing. They towed my car from the scene of the accident. From the tow there were some issues, which are not as important a how this company dealt with the issues. I wrote to the company and within a few days of sending my letter I received a call from Rob. The following day I stopped by to talk with Rob and the issues were immediately resolved. As a business owner our jobs are easier when things go well, what defines our business and company culture is how a conflict is resolved. From my experience with this company I would whole heartedly recommend this company for the services they provide.
My car was towed on New year's eve. I called on New year's day to pick it up and the guy said he was busy but not to worry he wouldn't charge me. They did! The lady sent me all over to get my paperwork signed! Final insult, my battery was dead! When I got home it wasn't the battery I bought. The price for storage was way over charged!!. Don't use them! They have a racket going with the police.
Josh was able to provide me with an interchangeable part from a different year. Excellent Customer Service from him, very helpful. Next time I'm in I'll wait to go through his line. Thank you.
Three days ago I was less than impressed with this company. And frankly had nothing nice or positive to say about it. However today I met with Rob in an attempt too resolve my issues. Something I firmly believe is it's not the usual day to day interaction with customers. That defines your company. It's easy when things go well. What defines your company is your conflict resolution. Today would I refer people too this company. Absolutely, because a company that invests their time into conflict resolution is a company with integrity. Three days ago I didn't believe that about this company. Today I do
Horribe. Placed a large amount order, they mailed it out almost a week later even though they promised they would do it next business day. In addition, one of the items was wrong and no one bothered to look at the invoice that all of the items ordered were the exact same and one they sent looked entirely different. Rafael and Daniel are horrible salesmen. Will not return phone calls and did not do anything to expedite the correction of the mistake they made. Issue is still unresolved as of today, two weeks later.
