Worst forklift driver I've ever dealt with. This guy clearly doesn’t care at all about the drivers or how the cars get loaded. He doesn’t help, doesn’t communicate, and acts like it’s a waste of his time to even do his job properly. It’s obvious he couldn’t care less whether the loading is done or not. Completely unprofessional attitude — just stands there like it’s not his problem.Customers pay hundreds of dollars of storage fees because of this dude. If Copart wants to keep customers, they should seriously look into who they’ve got operating the forklift at this yard.
This branch is now worse than Portland, loading wise, and I thought that could never happen transporters stay away if possible they will make your life a living hell I would be embarrassed if I was their manager
This is my first experience with copart. I came 3 minutes before closing without an appointment. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and nice. He still helped me and even found a tow truck.
Nicer than Portland North location. Allowed to drive into the yard allowing for better turn around space. The office staff actually smiled and worked quickly to process lot orders. Vehicles loaded quickly and I was on my way. *Also, parts weren't stolen.
came from Vancouver to see the car they didn't let me in I asked why he said it's none of my business I asked how then I'll buy the car if there's an auction tomorrow he said you can just not bid.They had time and people but they just sat and decided not to show the car
loaders remove good parts from the car that are in the car before the sale! and when drivers arrive to pick up the car and demand these parts from the car at the request of the buyer, they categorically deny that there were any parts there!
Horrible communications when involved in an auto insurance claim. For anyone considering buying a car from these folks, please know that every car in their inventory has been deemed totaled by an insurance company. The only reason you should buy a car from them is if one of your hobbies is restoring junked cars.
Bought a vehicle at this location, came to pick it up all the way from Minnesota and the loader refused to load a vehicle into my trailer because he said he doesn’t feel comfortable, I couldn’t believe him, I thought he was joking so I went into the office to speak with the manager but he said there’s nothing he could do, I hope you can hire someone that feels comfortable loading vehicles into trailers. I was very disappointed with this situation, had to hire towing flatbed truck to remove the vehicle from Coparts yard

Bought a car from here and it has a hole in the fuel tank when I talked to the management they says it was undercarriage but when i was bidding the car has full tank!
I'm with some of you guys. I believe that the bidding process is altered internally somehow and that's how they're getting top dollar. Also the fees are crazy
Drove 2 hours to get items out of my vehicle only to be told I need closed toed shoes in the summer. Why was I not told this when I called? Thanks to that waste of time I got to sit in rush hour traffic going through Portland on my way home. The people were nice enough but it doesn’t make up for having to go out of my way to waste money on shoes and time in traffic.
My personal experience at this place wasn’t pleasant. The service at this location is not what you should expect.
Fees are about a grand when you buy a car.
Not enough info on the cars and you can’t come and check the codes.

Management is clueless, as are the office witches. HORRIBLE place to buy from. THOUSANDS in extra fees, and nonsense. Wish we could give 'LESS THAN' a single star, but it's OK to be generous to this classless clown operation.
Constantly up-charge their clients, and change rules. Plus, items are damaged post-purchase / after auction/ and no-one seems to know anything about anything, which pretty much describes there outhouse offal operation and office.
Their lies are laughable, as they are too stupid and clueless to even create lies that are even nominally believable.

I’ve purchased three cars from here, the front desk staff are super friendly ( Baylee and Manager Tyler ) helped me out so much and super patient with me. Make sure you read the description or you can call and ask questions about the car if you have any.
Office personnel are dumber than dirt. Our driver called ahead to see what the 'ball size' was on a trailer we purchased, and they told him it was 2" . He then asked what was the electrical connector style, and they told him it was an 11 pin. 11 PIN ??? Never saw ANYTHING like that. 11 pin connectors just DO NOT exist.
So, when the driver got there, he found the ball size was really 2-5/16" and NOT the 2" that those brain dead women told him. Also, those ladies also didn't know the Connectors were a 4 pin and a 7 pin. The girls are so darn stupid that they called both connectors an 11 pin. DUMBER than DIRT. I wouldn't give you a bad nickel for all of them.
PLUS, the MANAGERS are self important, arrogant, and unprofessional clueless jerks that one almost wants to cry. The only possible way this slimy outfit can produce a profit is by screwing over their clients and customers.
DO NOT waste your time and money by buying from idiots and liars.
**BUYERS BEWARE** True to form another one of the many ways Copart rips off their customers is inspection services. Complete rip off. Advantage Equipment Inspection with a whopping 2.4 rating on Google supposedly performs these "Inspections" They do not follow instructions, They purposely take pictures of everything except the damage I asked them to detail. No comments, did not open a single bin to view the burn damage, paid $210 for a bunch of useless pictures. No way to contact them. They are obviously only there to rip us off.
They had a sketchy tow company come pick up my vehicle to sell to them but the tow company no showed the first scheduled day and the second chance said they’d be 1 1/2 hours later than was scheduled merely an hour after they scheduled it. I canceled the entire transaction and got Peddle to buy my car and pick it up in under 1 1/2 hrs. Peddle paid me more money too. Go figure.
I’ve used Copart & other auto auctions in the past to varying results, this particular Copart branch in Eugene seems to be a bit IMO.
I purchased a vehicle PURE SALE, with the vehicle awarded and amount due on my account. I showed up the next day with the cashier's check. Payment was made... and then Tyler, the branch manager, says they made a mistake and the vehicle was sold prematurely and will be reposted. I spent 2 days driving, booked a hotel, followed through on everything on my end for them just to say they made a mistake. They refused to compensate any portion of my expenses for their mistake.
Went to get our belongings from our car and everything had been gone through, glove box, center console. Everything was thrown around. They went through all my school stuff in the back and left it destroyed and half of it broken. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else.
I also want to add after getting home I looked at before pictures and realized I have several things missing including cash and school stuff. Insurance is aware of the situation and isn’t taking it lightly.
I have literally never left a review ever and I feel absolutely silly for doing so now but dang I'm sick of stuff like this. I was trying to sell call through Peddle (easy right?), call and schedule it with these folks, they schedule a time for pick up and tell me the driver will give me a call about an hour before and the pick up will be in the morning. Great, I get time off work, wait around until 12:30 and then give them a call. First I try giving the guy my Peddle confirmation code and he has no idea what I'm talking about. Give him my name and he pulls it up, he then says that it's been rescheduled and the computer just automatically does that when the driver indicates that he can't pick up. I literally work in scheduling and the idea of just changing a date on someone and not calling or contacting them in any way whatsoever is absolutely mystifying to me. Like, oh okay cool, would have liked to have known that so I didn't waste half my day not working. Great. Thanks. Awesome.
Middle aged lady, dark hair, in pink. I reserve my one bad review a year for her. She was supposed to be behind the counter helping me, I’d never been to this lot to pick a vehicle up. There were many steps I was unaware of because it was my first time there. Instead she was rude and absolutely no help. Not answering my questions, cutting me off, and generally seemed annoyed with everyone’s existence. Mine in particular.
Didn't want to go but insurance sent my girlfriends truck after it was totaled and they made the final sign over fast and easy. What more could you ask for after a car accident that totals your pride and joy.
This review is not the fault of copart. The prices on copart get bid up so high. Ive seen vehicles get bid up to the point that after repairs are made, you are paying more then what the vehicle is worth. It has become a trend and there are very few good deals found anymore
Have had good experience prior but this time we made the 10 hour trip only to find out the vehicle we bought didn't have a title as promised, we are out a days work and fuel. Make sure you call and double check that they are actually selling what they advertised

I rarely do reviews but this needs to be said... all of their staff was extremely friendly and helpful but their fork lift driver Wyatt deserves a bonus/ raise / promotion!! This guy stayed over an hour after closing time and went above and beyond all expectations. He helped me jump a dead battery TWICE and then when that didn't work, maneuvered the fork lift like I have never seen before (in the dark and freezing weather!) My boss and I were so impressed with his skills, patience and kindness. Thank you so much Wyatt!!! :))
Eugene Copart personnel are very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They don't leave you waiting for long and try to make things work out for you when they can. I've purchased multiple cars there in the past 10 months.
