Stole money from the title and tags so I had to pay again and he also called the cops on me and said I stole his keys which he had misplaced never apologized for that or anything
Lee agreed with me on a price for a vehicle, all I had to do was get financing. I went through banks, maintaining open, regular contact with Lee about the vehicle. When I was finally ready to get the auto loan approved, during the 2nd call between Lee's assistant and the banker, we were informed that the car had sold - the previous day.
That's not the reason for this review. Misunderstanding happen, and while it's upsetting that we would agree on the price and then the car would sell, that's rather minor compared to what came next.
Lee had kept a copy of my ID on file, and said that when I didn't want the car anymore I could come by, tell him, and he would destroy it. When I asked for the copy of my ID back, he told me that he didn't have it anymore; he claimed he had shredded it in advance with no evidence to that fact. Lee then became extremely verbally aggressive, using violent language to insult me, my family, and my current vehicle. He then accused ME of being angry; when I said I hadn't come there angry with him, he said "You look like you want to start a fight" and then "I don't need any more friends", and then he walked away.
I didn't come to the lot angry, but I certainly left that way. If not for the above interaction, I would have looked at other vehicles he had (the bank was ready to loan me the money, and I am ready for a new car). However, after misleading me into thinking the car was available when it was not and only telling us at the end, after "disappearing" the copy of my ID with no confirmation as to what happened to it, and especially after the unwarranted verbal assault simply because I asked for proof that my ID was safely destroyed, I cannot recommend working with Lee to anybody.
The cars might be decent, but the dealer is a sad, angry little person.
Do NOT buy a vehicle here, ever! They will make promises they don't follow through withn take your money, and not give you tags or anything. They are sneaky and worthless. And if you have any kind of problem, they will say they will do something, then avoid you for weeks.
Do not buy here.. we purchased a jeep and less then 30 mins down the road it died. They took it back. Kept the keys.. kept our $2500 down payment and is refusing to give us back the money.. worthless car lot.. do not waste time here.
2 months later still no title dmv ses he did not doo all the paperwork I called Lee was a complete a**hole to me and refused to help me get a trip permit or tags last time I will ever a car from there take your money to some one that nose whatever the hell there doing
Do not spend money or time at this dealership. I am a disabled Veteran on a fixed income and needed a reliable truck. They sold me a "sound truck" for 5000.00 and I brought it back in less than 24 hrs. Motor over heated and my mechanic said blown head gasket and cracked blocked. They jerked us around for over a month. Final verdict. They sold me a lemon and refused to stand behind it. I am now having a new motor put in. Another 5 grand!! They said I bought it "as is" and they walked away.
