Forrest has saved us twice now. He is super professional and quick. I asked him if they have punch cards as our vehicles seem to die in Ashland. Unfortunately they do not, but I will still only use Bill’s Towing from now on.

Brandon with Bill’s towing was the kindest person to come help me stranded on a mountain after 10pm in a weeknight. I can’t recommend his services enough. I’m still getting to know how my new EV works and I ran out of battery charge on the overpass. Brandon helped get me to a safe lot with charging stations after a few locations we tried were all occupied. Totally patient, never got annoyed, super nice guy. Definitely I recommend Bill’s towing when you’re in an auto crisis in Ashland and you’ll get taken care of.

I was stuck for three days trying to get someone to tow me. Brandon with Bills towing came out right away, and was updating us the every 15 minutes on his location. He brought us cold water and worked with us on our bill. If I ever find myself needing a tow again I'm calling Bill's towing. Thanks Brandon for the funny jokes.

There are not enough stars in the world to give these guys! Brandon was so nice and friendly when I spoke to him on the phone. He even waved to us as he passed by on his way to another job! He sent Forestt to help us out and he was just as friendly and kind! They gave us a very fair price considering the distance that we needed to be towed. Needing a tow is a crummy situation to be in, but if you ever find yourself there, call Bill’s towing. They made a crummy situation so much better for us!

Bills saved me, I waited 4 hrs for dicks towing, of Medford through AAA. They lied several times. This is the second time with Dicks towing lied.. Called Bills , they said I got you, on the way and will bring water. I highly recommend Bills Towing of Ashland OR.

Our car lost the battery on a long road trip- in the parking lot of the Ashland Springs Hotel. I called these guys at the last minute and they were QUICK to offer help. They were sweet, professional and they took care of us like they said they would. Super helpful and best of all- really nice guys. They are the type that make you wish your car would break down more often! ❤️

Driver showed up on time and was very personal and professional. Hook my truck up and delivered it to Kenworth in Medford Oregon from weed California in a safe way. I appreciate the great service and company. We tell any trucker about their friendly driver and recommend them.

1 phone call and 20 minutes later we were rescued from the side of the dangerous highway in the middle of the night at the top of Ashland pass. 1 suv and a tow trailer rescued with care and quality. Offering referrals to assist us back on the road to our final destination. They were quick, efficient and friendly. From the beginning to end they are 10 stars. Bill’s it a top notch outfit! Thank you. Thank you so much. . I would pay them an annual fee for services instead of our current ^^^ company. (The other company had us waiting 3 hrs, no status calls without me calling them, couldn’t find our account, made us pay to renew without full services & then finally when we call Bills, they actually call & said minimum 2 MORE hours before they could get us in a safe place of their choice, not ours. What a racket, ^^^ is a waste of $) USE BILLS TOWING, they are Rockstars!

while driving up interstate 5 we experienced some tranny problems while in Oregon state and when i say tranny problems i mean actual vehicle issues not Portland Oregon tranny issues. Any who long story short we blew a tranny "Again". the one connected to the vehicles motor so we contacted the fellas here & we were taken care of swiftly. Someone showed up within the hour and when i say within the hour i mean like 30 minutes or so and got us hooked up and on the road. Towed our tractor + trailer back to commyfornia to a shop of our choice they did not try to make us go anywhere that we did not want to go. Thank you guys for your services they are greatly appreciated we got a helluva deal. And by the way your Heavy wrecker operator Brandon is awesome, he did not try to touch my leg like the last companies operator did, yeah that was weird to say the least.

Dispatch was friendly & helpful. Brandon showed up in a timely manner. Got the rig towed to the Petro due to a radiator issue. Thanks for the help (& laughs, lol). Thank you!

Brandon was an amazing help to me today with my truck and travel trailer. If I could, I would give them a double row of stars. Forest went out of his way to gather me up from a rest stop off I5. I was pulling my travel trailer when my deisel pickup broke down. I am a travel nurse and this is how I live. He got my pickup to a shop and me, the dogs, and the trailer to a nice campground. Prices were so fair. Service with a smile and good conversation. Everyone in that business was kind and down to earth. Thank you folks. You made a bad day so so much more bearable.

Bills towing in Medford, Oregon towed my bus and trailer from Exit 2 on I-5 North to Medford, Oregon . Brandon and Forest worked very hard hooking up bus and getting it to roll. Both men very nice and explained every step along the way. I appreciate their professionalism.

Brandon with truck number 35 saw us broken down on the street and helped us by towing us out of traffic and moved us to a safe location. He shared company info with us incase we needed a tow in the future. We didn’t have luck with Roadside mechanic assistance. We called later that day to schedule a tow from safe location to a shop. Broke down in the middle of an intersection, I’m glad Brandon was close by to help me get off the road. Couldn’t get my truck fixed and needed a tow the next day, they were on time and quick!
