​I had a flat tire while driving on Highway 66, just a few miles outside of Keno, heading home toward Ashland. It was a tricky spot: steep, curvy, and not the kind of place most tow companies want to deal with. I called AAA, but hours passed and no one was willing to take the job due to the challenging location. After a long wait and as night fell, I finally got a call from 333 Towing. Joseph was the one who reached out. He was cheerful, curious about the situation, and totally unfazed by the road conditions that had scared others off. After learning about the flat, he determined it could be fixed on the spot, and that a tow wasn’t necessary. Joseph arrived quickly, and even though I’d been stuck for nearly five hours, his friendly, upbeat attitude immediately put me at ease. As he worked on the tire, he stayed engaging and professional, it felt like chatting with a friend while getting back on the road. Thanks to Joseph, what started as a frustrating and stressful experience ended on a positive note. Huge thanks to him and 333 Towing for stepping up when no one else would.

When our car broke down and contacted our insurance for roadside assistance 333 Towing responded. The driver was on his way back to Ashland from the coast and was in the area. Within minutes he was there. He was very respectful, professional and helpful. Towed our vehicle to the auto shop without hassle and was a great help. 10 out of 10 would recommend. 5 stars.

5+ Stars from me. 333 Towing rescued my daughter who was stranded in Grants Pass in her Subaru late at night, and towed her all the way home to Brookings, arriving at 1.45am! I was unable to retrieve her as I was home babysitting her sick daughter, my granddaughter, and of course I was worried as all heck. Joe the driver was a true professional and did a first rate job! I was needing to tow a car to a junk yard. Ended up getting talked out of getting it towed and to put it on Craigslist. Best decision ever!! I ended up gaining 500$ rather than paying 300. Great and honest service, definitely will be my first call if I need a tow again!

I slipped off the road and was lodged in a snowbank the Sunday before new years. I have AAA but they said nobody could make it out to me. This guy came all the way from Ashland to the opposite side of klamath to get me. He was the only one out of probably 40 drivers that saved me that night. 100% recommend.

Gentleman is amazing. I was broke down along highway 5 with my truck in my trailer. Gentleman came out and took care of everything for me. And also make sure I was okay when I pulled off. Can't say enough. Use this guy if you need anything

Joe came over late in the day to get us back on the road again. He'd had a brutal day and still kept us in mind even though it was late, way after supper. Works with our insurance company too, so easy peasy. I will always call 333 Towing because Joe is #1 in our book

On Sunday, June 16, 2024, I was on my way home from Medford after spending the day with my Dad. I thought I had enough gas to get home, and had no money. I was 7 miles from my son's house and I ran out of gas. I was at Weed Rest Area with zero miles of gas left. So, I called State Farm roadside assistance and filled out an online help request, and I told them I ran of gas. Immediately was connected to 333 Towing in Ashland , OR. I thought it was confident that the phone number was all 3's. He kept in contact with me and reassured me he was on his way. Also on my phone was a map that showed his location and route. This made me feel I wasn't alone. As I waited, I looked up his business with great reviews and it eased my mind. The reviews showed Joe, and said how he is always there to help people like me stranded. When he (Joe?) got there I wasn't disappointed, he cared about me getting home. Thank you so much 333 Towing. Did everything he could to help, even when out of his way an take me to my dealership without charge. I offered cash though after hearing they weren't paying him much and he didn't say anything until I asked. Thank you for you amazing service I really appreciated that kind gesture.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Joe and his service. I work for Make-A-Wish and had a family with a disabled vehicle. The car rental company dispatched Joe to the wrong site to pick up a new car for them. He waited there while the issue was resolved, and then drove to a different location to pick up the car, then drove 1.5 hours to bring the car to the family. He also was providing other suggestions if the other location fell through as well. And, to top it off, he sent me a picture once he had the car so I would know that it was on the way. Joe absolutely went above and beyond and provided outstanding customer service. If we ever have any issues in the area, I will be calling 333 Towing immediately. Thank you, Joe!

Stranded in a very dangerous part of south bound I5 not only did Joe offer to bring oil out. But helped us get to a safer spot. Talked me through where to go. Then helped us not only get the car to a mechanic. But also got us close to a hotel. Literally next door. Quick and efficient. We were out of danger and moving on. Being out of town, breaking down in the middle of nowhere was scary enough. But Joe helped us navigate town!

333 Towing was assigned to us through our roadside assistance with Progressive... although our experience with with insurance company was a huge headache, 333 Towing was wonderful. He moved our vehicle from a dangerous location on the freeway a short distance to our residence in Rogue River. We very much appreciated his professionalism and timeliness. On short notice Joe drove to rescue my son and his van. 6 hours one way. Can't thank him enough. Made my son feel comfortable for the long ride home. Dropped him and the van right at the front door. Joe is a very honest and trustworthy guy. He came out to help my mom tow her car to a local mechanic to get the car fixed. The fee for the tow was reasonable and he even attempted to help figure out what the issue was before towing the car. However he didn't try to pretend to know the things beyond his specialty, which is towing and didn't try to upsell on other service fees. Thanks for your help Joe. Appreciate the prompt service and the follow-up.

The owner of the company, Joe, arrived 30 min early. Was very quick, very thorough, protected my truck from getting any dings, and was very polite. Mission impossible... to POSSIBLE! 333 towing company helped us move our 5th wheel from a spot that was not very easy to get out. We completely appreciated his patience, creative solutions, all the tools he had to get the job done and his determination to help us get it out of there. This company embodies 24/7 towing availability. He was the only one willing to come out and help us at the hour we needed him. So thankful!!!

Wonderful, very kind and helpful. He came to the rescue much quicker than expected. After a 12 hour drive, I was one hour from my destination when my tire was punctured. Since I was moving and had a full Jeep, I had to unload a lot of stuff to get to my spare. He changed my tire to my spare and helped me reload my stuff, then securely tied my tire to the roof of my car so I could drive to the Les Schwabb in Yreka close by. All-in-all, a MUCH better and faster experience than I was expecting, being so stressed about the situation!

Hands down the BEST tow truck experience we have ever had!! He was very friendly and helpful. The rates were very reasonable. We would absolutely use them again! And without hesitation I would recommend them to our dearest friends and relatives. He arrived very quickly and his truck was super clean (which is nice when you are riding in the cab).
